Asana makes remote teamwork simple
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the facility of use and ability to share projects with team members in any location. I also like that when an email notification is sent, I am able to respond on the email directly. For example, a team member might make a comment on a task and I can like the comment or reply to it on the email notification directly, versus having to go into Asana to do so.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is challenging to locate tasks I delegate to others
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps projects and tasks in one place, benefiting individual and team goals. I like to add my own assignments or ideas for future projects to Asana for later use. This helps me jump into other tasks and not forget about them. Most employees are remote or hybrid, so it bridges the gap in communication, esp across time zones.
Help with my creative workflow as a graphic designer
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is a great project management tool that helps the team I'm working with right now, it was introduced to me from my project manager and I really like how it adapts well to different workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial set up and the learning process can be overwhelming and I think there's way too much notifications.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me smoothen the workflow and keep track of all my tasks.
Very Good, Approaching Great.
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple views, learning resources, deployment resources, broad integrations..
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is not live, menus frequently pop up over top of important information, multi-select is clumsy, bugs in displaying integration text, timeline view needs more customization options
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Task tracking, schedule transparence, accountability
Great product for organizing projects and tasks
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana makes it easy to organize and view multiple projects and tasks at once. I have only been using Asana since January and I have found it very easy to learn and understand the product. I like that there are many ways to customize and set up your projects/dashboards.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not experienced any noteable downsides to Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping my team and me to organize all of the tasks for our many projects in one place so that we do not miss key deadlines and activities.
Best tool for project and task management
What do you like best about the product?
Asana's best features are being able to easily integrate task management and project management. Different views (e.g. list, board) allow users to engage in information at different depths, and the ability to add tasks to multiple projects enables and promotes visibility across teams.
I like to leverage Asana as both my high-level project and milestone planning as well as my day-to-day task tracker, which allows my supervisor to support strategic planning and stay out of the unnecessary details of how that plan gets implemented. All while allowing me to minimize time consuming and duplicative tracking.
Finally, automations and rules are so valuable in saving time as you go!

What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is certainly a tool that gets easier to use the more you use it. The natural downside of this is that it can be a learning curve to onboarding new team members and getting them to adopt the system.
There are also a number of really helpful features that are only available at certain tiers. I've tried the free version, and would only use Asana at a paid level.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana allows me to do my project management and task management all in one tool. When tasks are shared across projects, details, attachments, and comments follow, which means that there is increased visibility for my team members.
Great tool for collaborating with different teams.
What do you like best about the product?
Asana really helps keep my team on track and allows us to stay very organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find I get too many notifications about the same task, would be good to combine them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps keep everyone aligned and ensures we have clarity on what tasks are needed and who's responsible for them. Also keeps a nice trail of all the work completed.
Helps stay organized!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you are able to sort tasks and update status. Example: complete, declined, not approved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the my task tab as for me in events whenever a type form is completed it files here as well and this is double work as there is already a completely spectate folder for type form.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
able to stay organized
Potential but not there yet
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana is a goal oriented backwards planning tool that allows users to create tasks to accomplish projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana has the potential to be a powerful organizational tool, and that's what drew me to it initially. The structure of boards, tasks, and timelines is promising—but in practice, it doesn't quite deliver the level of strategic planning support I hoped for. It is also not visually appealing or intuitive to use.
The trainers are very professional and know the product, but their sessions are extremely dry and too long.
I still believe Asana could be a top-tier platform with the right updates, especially if it invested more in creating it to be more intuitive. Until then, it's a decent tool—but not yet the solution for those looking for deeper, goal-driven planning features.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping my team with being a "one stop shop" for managing projects and providing visibility for all team members.
