Very positive experience, very easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
Daily notifications of work orders, its like having a personal assistant so nothing is missed. Very easy to add work orders, vendors and assets. The team can scan qr codes on assets and compose a message to relevant people when work/repairs need carrying out.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very few downsides, I would maybe like to see a feature when an asset is no longer in use, you can retire the asset but still keep the data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
keeping a log of maintenance across the business for all the assets for HSE purposes

What do you like best about the product?
I am alone in taking care of the maintenance of five machines, it is very practical for tracking the hours for preventive maintenance and for managing urgent breakdowns.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback for now is that there is no tracking for dates like for annual inspections and permits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help manage time, expenses, inventory, suppliers, and do not exceed preventive maintenance.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is an amazing hub for planning and tracking projects. It is easy to use for all levels of our organization and helps us to communicate effectively. The staff at MaintainX is also very responsive to our inquiries. They have helped us understand the system and also taken into consideration the features that we would like to see for future updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't allow for the creation of a more personalized report to send to customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX helps us to track property locations for new projects as well as for future maintenance. It is a single platform that connects all of our personnel to effectively manage inhouse or onsite projects. It helps us to keep track of all items so that none are forgotten as well as to prioritize the more critical projects.
Easy & Functional
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is very easy to use. The requests are simple for all to put in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still pretty new with the system and my only dislike thus far is figuring out PM dates. (when to have them show up on the calendar).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps connect my part time maintenance tech with all my other staff. They can make a request with detail and he sees it. Then he can ask them questions and give updates.

What do you dislike about the product?
Going from paper to digital, there is not much to dislike; it is a slight learning curve to force employees to switch to the new system.

Excellent Technician Centric CMMS
What do you like best about the product?
The MaintainX CMMS has a world class mobile and desktop interface that gives the operators easy access to the features they need. The ability to generate QR codes allows for easy integration allowing the operator to easily create work requests based on their specific equipment.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the downsides of MaintainX is the lack of "concurrent" user licenses. All users must be named users so each maintenance technician needs their own license as opposed to having one or two licenses that could be shared with the entire maintenance team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We lacked a system that allowed for tracking of preventive maintenance activities.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the classification of each user. It is beneficial that some people can be view only and others can add work orders into the system. It is great that it is noted who entered the work orders and that they are time stamped.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just need more time to navigate and work with the software. I haven't found anything that I dislike yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In our small city we are in charge of all of the utilities, along with streets and parks. A lot of times we think of work orders while we are in the middle of doing other tasks. This allows anyone from our team to input the work order and have them at our fingertips when needed. We used to have note pads all over and then they would get lost. This has allowed us to be more productive and efficient in the short time we have had the program.
This was very easy program to use and great support.
What do you like best about the product?
There support is really great and quick to respond. This program is really easy and I cant wait until the Nursing staff start to put in work orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think they need to meet more than just once a week to identify problems we might have that would make things alot smoother.

alot with finding short cuts to get things in faster.

that if I have a problem the customer service team helps you out and if they dont have the answer right away they will find a solution for you

Nothing at the moment, everything they offer is on point

how to use the whole program, it is helping me inventory all of our products, and showing us on how much product we use etc....

I find it a bit expensive but worth it. But once I get into using all aspects of the produce that might change
