Not my type of project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
To be honest nothing, for project management i believe there are better tools
What do you dislike about the product?
It Just didnt work for my ongoing projects, our project manager didnt like it either

It impacted our work in a negative way, clients were not happy with our progress
Asana helps me organizing project management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is for us a platform we can use to manage projects. In this software we can make tasks and easily follow them, share them and make comments. Very useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't dislike Asana. I use it for a few weeks right now and it is too early to mention any dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the problem that we couldn't organize projects in one place. We had different software platforms which was not easy to use because different type of data was placed on different platforms.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a platform that helps you organizing you projects, then Asana is great because you can store all type of data/information you need and share it with others.

What do you like best about the product?
Working together, sharing/assigning tasks, to do lists
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the overview of all the assigned tasks from multiple people. This in combination with multiple deadlines
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Working more efficient with the team. There is less time wasted creating all those to do lists on offline notes and people are more productive
Very easy tool for projectmanagement.
What do you like best about the product?
I used Asana for projectmanagement and it is easy to use. I used Asana to introduce other colleaugues/people to manage together projects and workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want to get Premium or higher you have to pay a monthly fee. Maybe Asana can arrange advertisement to keep Asana free.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the problem that I didn't had an (online) tool for projectmanaement. Especially to use this workflow with different user (intern/extern).

It is an easy tool to manage project management.

There is no App for Mac, too difficult at first impact

Asana is a great software to manage our projects and tasks.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana software offers a very intuitive interface. The best thing that I most like about this software is that Asana has the great ability to create the different projects and we can easily organise the projects in our tasks in a more efficient way. We can easily complete my projects so quickly. This software help us to manage our tasks so properly and that’s why, Asana is a great tool to manage projects with the collaborators.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main disadvantage of this software is that this software provide the limited space to store the large number of projects. So it means, Asana have low capacity to store our multiple numbers of projects. Hence the storage is so limited which makes the new users so difficult to manage and handle the different projects. But still Asana is best software as compared to its competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always use the Asana software because it users interface is so awesome. This software provide a easy way to create the difficult tasks and projects in a easiest way. It really helps me in my projects. I really like to use this software because it is very user friendly and reliable software for everyone.
Perfect way of keeping track on your tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Asana makes it easy to keep track of different tasks en to keep tasks organised. It's easy to share with others and to create groups with colleagues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, the look and feel might be a little bit simple, but this also makes it easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to keep track of meetings, tasks etc. We work much more efficient.

It is a very easy to use program to keep track of your tasks.
Make tracking of project easir
What do you like best about the product?
I like when I can be able to assign a task to team members and follow the workflow of the team. It is also good to see the process of the project. I make stronger and easier management of the projects. You can see your calendar and organize yourself. It makes you save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not see a lot of thing to that I do not like. It was mostly helpful for me and I like to use it. I do not know anything that I did not like I was using it for school project and I used it with a few friend and it was okay for us to manage and finish the project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I create notes and descriptions for some property of the class. I create a sub task to make them follow easy. I was always forgetting what was the meaning of the thing. After Asana I try to follow on platform and give the names each property. When I need to remember something I just give a look on asana then it is okay.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think it makes you save money and time. If you wanna take control of your work and follow it helps you to do that. You just need to follow on Asana your time. Then you will see what is going on the project If you are behind the deadline or not. You can change your resource to make project stuck point to make it faster etc.
Great organizational and task management tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and simplicity of the interface. You can get things started quickly without being a rocket scientist.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't very much to complain about. My small issue is with the e-mail integration portion. When using the Outlook interface with Asana, I can send a whole e-mail to an Asana task, however, in the comments it doesn't put the full details of who the e-mail is sent to. It shows who the e-mail was from, but not TO whom it was sent to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing my personal tasks, and being able to assign tasks to my subordinate.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy, customize-able, you can make it as "complicated" as you want or as simple as you want, base don your needs.
Great, simple to-do tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is the most intuitive to-do tracking software that I've tried, and I've tried many of them. It allows you to keep to-dos in multiple projects, see to-dos in multiple views, assign to-dos to others, and all around feel like you're on top of your list and know when to get work done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that some of the premium features were available in the free plan, but that's really my only complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to track ALL of my to-dos, both personal and professional - I'm able to keep those two categories in different projects so they don't mix but can still appear in the same list when needed.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take your time to try out multiple project management softwares, because it does depend on the person - but I've found Asana to be great for both personal and professional use.
