Quick, Simple Maintenance Tracking with Fast Customer Service

What do you like best about the product?
Quick and simple way to add maintenance work for our team. It has been helpful to keep track of certain jobs and the completion. I also find customer service to be very quick which is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some aspects are a little too detailed for what we are using the system for however those features might be of great use to other companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are able to keep track of our maintenance log whether its reoccurring items, new items, or from a couple of years ago. we are able to ensure the job gets done

User-Friendly Tool That Streamlined Our Back-of-House Work Orders

What do you like best about the product?
I like that is both user friendly from the admin side as well as the worker side. It has allowed us to streamline our back of house resulting in less worker down time between tasks and a higher organization in our assests, parts, procedures, and work orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overtime they've become increasingly focused on capturing enterprise customers. It feels as though over time software capabilities that were previously available to lower paying tiers have been repackaged as different features then moved to the enterprise version of the service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main thing MaintainX solves is in the work order is work order capture, assignment, and organization. I was previously using a semi-automated google form/sheet setup so this is a huge step up in usability for my team and for our general staff.

What do you like best about the product?
Having common repository for all asset information that is accessible by all interested parties on different device platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like to see a more robust inventory feature using RFID
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are utilizing uptime / downtime reporting to gauge customer service performance of team.

Tracking parts inventory. Tracking repair order progress. parts & Labor tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Biggest downside is the cost. Overall software is a pleasure to use.

As far as the dislikes concern, I did not find any difficulties or problems using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Preventive maintenance program was a problem for us and MaintainX is perfect tool to overcome this.

What do you like best about the product?
Computer version has a lot of great features, simple to create procedures relevant for our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile version can be a little cumbersome for my associates using it, different phones, different screens sizes, etc..

Organization of our assets related to our operations. In addition developing policies and procedures related to maintenance so we can streamline our process and provide the right tools and training

Easy to Use with Great Customization and External Vendor Features

What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use, and I appreciate the customization features as well as the external vendor features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Re-uploading parts took some time. The requester templates feel limited, and the live share link doesn’t appear on work orders.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our PM planning and execution is handled on a “set it and forget it” recurring schedule. Work order parts and labor are tracked accurately, and our inventory is standardized and easy to maintain within the system.

Intuitive UI, But Needs Multi-Cost Parts and Multi-Location Inventory

What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive user interface and framework.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wanted to have multiple cost associations in its parts data, but the option was not available. I also want to have the ability to manage inventory of a single item in multiple locations. This is not an option currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing for more efficient maintenance of business assets. This ultimately saves the business money. Prior to the usage of MaintainX this company was loosing efficiencies to over buying parts, and making purchases of the incorrect parts required for a certain assets function. All these problems lead to machine downtime. In manufacturing downtime equals money lost and a good CMMS software increases machine uptime values.

Great Training Program and a User-Friendly, Straightforward App

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has a great training program. It was easy to follow, and the application itself is very user-friendly and straightforward to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I encountered was how limited the Premium subscription felt when I was building a form. I expected it to include, at the very least, the basic features available in Microsoft Forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
MaintainX is helping us identify which assets are breaking down most often and exactly how long it takes to bring them back online. With the reporting, we can clearly communicate these issues to the board and secure the funding we need.
