What do you like best about the product?
Kylas is a good CRM software which helps the user to complete their work systematically and the stages the CRM software provide are precise and very detailed in manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
there is nothing about kylas that i dislike but sometimes it becomes slow and stuck this has been causing a trouble for updating about the information which is creating gaps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major problems that leadsquare sales and mobile CRM software solving are maintaining different stages and also helping the user to create their own stages. this has been helping.

What do you like best about the product?
Very very userfriendly, The best part is you can track down the daily reports about your work and Managing the leads is very easy, like lead stages, activity adding, and task management. Integrating this CRM with IVR tools is very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lead flow management is a bit difficult but you can manage and add new leads in mobile CRM is a bit difficult. There will be very less opinions on customization. Dashboard customization will be a bit difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mobile CRM is very easy to handle. Daily reports help us to understand the team's growth and their work. With the help of reports, we were able to build the strategies for marketing campaigning.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use but before you start the collaboration with leadsquared make sure it is personalized.

What do you like best about the product?
The marketing automation works incredibly and gets you a great deals. Along with that sourcing of hot leads can be done easily with many options
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have dislikes. This is one of the best in market
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
You can track the call recordings and understand your last call and then pitch according with out any miscommunication

What do you like best about the product?
The most interesting feature is the marketing automation mail, notification will help us with the lead activity to close that particular deal.
What do you dislike about the product?
As this software user, i do not have issues or dislikes

Can connect with the highly engaged or active leads to close that business and generate revenue.

What do you like best about the product?
Its very easy to use, hold each and every data of particular lead. User friendly. Task based operations makes your work easier and you can easily reach out to your client without losing them.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be very honest i like more than that of dislike. One thing that i didnt like personally is that when you sort particular leads in one criterion it always remain there even after refreshing the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to reach out to my client on proper time. The funnel that i have created over weeks it helps me to avail those. Filters makes my work easier. With the proper use of leadsquared every week i was able to close more deals
