Asana helps my agency handle all of our clients

What do you like best about the product?
I love the various dashboards/organization - for instance, I can assign things to myself or others, and categorize these assignments under specific clients if I want to. I can then look at my to do list as a whole, or my to do list for each client. This really helps streamline my day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I think there might be too many bells and whistles - I also don't like that sometimes I get emails for Asana related tasks and other times I don't.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps us assign tasks in an orderly way without the danger of missing an email or call. It's almost impossible to forget a task because you have the exact date due and the exact person who assigned it is "following" the task to get any updates
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Go for it! It's like an interactive to do list that everyone on your team can access. Great for small businesses and remote teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it extremely easy to create to do lists of any kind, manage multiple projects and it’s also enjoyable. If you work with teams, Asana allows you to assign responsibility to other parties and manage tasks within a project. It also works as a great roadmap and progress meter and can help you gauge how much work is left before a project is completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana allows anyone with access to projects to remove and edit tasks which can be troublesome. There can also be quite a bit of notifications since asana is working to motivate you to complete task, this can at least be edited within your notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Becoming more organized with asana has been essential to our business to manage projects most efficiently and get things done. Without asana we were not able to assign accountability or get things done in a timely manner.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is really easy to search for what you are looking for. There is an advanced search option so if there is something more specific, or in a specific area of the site, you can tailor the search to meet those needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not a way to easily see all the tags you use. We use this feature a lot in our business so it would be nice if they were all located in one place to be able to edit them as needed - we misspell things a lot when we're in a hurry!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization and keeping track of our clients/contractors. It makes it easy that everyone is in one place and we can categorize them and add all their relevant information to their "task."

What do you like best about the product?
- Clean UI
- Ultra powerful
- Very easy to pick up and use
- A must-have for digital agencies utilising the power of various skilled members of teams.
- Fantastic forward planning tools and planning of various projects. Great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little, the price is quite high but well worth it. It's a shame that so many premium features are promoted within the app, promoting up sells.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scheduling, tracking and keeping tabs of projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana has been such a big part of my business in the past. I have used it for launches, setting up business operations, setting up content calendars, managing big teams. I've done it all with Asana and they don't disappoint. I 100% recommend upgrading to the paid version. All the features make it 100% worth it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the board view. I don't like that if you set it up in the list view you can't switch back to board view and vise versa.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The clients that have used this in the past feel like their productivity increased so much. They feel more high level and on top of things. For example when we've used Asana for launches we are able to see the big picture of the launch and we can see every small detail. It is AMAZING!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you like organizing tasks by using lists you will definitely like using Asana.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the product, it's very easy to use. We were with 3 people at first but now we upgraded to 5 people I don't really see that big of a difference in between the free trial and the cheapest plan for a small team but it does works great. I like ho wI can review all the projects to the side and the tasks to each one of them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do dislike the fact that there are not folders tat I can put off the finished projects to. Or Might be have separate folders for different designers, so I have to color-code everything which can be a little challenging at times especially when multiple people work under one project!

I also dislike when they have a breakdown that there are no notifications on when the site will be live, also that there is almost no one that can assist you as I think they are not as big team as well, so that may take a moment if you are in a need of anything. We were trying to switch to a higher plan and it was a little confusing of a process, but after many open pages and team of 5 readers on our side we managed to find something that can help us!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are doin 95% of the designers communication work through this program. Its definitely a great tool because people can use this everywhere they are not necessarily in the office space.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use the trial session before anything else to see how much of that product will you need.

What do you like best about the product?
Tasks reminders, project coordination, and updates, timelines for internal coordination and for clients reminders, a collaborative platform with followers that can be internal or guests
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications that are not as user-friendly as other apps, inbox, no possibility to assign projects to multiple people but just followers, no instant notification like a mobile app for conversations
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to collaborate on projects in different countries and with a team located around the world. It reminds us of all the tasks whether marketing, sales or project management ones. Everything keeps track and can follow a project

What do you like best about the product?
I am a web developer and I have used this app since 5 years to manage my team. We have used this app to assign the task to the developer and manage very effectively project. We have also manage the pending tasks and completed tasks by using this app.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a free and user-friendly app but the reporting of asana is quick weak.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For using asana we have easily manage our tasks and projects.

What do you like best about the product?
Asana is great for managing any time bound project or multi step process that involves a team of people.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can't assign multiple people to a task - you need sub tasks for the main task
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana with my agency clients. It makes it super easy to share their social media posts with them for approval before we add them to our scheduling platform.
I have been able to set up all workflows and processes in Asana which makes us more productive and ensures that everything is completed, nothing is forgotten.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Trial it for a process or even just for your daily workflow, you'll see the results with a more efficient process and more productivity from your team.

What do you like best about the product?
It has the perfect amount of complexity. Trello is too simple for us and JIRA has too many features. Asana is the perfect tool for managing day to day tasks that project management team would want to use. We use Github Projects for development, but Asana is great for our sales team and project managers to collaborate on and track deadlines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would expect there to be better integration with Slack. Having a dashboard view that allows you to easily view projects that are connected to Asana in Slack would be amazing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping tasks management under control with deadlines and assignments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's gotten a lot better in the past 2 years. If that was the last time you tried it, its worth another look.
