Great Product for Small Number of Users
What do you like best about the product?
This has been a great out of the box program for my department of two for asset administration of 8 buildings. However, I also like that it is capable of expanding the number of users, adding other modules and can customize in the future. Other programs charge based on how many people touch the program, which can be thousands of dollars. Due to this reason, it was very easy to get approval for the purchase. Customer support is excellent throughout the implementation processes. I use this daily and have eliminated saving documents, emails, information, etc. in multiple locations as I had to before MaintainX. I highly recommend MaintainX.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints. It just takes focus from the user to learn the programs features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to locate all asset information in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX makes it really easy to address and follow up with issues that arise on a day-to-day basis. It simplifies tasks that would otherwise be difficult to keep up with. It allows everyone to be on the same page and ensure problems are addressed as soon as possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I have found in my time using MaintainX so far is that it needs to be slightly more user friendly for those with limited computer experience.

It helps to communicate and ensure everyone is aware of the problems that arise as they happen.

What do you like best about the product?
This program/software is easy to use and easy to access for employees! They love having the APP on their phone when doing inspections. This was easy to implement and get our team to use. We use this program daily, monthly and review tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes here! This system just plain works!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping up with servicing our equipment, inspections, and making sure we have all documents for equipment in 1 easy to use space.

The scalability of MaintainX makes it a great option the way it can integrate with other application makes it very good to bring everything into one place

In general I don't like user licences and subscriptions but that's the way the world is at the moment not specific to MaintainX

It's early days but smart planning maintenance and the meters and automation functions are saving maintenance time

What do you like best about the product?
Maintain X has helped us streamline our work flow. We're in the health industry with multiple clinics.
Having different locations w/clinics with different repairs and asset management concerns, it has definitely helped us get organized and also address to the concerts asap.
This is crucial in our business since real time repairs and maintenance means lost revenues.
The customer service of Maintain X is top notch (one of the best i've experienced).
And the app is solid (and haven't had any issues with downtime).
They also continue to improve and integrate with other platforms

I've asked for a request notification before since we had an issue with the requestors not being notified of the comments.

It has solved us organize our work orders and give us more information about repairs of our clinic.
Since we have thousands of equipment in several locations, it has also helped us keep track.

SUPER EASY , AND QUICK
What do you like best about the product?
everything you need is right there in one spot, you get reminders about work orders, upcoming events and much more. It's very user friendly and great for small, or big company's.
What do you dislike about the product?
the most least helpful thing is having multiple emails sent to me about the same thing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
makes it easier to communicate with coworkers and also track progress for management to see.

What do you like best about the product?
What I have found most helpful is being able to standardize procedures and inspections for all of our locations and it's ease of use when it is all set up. A lot of great features that has let our team integrate with our daily operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setup does take a little while to get done, but when it is done, it is super easy to just tweak it with a couple of adjustments.

Consistency of maintenance and inventory across our locations.
Big Fan of MaintainX.
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is easy is a comprehensive solution for our entire school. It's super easy to use and my Maintenance Manager, who has very little Tech experience, has been able to do a lot of the setup himself. Price isn't everything, but I can tell you that it was the cheapest option I found and definitely the most professional.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only suggestions at this point would be to make the request portal more customize-able. I wish we could do a drop down that included all locations, as opposed to having to create individual service tickets for every room. In addition, I wish I could add in my own custom fields.
