Keeping track made easier
What do you like best about the product?
This application makes it easier to keep track of daily activities and work orders. Way better than using paper.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that if you lose internet connection while filling in data on the app it will not save it, once the internet has connected again, the app will make you refill in all of your data again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Less time filling out paper work. its easier to find things and fill daily activities out.

Fast and Simple implementation - Easy User adoption
What do you like best about the product?
Clean and clear UI both on devices and web version. This makes it easy for users to navigate and find what they need. The ease of migration from our old system was simple and user addition was fast.
The tech support has been great with making bulk changes and development of the system is on going and new features have been added during the implementation.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to use the timer feature on the web version. Reporting for time worked might be better

Great tool for record keeping

What do you dislike about the product?
nothing about MaintainX so far have i had an issue, been using this system for 6 months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping with setting up routine PM's that need done Monthly, Quarterly, every 6 months and annually. Also great for assigning work that need to be completed.
Full Featured CMMS with a great staff to back it up
What do you like best about the product?
We are changing from an outdated CMMS. Maintain X has made the transition nearly painless. Easy of communication and implementation have made the transition go smoothly. Customer support in the implementation and use are exceptional. The ability to connect to other systems like our ERP or MES are a huge plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
we have not experienced any true downsides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proper tracking of PM's as well as asset tracking are a huge plus.

I like the ease of access, learnability, time and cost saving, and the ability to track many different aspects of maintenace

I have not found any downsides so far, its an all around solid platform

MaintainX is helping us get rid of emails and tons of paperwork to have every aspect of maintenance in all one easy to use place

Being able to plan around multi-sites. assign with the maintenance tickets system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not super intuitive to set up and get users bought in.

The ease of managing and creating assets and inter twining them with easily tractable and accomplishable Work orders makes my and my teams life easier.

Procedures around Lean manufacturing should be made available

Effective CMMS for Food Industry PM
What do you like best about the product?
It has preset platforms for SOPs, trending and visibility analysis to assist in creating effective PM especially for the food industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too many updates. Releases should be group into annually or semi-annual to allow sufficient time for assimilation.
