Intuitive UI, But Needs Multi-Cost Parts and Multi-Location Inventory
What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive user interface and framework.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wanted to have multiple cost associations in its parts data, but the option was not available. I also want to have the ability to manage inventory of a single item in multiple locations. This is not an option currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing for more efficient maintenance of business assets. This ultimately saves the business money. Prior to the usage of MaintainX this company was loosing efficiencies to over buying parts, and making purchases of the incorrect parts required for a certain assets function. All these problems lead to machine downtime. In manufacturing downtime equals money lost and a good CMMS software increases machine uptime values.
Great Training Program and a User-Friendly, Straightforward App
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has a great training program. It was easy to follow, and the application itself is very user-friendly and straightforward to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I encountered was how limited the Premium subscription felt when I was building a form. I expected it to include, at the very least, the basic features available in Microsoft Forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is helping us identify which assets are breaking down most often and exactly how long it takes to bring them back online. With the reporting, we can clearly communicate these issues to the board and secure the funding we need.
Thorough Asset Management Done Right

i enjoy the ability to thoroughly manage assets

Easy to Use, Highly Customizable, with Fantastic Support
What do you like best about the product?
We love that the product is easy to use, highly customizable, and that their support team has been fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have yet to find anything we dislike about MaintainX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX helps us catalog our sites and complete checklists on a recurring schedule, which supports maintaining the overall health of our systems.
MaintainX: Flexible, Easy to Use, and Backed by Responsive Support
What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX is a flexible platform with an easy-to-use interface. The support staff is responsive and does a great job tailoring the system to each client’s needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a bit of a learning curve when it comes to the data entry process and the reporting features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The more information we’ve provided, the better they’ve been able to set up MaintainX to fit our needs, including creating a custom dashboard for us.
Smooth MaintainX Rollout with Responsive, Helpful Support
What do you like best about the product?
We’re currently in the process of implementing MaintainX at our second plant. So far, we’ve been happy with their time management and their eagerness to help throughout the rollout.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I don’t have a lot to add, but one thing I’d recommend for MaintainX is to start offering your own predictive system and make it part of your implementation process for customers who want it.

It has made my planner job easy to plan and schedule the job

What I like most about MaintainX is the ease of use

There is nothing in particular that I dislike about MaintainX.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that MaintainX helped solve was the integration of inventory with work orders. Before, we did not have a system in place for inventory. Now we have it hand in hand with the work orders.
Super Easy to Learn, Excellent Digital Inventory Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
It's super easy to teach how to use. It also is a great system for digital inventory tracking and verification.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have many complaints about it. I believe that when we first started using it our assistants with MaintainX really helped us dial everything in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to keep track of customer orders by photographs. This has allowed us to charge properly for L&D and verify that items went out correctly. Also helps us keep track of our fleet and multiple US locations.

Plant wide work order system. reporting of asset health. alerting technicians via app and phone.

Nothing really, it took a minute to learning how to use the system.
