Great organization system
What do you like best about the product?
Different project boards and how you can link them together.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my company, portfolios would be beneficial, but I’m a small business and there’s two of us so I just can’t spend the money on the higher tier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remembering all my tasks, keeping my content calendar and all info for the posts, holds a walk through of my process with clients, and I also use it to plan my week by pulling my to-do list over into a different board and assigning it to a day.
Good but complicated
What do you like best about the product?
Assigning tasks to others. The UI interface too
What do you dislike about the product?
There are no ‘departments’. Directly goes to projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maintaining a todo list across employees in the organisation
Excellent Tool For Project And Task Management.
What do you like best about the product?
As a project coordinator, i have been using Asana for quite a long time and what i love most about it is how easy it is to adopt. It can be integrated with many applications such as Salesforce, Zoom, Slack, which is really a fantastic thing. It's a great tool to keep track of project and deliverables.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike about Asana, but I find it a bit difficult to duplicate tasks in a different project.

Asana is user friendly and I find it extremely easy to put and update my tasks. I like that i can create many subtasks under a task and put different due dates for subtasks.
Asana has helped a lot

Project management and team collaboration
Good product for a big team
What do you like best about the product?
Workflow automation, color code, well-known among users so easy to train, simple UI, simple enough to use, good for big projects with multiple people, able to see timelines and workload, able to group sections and set up filters and save view, can add tasks to multiple projects, the free plan comes with enough functionality for basic uses
What do you dislike about the product?
Taking a lot of time to set up tasks especially with grouping tasks by section for recurring tasks. Once mark completed, tasks have to be moved around to another section. The free plan doesn’t come with automation. Thus, user adoption has been hard.
Automation could be a bit hard to understand/set up for regular users. The set up of subtasks is great but it’s sometimes hard to see due to UI/UX. Tasks can get lost because of that. Adding tasks to different projects sometimes can be challenging as tasks are being added to the project but not to the right sections unless drag and drog it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves one of the biggest challenges of running a remote, globally distributed team: staying organized, aligned, and accountable without constant meetings or micromanagement.
It helps us:
Track work clearly across time zones – Tasks, due dates, assignees, and dependencies are visible to everyone, reducing miscommunication and follow-ups.
Maintain operational consistency – From onboarding new hires to managing client projects and team performance, Asana gives us structured, repeatable processes.
Retain institutional knowledge – Even when team members leave or tools change, the history of our decisions, workflows, and project outcomes stays in Asana, allowing us to learn and build from the past.
Streamline communication – Instead of juggling endless email threads or chats, we communicate directly within tasks, which keeps context intact.
Increase accountability and transparency – Everyone knows who’s doing what by when, which keeps projects moving and prevents things from slipping through the cracks.
Overall, Asana has helped us scale, stay focused, and adapt over the years—even as our team and tools have evolved.

Helps me manage my freelance projects with ease
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Asana for over a year to manage client tasks, deadlines, and small marketing projects. The platform is incredibly intuitive — I love how easy it is to set up boards, assign tasks, and organize everything by project. The timeline and calendar views help me visually track deliverables and deadlines, which is a huge plus.
One thing I really appreciate is the collaboration feature. Even when working remotely, it’s easy to communicate with teammates or clients directly within a task.
What could be better:
Sometimes, the mobile app feels a little limited, especially when trying to reorder tasks or work offline. I’d love to see better offline functionality in future updates.
Use Case:
Freelancer managing 5–7 active client projects at a time. Use Asana daily to track deliverables, send reminders, and stay organized.
