Easy Social Scheduling and Analytics in One Place, with More Integrations to Explore
What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to schedule posts for different social media platforms, and you can connect them quickly through solid integrations. I also like how simple it is to see my social media results and performance all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my personal opinion, Hootsuite is a very complete tool. Although I may not be using all of the integrations, I haven’t tried their AI products yet, so I can’t really give an analysis of that part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like being able to post all my content from one place instead of going through each social media platform individually. I also appreciate that I can set separate posting times.
Saves Time by Aggregating Posts in One Place
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to aggregate all of my posting into one window. It saves me oodles of time and effort, plus I don't have to worry about several different logins.
What do you dislike about the product?
It often disconnects with some of my services such as bluesky. I have to schedule some of the posts after I'm done for the day and I won't know about the issue until the following morning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My main problem was keeping all of our posts synchronized between the visual artifact, the copy and our associated hashtags. This has solved for that pretty handedly.
Easy Weekly Scheduling and Quick Overview in Hootsuite
What do you like best about the product?
Scheduling everything in 1 program very easily for the entire week. The interface makes it really easy to do this and you can also view everything that has been scheduled in seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always Hootsuite fault but social accounts keep disconnecting, I also get emails that a post has failed to have been scheduled with Hootsuite when in fact it did not fail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite stays up to date with the latest social channels and features. The ability to post directly to Instagram stories s few years ago was a brilliant addition to the functionality!
Essential Social Media Management with Room for Growth
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Hootsuite lets us take a deep dive into our audience engagement and our social media posts to see what works well and what doesn't. The feature where we can duplicate our social media posts without leaving the scheduler is super useful, and we use it on a day-to-day basis. Hootsuite is generally a very top-notch software, and to be honest, we couldn't live without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think more use of the first comment feature should be implemented. It's only available on Instagram, so if it could be available on Facebook, that would be great. For X, formerly known as Twitter, scheduling threads would be brilliant. Also, on Instagram, it would be fantastic if I could see a draft of what the image would look like on my profile before it goes live. Some way to do a LinkedIn bio for Instagram would also be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite for scheduling social media posts for the month, saving time and enhancing time management. It also solves our analytics issues, letting us analyze social media engagement to improve our strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the analytical part of Hootsuite because it gives me all the analytics, which helps me improve my social media posting. This is my favorite part. I find it to be a time-saving and effort-saving process as I can post the same content on different accounts with one platform. It's a very easy process to handle, not a difficult process. I'm very used to Hootsuite, and the initial setup is easy—just buying an account, logging in, and it starts automatically. It's very easy to handle.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use, everything is clearly laid-out and user friendly. It is straightforward to upload your own media and captions to the scheduling tool and to manage your workflow.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if you could schedule stories with the instagram link button attached to the frame. This would remove the need to post the story manually and add the link in - something that requires time and effort when moving from desktop to mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to schedule and upload social media posts well in advance. It helps us keep a clear eye on analytics too so we can monitor our account's growth over the years.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the layout of Hootsuite and the ability to schedule posts for multiple platforms at once, like Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, which saves me time from having to switch between different platforms. I appreciate the auto-generated reports that save me hours since I don't have to spend time on reporting anymore. I can easily track all the metrics I care about, such as engagement rates and reach. The competitor analysis is also useful. The setup was super easy; after watching a video and getting a little show-round, I became a pro in minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good if I could add a product on TikTok like shoppable videos.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite combines scheduling for Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok, saving me hours. I can manage multiple platforms at once and don't have to spend time manually on reporting, as everything is automated. It tracks engagement rates and reach, making competitor analysis easier.
Intuitive, Efficient, but Needs Improved Bulk Editing
What do you like best about the product?
I think the interface of Hootsuite is really easy to use and super intuitive. It's very helpful for day-to-day operations, making life a lot easier and more efficient for daily tasks and maintaining social media calendars. The initial setup was very easy, extremely intuitive, and quick to complete.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think when you schedule a post across three channels, or three different platforms, and you edit, you can't make a global edit to all of them. You have to edit one of them and then the other. You can't edit all of them from one single place. So that's one thing that I would see as a good improvement.

Hootsuite makes scheduling social media content much easier and provides an overview of outgoing social content, which is a really big help.
Hootsuite Makes Social Media Scheduling Effortless and Saves Us Tons of Time
What do you like best about the product?
It makes social media scheduling so much easier - I use Hootsuite for both internal and client SM marketing! I dont know what I would do without it, it saves so much time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love it overall, but it would be great if there was an editing feature. There have been some occasions where I have noticed a mistake after posting, and have to go into each SM account to edit or delete a post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It takes away the need to manually schedule any content, and also helps with caption idea with the AI owl function. The integration to all relevant social platforms is a life saver!

What I like best about Hootsuite is the centralized management of multiple social media channels in one dashboard. It makes content planning, publishing, and daily community management much more efficient, especially when working in a team. The ability to collaborate, use approval workflows, and keep an overview of comments and messages across platforms saves a lot of time in day-to-day operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside of Hootsuite is that the interface can feel quite complex and overwhelming, especially for new users. Advanced analytics are also somewhat limited and often require exporting data for deeper insights. Additionally, the pricing can be relatively high, which may be a barrier for smaller teams or companies.

Hootsuite primarily solves the challenge of managing multiple social media channels and workflows in one central place. It helps streamline content planning, publishing, and community management, which reduces manual effort and saves time. For me, this results in more consistent posting, clearer team collaboration, and a more structured day-to-day social media workflow, especially when handling several platforms at once.
