Excellent support and ease of use
What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is great as well as the mobile app. The system is straightforward and easy to use. There is plenty of customization for us as a facility to grow into it without major limitation. The work order flow is simple and concise. Creating and implementing procedures/PMs is so easy. Customer support has been top notch, with all my questions being answered quickly. I was able to switch over from our old CMMS without hassle, very easy to integrate. We use it every day and area looking to expand it beyond PMs and demand maintenance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to give work order visibility to anyone but the person who externally created it. We have multiple people in production that need to know the status of a work order or would like to follow it. This can't happen unless they are the ones to create the work order.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PM record retention. We are audited frequently and being able to quickly recall work orders and have them presented in an easy to follow format is a big plus. Tracking machine uptime is also great, as well as seeing recurring failure points. have drag and drop for files and photos is AMAZING, it is the only product to really support that function seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
I don’t think there’s any one specific thing about MaintainX that I have found to be the most valuable. They have thought of a plethora of options for tracking and reporting, many are not something I would’ve thought necessary but it’s an excellent tool to provide some deep insight and valuable metrics!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time, not full access to customer bulk uploads of all the information you can enter when adding additional locations, assets, parts ect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has helped us track down time for pneumatic tools and easily provide history of what was repaired in the past.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to provide information and feedback to work orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fail rate of the in app camera feature. Majority of the time when using this feature, rather than upload the picture taken it will re-open the app and jump back to the work order page. It is now to the point where we are having to take independent pictures and then having to upload through my photos section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps create a correlation to the benefits of proper preventative maintenance and up time/productivity. I t also creates a narrative of planned downtime for corrective maintenance vs failure downtime corrective maintenance. We are able to better track man hours for proper manning. We are to track high fail components for our inventory needs, as well as track inventory.

MaintainX makes it very easy to assign, track, and complete work orders. I especially like the app - it’s fast, intuitive.

Sometimes the notifications can be overwhelming, especially when many updates come through at once.

What do you like best about the product?
It provides a solid foundation for referring to essential equipment. The ability to create work orders and procedures using copilot is extremely useful. Our company was able to digitalize everything that was once on paper in a matter of months. This program is a huge asset in maintaining data and information on building equipment and work history.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. So far I like everything about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accountability. Everything is now documented and recorder for future trends and issues. All preventative maintenance can be monitored much for efficiently on all assets.
MaintainX is a great platform with a slick interface.
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is a great platform to organize our maintenance support efforts. It provides an easy to manage interface for multiple levels of the organization. Work orders with categories and inventory assignments help provide visibility on costs, downtime, and reoccurring issues. For a large operation with hundreds of assets and required parts, MaintainX makes it fairly easy to manage multiple projects at once. This includes purchasing, inventory, work orders, reporting, and asset management.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a number of features behind a paywall. Premium plan does not allow for managing permissions for different levels of users. Full team has ability to add or remove inventory and assets. Unable to manage inventory in multiple locations under premium license.

The system work extremely well with virtually no issues.
What do you like best about the product?
This system is very user-friendly and intuitive. Any issues that have come up, the response time is fantastic, and they immediately address our problem. Creating work orders and loading information into the system is as easy as it comes, and has saved us so many hours of data entry from systems we've used in the past. It's awesome how we have such a great level of engagement with our entire staff from the front of house to the production floor with this app. Everyone on site uses it, and it closes the gap on issues in our daily operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to find anything to dislike, but I would say one thing is that from time to time, if a full user creates a work order, it can get out of sight from the admin, especially if it wasn't assigned to a person. The other thing is it would be great to have a clear view of the week's or even months' schedule that shows all of the upcoming and overdue work orders, as well as email this view, basically a single tab that is a calendar view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep an accurate preventive maintenance schedule and drive it with constant individual reminders for the PIC. Keeping critical asset data in one location helps reduce the time to access this data. Increasing our overall productivity by having a clear priority for each work order and a PIC listed to help connect the requester with the actual technician and increasing our adherence to regulatory requirements, such as state and local inspections, and updating critical documentation promptly.
I absolutely love MaintainX because it's super easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can add pictures to each job to see the before and after and it allows you to keep track of what's been done and when for follow-up reference.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I don't like about the program.

Keeping track of projects that need to be completed and the level of importance of each one.
