Easy to implement and start using quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most helpful features is the Requester Portal. Now our volunteers and staff that discover items that need to be addressed can simply scan a QR code on each door to create a Work Request. No more trying to find their team leader to report something or sending requests through texts, e-mails or face-to-face. This is a game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have a place in the application where all our floor plans could be loaded. That way I wouldn't need to go searching for the paper plans or open a separate pdf of the plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Up to this point in our organization's existence, there are no centralized records of maintenance on systems. This is going to bring a new level of crucial Legacy Data that will give us the needed information on the state of our facility.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an amazing help with inventory upkeep. Great to send work orders in real-time to workers' phones.
What do you dislike about the product?
still needs a few updates like separating out daily/weekly pm's and different work orders so that the pm's don't flood the system
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it is solving our inventory system, in stock minimums, keeping up with which vendors supply the product, product numbers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that the app is easy to use and I don't need to spend a lot of time for training

The meters function needs an improvement as sometimes it miscalculates machine hours

Maintainx allows you to improve the flow of information between employees and therefore we can avoid misunderstandings when repairing machines

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive platform layout and functionality. Great reporting tools. Quick and easy WO generation in the field using the app. Amazing and easy asset, stock inventory input. Great scheduling and calendar visibility. Unlimited requesters. Seamless integration. General ease of use for everyone. Fantastic backup from the MaintainX team.
What do you dislike about the product?
They haven't yet figured out how to get it to order my groceries, pay domestic bills, brew beer, mow the lawn, pick the kids up from school........ i would trust it to do it all!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Work order organisation, prioritisation and time tracking. The comprehensive reporting allows quick and easy time/cost justification. Following trends and accurate KPI reports.

What do you like best about the product?
MaintainX has enabled us to consolidate and uniform all of our property inspections in an App on smart devices. It has allowed us to more mobile, time efficient and thorough.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't discovered any downsides yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To be able to document issues while conducting property inspections and sned those issues directly to vendors or employees to address complete with photos and/or descriptions/procedures.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly, so whether it's a team member in their 20's or 60's they have no issues using the app to complete work orders.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they offered certification online. For example, cpo or hava / epa certifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization, easier to keep track of work orders & meet deadlines, better communication, many tools / options to use.

What do you like best about the product?
The application software is very intuitive. If I ever need assistance, MaintainX tech support is very helpful and timely in their response.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've only been using MaintainX for a short period of time. At this point I am very satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is allowing our company to schedule maintenance and notify the individuals responsible work the tasks that have been assigned.
