The filters, navigation, updates, and Converse chat all contribute to the overall experience. Each of these features plays a role in making the platform more user-friendly and efficient.

The pop-ups aren't very effective because they show up on other tabs too. This means we have to refresh the entire tab, which results in losing any data we've already marked.

I like the way LeadSquared Sales CRM captures data throughout all the stages of the sales process, from lead generation to successful qualification of leads. It's helpful that all this information is stored in a single dashboard. After a lead has been successfully created and the client acquisition is done, all activities and tickets can be recorded in the system. I find it to be one of the finest tools we've had. It's great that everything is available on a single screen, making the flow of data and work execution much easier for our sales team.
