Effortless Multi-Platform Posting with Consistent Messaging

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to post across multiple social media platforms all at the same time and the reassurance that my images are tailored to fit each platform. Ensuring the messaging begin shared is the same across each platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there was a notification of some sort sent to my email to review data and analytics regarding my social media accounts. I also wish that the data was a bit easier to read and share with executives that are not as involved in the social media world as I am but would like to see metrics and performance scores.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving our lack of social media visibility. Before using Hootsuite we would post every couple of days, but now we have a running social media calendar and are on top of sharing BK happenings across multiple different platforms which is strengthening our image in the community.

Time-Saving but Frustrating Error Handling

What do you like best about the product?
I like how on Hootsuite I can schedule out posts all at once across different platforms. It saves me time from having to do it manually on each platform. I also appreciate the analytics. Being able to know which posts are liked, track the campaigns, and know which posts are doing well is great for me & to show executives.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you make an error tagging on Instagram, the whole post doesn't go out, and it doesn't tell you exactly which tag was the problem, so you have to manually go through them, which is really time-consuming. I also wish there could be some sort of AI feature in the automated reports that highlights the biggest changes or significant posts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to track metrics and analytics, schedule posts across platforms, and optimize my social strategy, saving me time from doing things manually and helping me identify successful posts and campaign similarities.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Hootsuite easily schedules everything and posts across platforms well. I really appreciate seeing the metrics tracked well, keeping a record of past performance and highlighting where things are doing well and what needs to be adjusted. The initial setup is pretty simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally slow at uploading media, it just takes a bit to upload video files but it's not terrible. I would like if the inbox had slightly better automated reply options

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Hootsuite helps streamline posting across all social media platforms, which makes it so much easier to handle everything in one place. What do you like best about the product?
Hootsuite has been a game changer for managing our employees’ LinkedIn accounts. Since we started using it, we’ve seen a noticeable increase in engagement and overall performance. The platform integrates smoothly with our workflows, and the user interface is very intuitive, which makes it easy for our team to stay consistent and efficient with posting. The pricing is also very competitive compared to other platforms, and the AI-driven trending topic suggestions are especially helpful for a financial institution like ours that is always looking for fresh content ideas. Their customer support has been excellent as well and quick to answer any questions we’ve had.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing we would like to see improved is more flexibility when it comes to adding additional social accounts. Right now, needing to upgrade to an entirely new plan just to include a few more accounts can feel limiting. Having an option to add accounts incrementally within the same plan would make the platform even more convenient and scalable for growing teams like ours.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite is solving the challenge of keeping our lenders active and consistent on LinkedIn when they don’t have the time to create posts themselves. By allowing our marketing team to plan, write, and publish content on their behalf, it has made maintaining a strong and professional presence much more manageable. This has helped increase visibility, engagement, and consistency across our team’s accounts without adding extra work to our lenders’ already busy schedules.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the analytics feature, it makes it very easy to track how we are performing without checking in each platform. I also like the specialized reports and how you can customize them
What do you dislike about the product?
There seem to be a few instances of disconnection from the platforms. This makes it difficult to reliably plan content, because it is not always clear when it will disconnect
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite helps me organize our social content across platforms without having to post individually. It also helps decide best timing for posting too.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for publishing social media posts, and I really appreciate being able to schedule posts for all 10 accounts I run at once, which saves me so much time. I like that it's very easy to use, and the nonprofit discount is very generous. I also like using OwlyGPT to make my captions more impactful, as it gives me great ideas for how to improve my posts. The setup was pretty quick and easy, and the interface is easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to tag people/pages on LinkedIn when using Hootsuite. I usually have to go edit the post directly on LinkedIn to be able to tag people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can schedule posts for all 10 accounts at once with Hootsuite, saving me a lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Hootsuite for social media marketing, specifically for scheduling posts, brainstorming layouts, and building out posting schedules with the monthly calendar. I appreciate how it solves the issue of having to post on my time, saving me stress and worry. The ability to schedule posts ahead of time is what I like most, as I don't have to worry about posting on weekends when I'm off work. Hootsuite handles it automatically. Additionally, I find Hootsuite to be a way easier platform to use with more features than what I was using before, which was Social Reach. I've been an avid user of Hootsuite for almost 10 years, and find the setup super easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are weird glitches or errors, or a connection issue. Hootsuite announces when they are happening, so like Facebook won't work with auto scheduling, so you have to manually post.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Hootsuite to save time and avoid stress by scheduling posts in advance, no longer needing to post manually, especially on weekends.

What do you like best about the product?

Intuitive Scheduling, But Pricey for Small Teams

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Hootsuite is easy and intuitive to use and less glitchy than alternative scheduling sites. It allows us to post to all sites simultaneously, which is great since we are very time-poor. It's easy for all members of staff to navigate, making it valuable for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The link to Bluesky never seems to work and that would actually be really helpful for us. It's also very expensive as we are a small charity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Hootsuite allows us to schedule posts across all sites simultaneously, except Bluesky. It's easy and intuitive to use, which is crucial as we're time poor, and it's less glitchy than other platforms.
