Streamlined Social Media Management with Hootsuite
What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for my agency, and I like the fact that the interface has been streamlined over the years. I also appreciate that Hootsuite has listened to the needs of agencies and has improved significantly, now offering most of the functionality that we need for our agency. The integration of more social media platforms over the years, including TikTok and YouTube, is a feature I do like. I also like the high quality of the enterprise solution and how nothing else matches Hootsuite for the amount we pay for streams. The support team is responsive, answering all my calls in a timely fashion and most of the time helping me problem solve, which I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite can still be very glitchy, with posts sometimes failing to publish. It can be hard to connect certain clients' accounts, and this process could be streamlined. The costs per month are too high for individuals or smaller clients who aren't agencies or enterprises. Also, it does not integrate well (yet) with YouTube shorts and the tagging functionality for Instagram still does not work well and makes the posts fail.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is a one-stop solution for managing all our clients' social media accounts, allowing my team to schedule everything out in one place a month in advance.
Easy Daily Planner and Helpful ALT Text AI, but Image Loading Can Lag
What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite is quite easy to use each day with how the daily planner is set out. At times, the performance can be poor when adding or removing images as the images take a while to load when deleted. The pricing does match the value with the amount of accounts we can have added. No other tools have been used so integrations don't apply to me. Setting up on Hootsuite was quite easy, but there have been no need to contact customer service. The AI feature for ALT text has been great and helps to save time, especially when there are multiple images to add alt text to.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is when posts fail to post. If there was a way we could be made aware right after scheduling, this would be helpful. For example on weekend posting, we can't get this sorted until the next work day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping to solve the issue of content scheduling. Previously, I had to manually post content which was really time consuming. However, Hootsuite makes this extremely helpful for me now.
Streamlined Social Media Management, Slightly Improved Analytics Needed
What do you like best about the product?
I like using Hootsuite for scheduling posts for our school accounts, as it eliminates the need to access multiple accounts for similar content. It's easily customizable and everything is organized and scheduled from a single platform. The crop tools are great, making it easy to fit social media specs with just one click, and I don't have to search for individual specs elsewhere. The organizational features, like being able to see what I posted, when, and on which accounts, are really helpful. I can view everything on a calendar, schedule things ahead of time, and even save drafts easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe a better analytics portal that tracks clicks, follows, etc. a little better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite lets me schedule posts for multiple accounts from one platform, saving time and effort. I love its customizable interface, crop tools, and its ability to track posts and drafts on a calendar without needing extra searches for specs.
Intuitive Scheduling and In-Depth Analytics for Executive-Ready Reporting
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how easy the scheduling and posting tool is to use. It’s extremely intuitive, yet it still covers all the details I need. The analytics are also very in-depth, and they let me pull everything together into a complete report that I can share with executives.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few small things I wish were easier. I’d like to have options for parent and child campaigns. Also, the user permissions structure can be quite complicated and difficult to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is helping us address inconsistency across our social media platforms. We’re a global company with multiple subsidiaries around the world, and with this tool we’re able to keep our messaging more consistent across teams and channels.
Effortless Social Media Management, Needs Analytics Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I find Hootsuite easy to use and very functional. It effectively solves the problem of organizing and scheduling posts. I also appreciate the ability to use the employee application 'Amplify'. The initial setup was pretty easy, which I really liked.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some of the things are when the PDFs do not show on the screen or the analytics are off compared to the social platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps everything on track and organized across multiple channels. It also gives a good idea of where you stand on the analytics of each post as well as throughout the year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Hootsuite is very powerful but a bit pricey. The interface feels cluttered, and key features are locked behind higher plans. Best suited for larger teams.

User-Friendly with Impressive Scheduling and Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how user-friendly Hootsuite is. Scheduling posts for our Health Department's social media accounts is much easier, especially since we aim for 100 posts a month. Another thing I love is that I can access my Canva designs directly through Hootsuite without having to download them first. Additionally, it provides great analytics, which is a significant plus for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like it glitches sometimes. I wish more people could be logged in and using it at the same time. I wish that I could see the times of other posts that were already scheduled that day while I am posting another.

I use Hootsuite to schedule posts for our social media, avoiding daily manual entries. It helps us efficiently reach 100 posts monthly and provides great analytics.
Efficient Social Media Scheduler with Minor Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like that imagery uploading in Hootsuite is very easy, and the ability to tag products in the scheduling tool for Instagram. I also appreciate being able to share the same content on different platforms without having to recreate it for each platform. Plus, Hootsuite has a good, clean, easy-to-view layout. The initial setup was very quick and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It keeps logging me out of accounts, which is frustrating because I don't manage all the passwords and Google keys myself. This issue is compounded by the fact that the platforms are not all logged in on the PC where I manage Hootsuite. Sometimes, after tagging a product on an image, if Hootsuite doesn't like it, it won't notify me at the time of scheduling. Instead, it just fails to post at the allotted time, and I can't fix it until the next day.

I use Hootsuite for posting on multiple social media accounts across brands at once. It solves scheduling posts outside work hours and allows easy imagery uploads and product tagging across platforms with a clean, easy-to-view layout.
Simple, Reliable Social Scheduling with Great Support and Smart Caption Help
What do you like best about the product?
My company has been using Hootsuite since I started with them, and it has consistently stood out for its pricing and for keeping the product simple enough for anyone to use. I really like the convenience of scheduling all of my social posts in one application. Since we post on almost all social media websites, it’s a huge help that Hootsuite makes it easy to integrate all of our social media accounts in one place, so I’m not constantly going back and forth between accounts.
Even when I can’t think of a caption for a post, their OwlyGPT makes it easy not only to generate a caption, but also to generate hashtags based on goals like more reach or impressions. Another big plus is customer support: I don’t have to jump through hoops to reach their customer service team, and they’re prompt and can answer any of my questions quickly. Overall, I can trust it to post my content reliably without worrying about anything bouncing.

My only complaint is that I wish the Analytics tab were easier to navigate. It feels like there’s too much information packed into one area, which makes it harder to quickly find the specific details I need.

Hootsuite has solved the constant back-and-forth of posting across multiple social media sites. When I’m on a time crunch, it’s much easier to create a post in Hootsuite, get suggestions for the caption, and decide on the best time to publish.
Easy Cross-Platform Scheduling That Simplifies Team Collaboration
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to schedule content across different platforms and keep up with who is scheduling and posting what on our Marketing team. It also makes cross posting video content way easier than manually doing it prior to getting HootSuite.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only negative thing I can think of is that there is a 15-photo limit on posts, which can be annoying if we're trying to post detailed graphics or a photo dump.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have multiple people on our team who request, create, and approve content, so being able to all see what each of us has scheduled or is working on is very convenient. It also makes cross posting on apps outside of the Meta interface much easier.
