What do you like best about the product?
The amount of customizations make this program wonderful to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it logs me out when I am right in the middle of using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeps everything in one spot. Being able to communicate with my sites through the application is ideal.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and a great way to protect your assets and trap work orders. Helps a fleet become proactive instead of reactive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can’t really say that there’s anything that I dislike. The system is great and the price is just right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep track of the maintenance history on our assets. Helps with workflow..

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and understand. Set up support is always available.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful to have more user friendly display dashboards to show non users information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping move us away from reactive and more towards preventative which is leading to better productivity from our plant.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use when adding new locations and new users to the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish there were more capabilities with the application that would work with how our company is set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides one place where all users for all locations can input work order requests for the maintenance team. This helps promote faster turn around time to fix issues and helps maintain a record of consistent issues with equipment at the same location.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has been one of the easiest software tools we've rolled out in our organisation. Booking a demo and getting started was smooth and straightforward, we had all our questions answered and the setup tailored to fit exactly what we needed. Migrating data from our previous CMMS was simple, and going live was seamless. Our team (and even our requesters) genuinely enjoy using it day to day. Any issues we’ve come across have been handled quickly and efficiently by their support team. Overall, the software is excellent, and the MaintainX team has been one of the most responsive and helpful we’ve worked with.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the admin setup can be a bit clunky, especially when trying to bulk edit or import data. Also, I do wish there was a little more visual customisation in the request portals!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX has helped us get rid of scattered maintenance processes and manual tracking. Before, we were relying on spreadsheets, emails, and a clunky old CMMS, which made it hard to keep things organised or follow up on tasks. Now everything’s in one place, work orders, asset info, inspections, and requester tickets. It’s made communication between teams a lot smoother, and tasks don’t fall through the cracks anymore. Overall, it’s saving us time, improving accountability, and making things way easier to manage day to day.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to track any documents or parts associated with an asset. It saves a lot of time to be able to access inventory through the app or setup recurring work orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see a document library created that would allow for the addition of SOPs, SDS Sheets and other related policies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving the issue with getting work orders to staff.

A Very Unique Software For Managing Your Deployed Units In The Field

What do you like best about the product?
Perfect tracking software for units in the field. Does an excellent job of providing templates to explain work instructions to employees of all levels in the company. Overall our team really enjoys this tool and we will continue to use it for years to come.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automatic reporting is a feature that is part of the professional version of the software and our team hasn't had a chance to work with yet. If this was achieved it would be great to go through the pipelines and workflows to automatically track units in the field and the issues that they are experiencing.

In addition, it would be great if each location or parent asset was able to track the different sub assets that have been assigned to it similar to how a sub asset will track which parent assets it has been assigned to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Accurate tracking of our units. Displaying proper instructions. (Need to be able to add pictures to procedures)

What do you like best about the product?
Like the fact that I can create new locations for my inventory. I also like the Copilot feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about Copilot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making work life much easier on tasks that need to be completed daily sometimes monthly.

What do you like best about the product?
Many of the reporting features are very helpful. The timestamps help drive accountability and it is incredibly easy to update and change forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI feature is completely useless. There is way too much wrong information in the OEM sections.

Any improvements seems to be put on the backlog and you never hear about them again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is helping provide visibility into the maintenance and health of our fixed and mobile assets.

What do you like best about the product?
The whole system is very user-friendly. I’m amazed at how quickly we’re able to get new technicians up to speed on work orders. The built-in MaintainX Academy trainings really help expedite that process. The account managers and support staff do I great job helps us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sorting doesn’t always work unless I’m entering exactly the same text. The delay between the mobile app and the desktop version is sometimes frustrating. There are so many reports available, and it would be helpful to have a tutorial that highlights the key reports to help me get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX helps us search for and monitor spare parts across several facilities. It also makes it easier to share procedures between sites that use the same equipment. Most importantly, it allows all of our employees to request work through the system, which helps ensure we don’t miss tasks that need to be done.
