Efficient Social Media Scheduling with Great Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite allows me to bulk schedule, enabling me to focus on other tasks like email and PPC. It's a specialist software and is a leader in its field, providing great analytics when I need them. Plus, it keeps everything in one place, which is super convenient. Setting up Hootsuite was very easy as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
For me Hootsuite is really good. What would be better is some of the PR especially recent affiliations to ICE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to bulk schedule social media posts, freeing up time for other tasks like email and PPC. It provides great analytics and keeps everything in one place, which makes my workflow smoother.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy integration with our social media accounts with nice overview of scheduled posts. Analytics are super helpful and detailed, perfect for our reporting needs. Great support stuff that supports NGOs
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes emails from Hootsuite end up in our spam folder, which can delay our response. We also run into occasional connectivity issues when connecting or reconnecting accounts, but nothing major. Overall, we’re very happy with the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company manages multiple projects, each with multiple social media channels to share our project results, and we also run our own company accounts. It’s a perfect tool for making sure everything is scheduled and posted, even when we have results ready to publish months in advance. We just schedule the posts and don’t have to think about it, because everything is automatically published.
Streamlined Social Scheduling, Needs Regional Tweaks
What do you like best about the product?
I love how quick and easy Hootsuite is to use because it saves me a lot of time scheduling and planning our social posts. I also really appreciate the ability to post on all our accounts in one simple upload. Just a click on the accounts I want to post to, and it creates separate posts for each. It seriously couldn't be easier. Plus, the initial setup of Hootsuite was very easy to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's very much geared towards the US, for example, the international days are more for US than UK users, so it would be great to be a bit more tailored for UK users. The same applies for if you use the Canva functionality on Hootsuite - Canva images are very US focused, but it's a very minor thing for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to schedule social posts quickly and easily, saving time and helping with planning by identifying gaps. It simplifies posting on multiple accounts with one click, creating separate posts effortlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
The planner interface is really helpful in seeing the week ahead and scheduling posts. It's great to have the Owly GPT AI support to help with content ideas. The integration of other channels is smooth, allowing us to track our performance across our many channels.

What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing feels pretty high, especially compared to other tools out there. What’s more frustrating is that you have to pay per user—so as soon as you add more people to your team, the cost starts climbing quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving our scheduling issue. This way the whole team can see what posts are planned for the week ahead.

Efficient Social Media Management with Minor Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for scheduling social media posts, the social media inbox, and sometimes the analytics. I like the ability to use the same content across multiple platforms, but also to be able to make small tweaks to posts across different platforms. I like the planner so that I can see exactly what is going out when throughout the week. Hootsuite solves the problem of going to every social media platform separately and having to find their scheduling tool which is often not reliable. If I wanted to put the same content across multiple platforms, I would have to copy and paste the content, alongside media, which would be really tedious. Often in my role, the same post can go across multiple platforms, so this makes the process a lot more efficient. The initial setup was easy to link accounts and verify them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I have videos that are too large to be scheduled into the planner, which means I have to go to the native apps to post. Also, certain features aren't available, like Facebook post collaborations. I've always found scheduling Instagram posts on Hootsuite difficult, because things like collaboration and tagged posts don't work or didn't the last time I tried.

Hootsuite streamlines social media management by allowing me to schedule posts without visiting each platform. I can efficiently use the same content across multiple platforms, making small tweaks as needed, and plan weekly posts with the planner.
Time-Saving Tool with Powerful Caption Writer
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite to help plan social media across multiple channels at once, saving us a lot of time, especially since we have a small team. It's much easier and quicker than posting to each account separately. The caption writer is fantastic, providing a starting point on days when ideas don't come easily and helping with consistency, even when different people contribute. The prompts and weekly 'days' are also a great help, and the Owly shortener is useful for avoiding huge links. Additionally, set up of Hootsuite and adding accounts is easy, making management much more straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the limitations is asset management and organization. I would like to add more templates for my team to use, which would help newer team members create more on their own. Additionally, reporting would be better if it went deeper. It can be fairly surface level unless you invest a lot of time in it. I would like to be able to compare against more than 2 benchmarks too.

Great Multi-Posting, But Rising Prices and Unwanted AI Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to post to multiple social sets at the same time. The UI is reasonably clean and I am able to complete my job without performance or bug related interuptions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price (although paid by the company, not myself as an individual) is high, and has increased A LOT since we started using the service several years ago. I do not like the AI intergrations and do not use them.

Streamlining social posting to multiple sets at the same time. Intergration with all relevant social medias. Ability to schedule content well in advance to save time in routine marketing workflow.
Easy-to-Navigate All-in-One Dashboard with Strong Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Hootsuite is the UI / UX, everything is all in one dashboard and easy to navigate. I also really like the analytics feature to see post engagement so that you can track what type of posts do well, and which ones not so well
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Hootsuite is that you can't tag a persons profile on Facebook but you can on the LinkedIn post. I also think the pricing could be a little more cheaper than what it is.

The main problem I would say is time management, it saves me a lot of time by allowing me to schedule a week's worth of posts or posts that need to go out in the holiday period when the offices are closed. I can just duplicate and adjust slightly, etc.
Great Scheduling & Analytics, But Pricing and Social Score Accuracy Need Work
What do you like best about the product?
the scheduling and analytics give me a great insight for future social media posts. Allows me to post at better times and compare other competitors with my own similiar posts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a little much, considering we are a non for profit. The ROI is questionable, as sometimes donations do not translate. The social score sometimes is inaccurate, and I dont know go off it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
types of posts to recreate, scheduling for optimal engagement, understanding greater insights into my audience/performance. AI tools for hastags and captions are helpful as well.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for scheduling posts for work. It solves the problem of remembering to post daily and helps remind me of national and international days. I like the suggestions of the day feature, and the initial setup was super easy for my team.

I hate that you have to minimize the AI bot every time you open something, it's really annoying.
