Amazing for performance monitoring and scheduling posts
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is able to bring and present data in a way that we can review our performance in multiple views, which helps us monitor our progress. Scheduling is easy to use and it now has tiktok included so we can organise and plan our posts from one central place rather than going into each app natively. They also send resourceful emails which i enjoy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the analytics area can look a little outdated. It could probably do with a refresh in terms of UX. AI also has a bit to go to be actually properly useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralising and improving efficiency for our teams content calendar. Hootsutie helps organise the planning process and streamlines workflows.
Great Social Media Management Tool for Business
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity and ease of use. It has great scheduling tools as well as reporting which is very helpful. It's very easy to integrate into your daily operations and you can export almost anything from the platform to easily report and share with team members. I have used Hootsuite for years for my company and have never had any issues. If you have questions, their customer service reps are eager to help and get you answers! Implementation is quick and seamless in my opinion. I use Hootsuite everyday for my job!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to do add-ons with current plan. For example, my company wanted to add social listening to our professional plan, but in order to do so you have to upgrade to an enterprise plan which is extremely expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Planning out our social schedule, allowing me to free up time to tend to other pressing tasks of my job.

Hootsuite is expensive but functional.
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite does it's job just fine, and it doesn't stop working.

Hootsuite is much too expensive for what it offers.

Centralized Social Media Management with Minor Instagram Limitations
What do you like best about the product?
I like having one place to manage all the social media platforms, which is super convenient. The analytics reports are great too, providing valuable insights. I appreciate being able to manage all messages, comments, and interactions from a single platform. The initial setup was very easy, which made getting started a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to be able to tag people on Instagram and the ability to post reels is limited. I want to be able to edit, add music, and tag.

Essential Tool for Streamlined Communication
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Hootsuite because it makes managing our seven social media accounts super easy, allowing me to load up and push out an extreme amount of content daily. It's easy to use and straightforward, with continuous innovations and updates. The planning aspect and calendar feature let me preload content and sync it with our website, which streamlines operations and helps keep the community informed in real time. The 'post now' function is fantastic for quick updates during emergencies. I couldn't do my job as a public affairs officer without it, and it helps me cover a lot of ground quickly. Hootsuite rarely has downtime and has become an essential tool in my office. I also find their customer service very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Previously, I was able to click on a specific date on the physical calendar in Hootsuite and load up the item there. That function doesn't seem as possible anymore. I'm not sure why that function went away. Also, allowing multiple Twitter accounts to post to be connected to one post would be helpful as well. But it's not a big deal overall. I've learned to work around with it.

Hootsuite enables me to efficiently manage and publish content across multiple social media accounts, saving significant time and allowing me to keep the community informed in real-time. It streamlines operations and covers a lot of ground quickly, which is vital for my role as a public affairs officer.

The ability to schedule in advance, the fact you can customize the posts per social media outlet all in one window. You can resize assets within the platform. I like the analytics side as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can only look back to posts from the previous year, not before that. Sometimes the platform can be glitchy and feels clunky at times. It can be slow, and when replying to messages the Inbox 2.0 is slow on occasion but I can deal with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a small marketing team for a retailer and we don't have much time, so its good to be able to quickly schedule multiple posts at once. The analytics are also useful when it comes to reviewing.

I find myself using Hootsuite almost daily—it’s just become a go-to for me when it comes to managing social media, and it really makes the whole process feel way less stressful.
