Its a Very process centric Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps to arrange all the day to day work in an organised manner. The priority index can be done and also color coding helps to organise it well. Groups can be maintained and jobs can be transferred very easily and effectively.
The hash tags are very good to find things easily

It wouldmbe great if the tool could help to do video conferencing with the team sitting in another country

What do you like best about the product?
Email bridging feature is outstanding and also the support of HTML and mobile sites. The fact that it can be integrated with the other apps that you have been using, makes it a perfect choice for organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside of Asana is that it's not very easy to understand in the beginning. Also, it lacks a built-in feature of chat room.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing task, post about deadlines and notes with team members is a very essential feature.

The one thing that I most like in this software is that it provides the best features as compared to its competitors such as the tracking projects and the tasks are so great features. Our projects were so easier to manage in a more efficient way. I always used this software because asana always increase the quality of our projects in a better way. The best thing in this software is that it can create the tasks and the projects templates in a more efficient way. Moreover, the project can be easily managed by using this efficient software.

For the beginners, asana is not so easy to use. The most obvious difficulty that we faced while using this software is that it is so difficult for us to sharing a project for the beginners as well as the users. The software is less intuitive software as compared to its competitors. But still asana always increase the quality of our projects in a better way. This software has the great ability to create the tasks and the projects templates in a more efficient way.

Asana is super supportive software for organization and true collaborative platform
What do you like best about the product?
Asana in each project is available in all formats for all members of our group. Asana shows us better time management. This collaborative tool allows the user to transfer all kinds of file with the work team. Asana allows working in a more organized way. Asana is a great application to track working progress. They are interactive, attractive and offer a great solution to our doubts. This tool is very easy to use as the features are easily understandable. The system is very focused on getting the updates quickly to the other members of the group.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is not recommend for sales related projects. We need to do be aware of the nature of project to proceed with it. The support is also not so fast in helping the solution of problems that occur. It also does not allow to control version of documents. Still there are some kind of confusion to navigate around.It is necessary to work with an internet connection.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The function is completely reliable and good quality tool for project collaboration. Using Asana has been very simple. Asana is a powerful application to manage many projects and it brings workmates together and enhances the overall productivity of the projects. I love the comment features on Asana especially so you can communicate with other folks that you work with. I also love the assigning tasks function so you can seamlessly hand things off when you complete your portion of a project.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say that there's much I dislike about it. I would like more of a calendar view perhaps
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Definitely saves us time on collaboration and meetings. Great for bringing new employees up to speed on the history of the project.
