What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can communicate on the work orders and send messages as needed to the requester with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that some features require an upgrade to be able to use them, however, I do understand that it requires to be at a different user level. I dislike that you can't see the reporting tab on the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I haven't run into any major issues thus far.

What do you like best about the product?
that its so user friendly and allows the techs to enter comments, photos and materials.
What do you dislike about the product?
need more training videos and freguency of use history

just making things easier to track with the techs using the app.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use not only for me but for the requesters and techs who use the system daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunetly MaintainX does a great job of showing me how under staffed I am!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Justifying our work and giving me the tools I need to show senior leadership why we need a 1-2 more FTE.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to keep track of inventory quantities and locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pictures take a long time to download for documentation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping inventory levels adequate for critical parts . This is critical for machine uptime !

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX keeps all our maintenance tasks organized in one place, makes communication easy, and helps us track progress in real time. It’s efficient, user-friendly, and saves us time.
What do you dislike about the product?
MaintainX doesn’t yet support automatically triggering a work order for another team when one is closed.
Also, some features like custom permissions are only available on higher-tier plans.
Also, full users cannot create requests, this can make it less flexible for internal workflows.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

visibility and ease of use, and the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
reporting tab can get somewhat confusing

Bringing to the forefront of the company how much the maintenance department actually does. Being able to track downtime and seeing where the main issues are, being to show where other departments need to step in and help with documented issues.

It is organized much like my A type brain and so intuitive. Training users is a cinch and the flows are basic and common sense.
What do you dislike about the product?
Foe my use I do not have any dislikes about Maintain X. It truly is the perfect fit for my organization's current needs.

Streamlined Process for Maintainence Needs

What do you like best about the product?
I highly appreciate how streamlined MaintainX makes our processes for communication, implementation, and completion of maintenance related needs across my business. Couldn't be more straightforward!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see more in depth filters. When handling a large number of sites, there are better ways the site could be organized to accommodate that. We oversee 129 locations, and organization of incoming and outgoing maintenance needs can be a challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is assisting us with increasing communication between our maintenance team, facilities team, and IT team in how it relates to operations. Individual store management across out 129 locations can submit their maintenance needs in real time, and it is routed to the appropriate parties to decrease downtime and increase efficiency. Less open tickets = happier store management and senior leadership alike.

What do you like best about the product?
It is simple to implement and use. It is Easy for the End user to engage with and for the ADMIN to run. Customer support is fast and effective!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no real downsides to using MaintainX. However, some of the basic configuration settings (date formats, etc.) can have downstream effects that might be viewed as negative if you select the wrong one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Provides platform for production to communicate to maintenance.
2. Provides real data to Executive mgt about where the maintenance activity is/has been.
3. Allows Mgt to see the difference between Reactive and Preventative activity.
