Intuitive UI, Easy to Navigate
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite helps so much in making sure things are consistent between social channels. What once was an arduous task of scheduling posts one by one with every social channel, is now just a one and done. The UI is easy to navigate and the calendar view makes it easy to see what's on the agenda thanks to the holidays populating the tabs. Hootsuite makes it easy to post a few times a week or even daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it's hard to refresh the Inbox portion, and there's currently no way to select multiple Inbox messages at a time. I want to be able to select and set to 'resolved' but in order to do that, I'd have to do it one by one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows me to effectively manage multiple social media channels at once, cutting the time it takes to manage and read all the comments and messages from each channel.

Thi sis a tool that I use every day to manage our social media accounts. It is easy to use, and there are many resources available.

The price point is a bit high. However, the non-profit discount helps.

Streamlined Social Media Management with Customization Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite to post cross-platform on social media accounts for a nonprofit. It allows me to automate the posting process, letting me plan months at a time, which saves a ton of time. It's very easy and convenient to use. I like that it shortens links automatically and the ability to customize for different platforms, like links on Facebook versus 'link in bio' on Instagram. Instead of logging in and editing each post on different apps, scheduling one post across four platforms and changing the messaging for the individual platform on one screen is a huge time saver. The initial setup was fairly easy; within about 20 minutes, everything was connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
Posting reels and videos does not seem to be as easy. Sometimes it is less trouble to post from my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite automates my posting process, allowing me to schedule months in advance, saving a ton of time. It simplifies posting cross-platform by letting me customize for each platform from one screen.
Easy to Share Posts to Multiple Social Media Platforms At Once

What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite makes managing social media so much easier! I love being able to schedule posts in advance for multiple platforms—it saves me so much time. The dashboard is super easy to use, and the analytics help me track engagement effortlessly. It’s great having everything in one place to stay organized. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to streamline their social media

My only minor gripe is that the best analytics features are only available on higher-tier plans

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Hootsuite for nearly 10 years and we schedule all of our daily social media posts each week.
Over time, we have seen Hootsuite dedicated to improving its services each year. I love that I can schedule my social shares, answer questions, and make comments all in one platform.
Hootsuite is very easy to implement with a simple setup and UX that is intuitive and geared to small business owners with many tasks.
It was super easy to integrate our existing social media channels into Hoosuite's platform. With just a few clicks we were ready to create and schedule social shares.
We've only had to reach out to Hootsuite customer service twice in all these years and they were quick to help us find a solution and get the most out of their product.

Hootsuite is a great product at an affordable price point. However, I wish there were a way to integrate Pinterest and TikTok in a seamless manner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a very small business with only a few team members. Having Hootsuite enables us to schedule posts and cover our social media reach without having to spend a lot of time each week. It's very convenient and works great for our needs!
Social Media Made Manageable
What do you like best about the product?
I'd hate to go back to managing multiple social media platforms without Hootsuite! Being able to craft one post to then customize and schedule across multiple sites with simple drag and drop functionality is such a time saver, as is the "Draft" feature which let's my team get ahead of what's coming without risking a post going "live" without a critical link or final detail. The analytics are impactful, too. Highly recommend!

Pricing has increased dramatically the last few years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing social media with a small busy team that promotes a wide range of events and programs.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate that Hootsuite notifies you when a scheduled post fails to go out. Thank goodness it saves the post so it can be rescheduled. Other types of schedules won't notify you or save the content, so Hootsuite is considerably more advanced. I use it for corporate sociall media management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The analytics are only useful if you always report on Hootsuite analytics, however it wipes some of the data or converts platform insights to it's own version so it's hard to compare apples to apples when looking between Hootsuite's insights vs Instagram for example.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I save time by scheduling multiple posts. I am able to manage my post scedule more easily and decide how I want to share the schedule more easily. I can pre-make and save drafts. It also helps me remember to post to my lesser-used social accounts.
Simplifies Social Media Management Across Platforms
What do you like best about the product?
I found Hootsuite to be a great program for organizing the message we want to share on social media through various platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok. I appreciate its ability to create a unified message on a regular basis and know it's being shared across all platforms simultaneously. It's very easy to use, and allows me to dedicate just a small amount of time to it either daily or weekly. I like that it incorporates platform rules and regulations, helping me make necessary adjustments while creating posts, and it simplifies things by allowing me to perform tasks once instead of multiple times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I don't like about using Hootsuite is that if I want to repost the same thing, I can't repost them all at the same time. I have to go through and cut and paste each one. And so I find that a little consuming. I think it would be better to be able to take the day and everything that was posted on that day and then move that entire day over to the next day that we want to do the post.

I use Hootsuite to resolve sharing the same message on multiple platforms, allowing me to manage this task just once.
