What do you like best about the product?
Multiple people working on one projects can get on the same page very quickly and get an overview of all the moving parts.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to get started- but the webinars are helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am involved in many projects and need to have an overview of all of them. It's great to have all the info in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can have tasks across multiple projects, that I can collaborate, attach documents / photos and update everyone easily all in the same space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm struggling with assigning members to the paid account, but also collaborating with those outside of it. I'm hoping to work through this with Asana, but they don't have phone support, so it is a slow, time consuming process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving collaboration efficiency with those in and out of the office.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Asana is being able to separate my teams and projects as well as having everything in one place for review. I know every day and week what's due vs. overdue or coming up so i never miss a single thing for me or my clients. I spend significantly less time planning out my weeks or trying to remember what our goals were.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I like least about Asana is its AI tool. I wish this was more developed to help make weekly reports easier to send out. it's even better if this was automated and Asana was consistently sending weekly reports to our team of what was done and what to expect for the upcoming week so I didn't have to. Even the Ai function that's implemented now usually give inaccurate data or pulls from the wrong projects which makes it pointless to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management, keeping track of due dates and team execution. I was spending a lot of time on this before using Asana and a lot of things were slipping through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how user friendly it is and all the different templates make it so easy to use it for a variety of ways!
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing. I genuinely think it is a great program. I would love to see more templates though!

Great way to stay on top of tasks and stay connected with team members
What do you dislike about the product?
When I complete a task it stays in the my tasks section. Would be great if they could go into another bucket called "complete" so that only tasks that need to be completed show under my tasks/projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to organise my tasks and projects and assign completion dates, as well as collaborating with colleagues is easy.

moving from a company that used trello as its project management tool, this has been easy to adapt to. implementing it across my projects has been great and helpful.

It is also integrated into slack, which is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email updates about un necessary things

What do you like best about the product?
Asana enhances our transparency, accountability and teamwork. We seamlessly integrated it into our workflow. Our team quickly learned how easy it is to use and are using it daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a downside to Asana yet...and don't expect to find one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana has helped us integrate automated workflows into our routine tasks. It is allowing teams to collaborate in ways they were unable to prior to using Asana. It is allowing our teams to track their work and providing greater transparency and accountability.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Asana is its ability to bring structure and clarity to complex, multi-team projects. As a company operating across several business units, Asana gives us a unified platform where we can assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress in real time. The timeline and calendar views are especially helpful for maintaining visibility on key deliverables and deadlines. It also encourages accountability and transparency within the team, which has improved our overall execution and follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Asana is excellent for task and project management, there are a few areas where it could improve. The reporting and analytics features are relatively basic—especially from a CFO’s perspective, where deeper insights into resource allocation, time tracking, and cost efficiency would be highly valuable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before implementing Asana, we faced challenges in project visibility, missed deadlines, and siloed communication across departments. Asana has helped us solve these issues by centralizing all tasks and timelines in one collaborative workspace. This has significantly improved alignment between our teams, reduced delays, and increased accountability across the board.

One key benefit is that we now have better control over project timelines and deliverables, which is especially important in our fast-paced manufacturing and distribution environment. Asana allows us to break down large initiatives into manageable tasks, assign responsibilities clearly, and track progress in real time. This has streamlined our execution, improved follow-up, and ultimately helped us operate more efficiently and with greater confidence in meeting strategic deadlines.
