    Construction

The best solution from streamling your assets

What do you like best about the product?
I signed up with MaintainX to help streamline our asset list and to be able to track repairs, breakdowns, and costs. MaintainX does it flawlessly saving time, headaches, and has drastically reduced our downtime with an option for our guys in the field to report issues as they arrise. It was too easy to implement into our operation and when any question arrises, the customer support team is quick to respond with a solution or answer very quickly. I have it on my home screen on my phone and is always pulled up in my office giving me great visability with how much i use it!
What do you dislike about the product?
We havent found anything unhelpful. I would love a way to broadcast an interactive calendar to our shop so they can easily see their workload for the day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduced downtime, better overview of our 400+ assets, and streamlining our shop process.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can make a work order and be done with it. Knowing that my maintenance team will see my work order and get to it asap!
What do you dislike about the product?
Seeing everyone’s work order for the whole company.

Communication between me and my maintenance team.

What do you like best about the product?
the fact that you can add multiple pictures for each piece of equipment or part.
What do you dislike about the product?
So unless you have the top tier of MaintainX, you are extremely limited of what you can do. Permissions for each individual when it comes to work orders and formats, limited. Being unable to print out a part label with all of the necessary information on it from MaintainX, very time consuming and bothersome. Biggest issue I'm running into is, when there is an update, any customized sections that I have changed on my dashboard, they reset themselves after every update. I have to go in each time there is an update and re customize all my windows that I use (Parts, Purchase Orders, Assets, etc.)

Wonderful platform

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is so easy to use. Our technicians love the platform for its easy of access and the user interface.

There are no downside that I have found

MaintainX is allowing us to have much better visibility the true cost of our assets. We manage our extensive PM plan through the easy to use portal.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to track mainainance and day to day operations when not all operators are on the same shift has been helpful. MaintainX is extremely easy to use and intergration has also been easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the original set up is taking longer than we thought. Not a MainainX complaint really, had we been more prepared before we implemented MaintainX we may have been farther along at this point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before MaintainX we would often do the same job multiple times. Implementing MaintainX has helped us keep track of what has been done already.

What do you like best about the product?
Our support group at MaintainX has been so helpful. We find it very useful to have such a great team to work with that can help us solve problems and make the most of the software. What a great team to have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The different features on MOBILE and desktop can be diffuclt to work between, I wish it was a little more seamless between the two.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
W are able to use MX to help us keep track of assets and the kits to refurbish our assets.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and very organized. Maintain X has helped us a lot with all our properties and work orders

Sometimes there are double work orders and Maintain X doesn't allows to attach one to another.

All properties are organized and all the work orders are listed from hi to low

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ability to filter through all of our assets and work orders so that we can see very specific assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to send things off to be updated rather than being able to update them myself is kind of an inconvenience sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us keep track of all of our data and service across all plants across the country.

MaintainX Improved Our Uptime and Standardized Our PM System

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX's asset metering has proved to be a huge benefit to our company. It has allowed me to utilize my maintenance team's PM inspection data to forecast and schedule large repairs. I have also been able to collect all hand-written procedures and vendor contact information and store them in one place so they can be shared among all members of my team. The customer support has always been fantastic. My representative works with me weekly to improve our system and help me implement MaintainX in other parts of our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
My company did not use a CMMS system prior to MaintainX. The cost of the licensing was a little hard to justify to plant management at first, but I believe it is showing its value now that it is in place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. MaintainX has replaced our paper-based PM system. We used to handle around 400 forms each month, with each one having to be created, printed, stapled, filled out, reviewed, and stored. All of that work has been removed in place of recurring digital work orders.
2. PM inspection data used to filled out manually onto paper forms with no plan on how to track it. With the asset metering system, I can now get instant feedback from WO's and track critical data points month to month.
3. My maintenance team used to depend on paper notes, mostly hand-written, hidden in their toolboxes for procedures on how to perform certain tasks. Those have since been digitized and applied to the necessary machines in MaintainX so they are available to everyone.
4. I used to depend on my buyer to keep track of vendor contact information. If anyone wanted to reach out to a vendor, they had to ask her to look through her sheets. All of this information has since been uploaded and is available to anyone.
