Seamless Social Media Management with Powerful Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Hootsuite for making business social media account management so much easier. It solves the issue of manually uploading posts across different platforms and the built-in analytics are super helpful for my job. I find it user-friendly, which is a big plus for me. I love that I can monitor all my postings from the streams tab, allowing me to see in real time what's working with my content without switching back and forth between different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how when i'm creating content in the "create a post" area, if I'm creating a post that will be uploaded to multiple platforms but edit one individual platform's post, I then can't make edits in the overview tab afterwards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite solves the issue of manually uploading posts to social media platforms. It's user-friendly, allows me to track analytics, and I can monitor postings in real time through the streams tab without switching platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I like using Hootsuite for our social media management and planning. The social media analytics feature is really helpful for understanding our various platforms. Hootsuite makes it simple to schedule posts in advance and connects seamlessly with our design software, Canva, which I find beneficial. I appreciate that it's user-friendly and has AI assistance incorporated throughout. The initial setup was very simple too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a bit more webinars that I could attend about how to truly utilize Hootsuite to the max capacity. As a small nonprofit, that would be useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite simplifies scheduling posts in advance, connects with Canva for design, and enhances our understanding of social media strategy and audience insights.

Comprehensive Analytics, But Some Performance Glitches

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite to manage social media for a B2B company. I like the depth and breadth of the analytics, as I always feel like I get a full and accurate picture. It helps me analyze what's working and what isn't for our content, and the individual post performance is especially helpful as I can see what content resonated with people and what content didn't. The initial setup of Hootsuite was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be glitchy generally and won't open or will take a long time to load. Sometimes my scheduled content doesn't save. Sometimes the page just does not load, or the site is down for unknown reasons. I'm not sure how to fix it, it's probably a software or server problem.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to manage content schedules and analyze analytics, which helps me see post performance and understand what content resonates with our audience.

What do you like best about the product?
It puts everything together on one page, so I'm more likely to notice issues or to-do items. It encourages me to be more active in posting and reacting to feedbacks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish youtube was integrated the same way the other social aps are. You can do youtube through hootsuite, but you need to do it separately, it isn't as connected to the other social media sites.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing is it connects all of our social media sites, so that when we post on one, we are more likely to also use the other sites at the same time. It's all easily connected.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can customize your scheduling for each platform. Hootsuite is easy to use and navigate. I am happy with using it as my scheduling tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any dislikes about Hootsuite so far. It has been a solid platform for social media scheduling and is simple to use. I was able to pick up on the platform very easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me to be able to schedule my posts instead of having to post each of them seperately on different platforms. It makes a world of a difference in my day to day work load and responsibilites.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite to manage social media for the company I handle marketing for. I like scheduling posts, tracking analytics, and comparing our performance against competitors. Hootsuite solves having to separately go into all of our social media accounts to post. With Hootsuite, I can do it all at once, which is really nice. I really like the analytics part; I can see analytics for all or each account and select the dates I choose. I also like how you can enter in certain accounts and compare your performance to theirs. I can see what's doing well for competitors and what's not, helping me decide if we should use those ideas. I also like to see how we are doing compared to the industry, social media-wise.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd say sometimes when I schedule for some reason it won't post to certain accounts. It normally happens with Instagram but it will be like something went wrong so I have to manually go on Instagram and post it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to manage social media efficiently by scheduling posts and tracking analytics. It solves the hassle of uploading to multiple accounts individually and lets me compare our performance with competitors all in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite is simple to use. The calendar feature that shows what I have scheduled is fabulous, and I appreciate how it now includes integrated AI features.
What do you dislike about the product?
What could be improved is when you need to make a change to one of the posts, that it spreads through all of the posts versus having to update each one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite lets me distribute content to all platforms with one click, saving me massive time.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of being able to schedule all my social media posts in advance. Hootsuite makes it easy to add media and make my posts the correct length for every platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing I wish it was easier to do is copy and paste similar posts on different days. You have to do it one at a time instead of bein g able to schedule all at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite saves me so much time every week by allowing me to schedule posts in advance. This helps me to reach my audiences on social media and share information about what we're doing.

Easy-to-Use, Budget-Friendly Social Scheduling with Great Integrations and Analytics

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is designed in such a way that makes Hootsuite very easy to use and save ideas to boards for later use. Our company uses Slack and its integration with this platform along with Mailchimp also makes workflows easier. Hootsuite performs well and rarely has issues with posting content, and resetting platofrm logins is very easy. Compared to other social media scheduling platforms, Hootsuite remains well within our budget and is noticeably more cost effective for the benefits it provides. Other competing platforms do not offer the same amount of connected accounts for the same or better price. Support is a click away and useful when the rare issue arises. The OwlyAI is also helpful for ideation and editing.

All in all, being able to save post drafts as virtual 'sticky notes' is very helpful for me to plan ahead and keep my workflow organized. I especially like the analytics to track engagement and see what days and times work best for best performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company has yet to discover a great way for the review process each week. The Slack integration is nice, but I want to be able to send a drafted post to a Slack channel for other members of my team to review before it goes out. Right now, our process is basically verbal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has 9 accounts across 4 different industries and Hootsuite saves hours and hours each week and allows me to plan months ahead. Posting manually would be the bane of my existence, but Hootsuite allows me to set and forget, essentially.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite mainly to manage and schedule content across different social media channels, which helps me keep track of the editorial calendar and streamline day-to-day communication workflows. It's especially useful for handling recurring campaigns and institutional content. The ability to centralize everything in one place is what I like most, as it makes scheduling, monitoring, and managing multiple channels much more practical with a clearer view. This centralization saves time and makes it easier to keep content aligned across channels without losing visibility of the schedule. Additionally, I enjoy the speed and consistency it provides across different channels; organizing publishing in one place makes the workflow faster and reduces gaps. The initial setup was no problem at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing that could be improved is the ability to automate the first comment together with the post publication.
