the best web chat tool and CSM team on the market

What do you like best about the product?
I've used a lot of chat bots in my career, and nothing is better than Qualified. It easily allows me to segment lead routing, territory alignment, and work in other experiences that work hand in hand with SalesLoft. This helps my team increase their booked meetings.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to experience something about Qualified that I dislike. It's a great tool to bridge the Sales Development and Marketing teams that are using an All Bound approach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows the team to book meetings more intelligently based on where website visitors are exploring.

Best conversational tool I've tried!

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified allows us to engage with our prospects right as they are on the website. Our team can swiftly provide support or direct visitors to the best resources, whether transferring to another teammate, booking a meeting to go over their challenges in more depth or even hopping on a voice/video call right in the chat. The integration to the rest of our tech-stack is seamless; the information submitted to us from the chat instantly appears in Salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only drawback I can think of is not being able to record calls that happen with our visitors within the qualified chat. Recording the calls would eliminate the need to take notes during that conversation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our visitors don't need to wait to be contacted by our team; the help is delivered immediately. We can eliminate lengthy email exchanges and address customers' needs directly.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool has excellent features and great flexibility for customization.
I deal with alot of CSMs for a lot of different tools we use. Qualified has best customer support (CSM) I've seen in terms of knowledge, availability and dedication!

- Would love to see an Integration with Bizible
- Faster form meeting loading

What do you like best about the product?
experience! designing different experience really helps to define your target. having differnt segments also help to efficiently target the right individual within a shorter period of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting actions. There is a limited amount of action that we can put on the list of names that we can collect from adding filters to a population, and we cannot see the demographics that is within with a pie chart or something unless we export the data
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
as mentioned, qualified really helps us to rethink what we should put inside the webpage that is important, and that qualified can help guide the user to the rest of the CTAs in a way where it should sound more 'human'

What do you like best about the product?
I think what is most helpful is being able to map it to your territory. Just an absolute advantage when trying to attack your specific geography or territory!
What do you dislike about the product?
There truly isn't anything I dislike about the product..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves many problems, like identifying who's on the website, where they may be located, and the companies they work for. It manages to capture global information for potential prospects to ensure we're not missing any opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified checks all of my boxes - easy to use, understand, and their team is amazing. I feel less of a customer and more of a partner; they are there for us each step of the way - ensuring our success and giving us ideas on how to fully make the most out of our campaigns.
I love the reporting function and transparency in SFDC CRM.
If you're a SFDC partner, you will 100% want to implement Qualifed to your app exchange listing and to your website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. Any time we have had an idea or suggestion for a campaign and how to implement chat, our CSM has worked with us to make it happen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Transparency on who is visiting our app exchange listing and website - the ability to pounce at the right time and serve up appropriate content - it's the definition of the last mile!

From Backend to Frontend - Qualified is THE Engagement Solution!

What do you like best about the product?
The very best part of Qualified is Brittany Rhyme. I can't say enough great things about her. In Q3 we had a massive system problem that created thousands of faulty conversion records, which we use to track Marketing activities. Brittany was instrumental in helping us stop some of the bleeding (the problem was not entirely with Qualified). She is exceptionally knowledgeable about your product, and when presented with a new request, she always has or very quickly finds a solution. On top of these things, she's a FANTASTIC person - easy to work with, fun to work with, and a phenomenal human being. I don't know what we would do without her!
Website visitors are routed to the right person through different experiences; from a sales perspective, our reps can instantly engage with prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally do not have any complaints. The only thing close to a complaint I've heard is the inability to link share between the desktop app and the web.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified provides the connection between site visitors and our Sales team, allowing us to book meetings on the fly and in a manner that's convenient for prospects.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has helped me and a few of my fellow SDR's gain more meetings by giving us the ability to interact/engage with customers on our website in real-time. It helps users on our website have a hands-on interactive positive experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The disconnect between CRM (Saleforce) and actions taken on the website/qualified don't always match up which can create some confusion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have faster and more open communication with companies which in return has helped book more meetings as well as create a better experience for the people that are on our website. Also, the Intent tool is super helpful in seeing what companies are showing buying intent for your products/services to ensure more attempts are being made for engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified easily weaves into your workflow and is intuitive to use. It will help set meetings for your outbound team and will create opportunities you wouldn't have found otherwise.
It also helps a company direct questions or problems to the right people; you may have someone on the chat asking a question unrelated to the employee online. But that employee can get the contact info, find the answers or person they need to connect with, and then circle back to the contact on the chat to ensure they're taken care of. Less loose ends, more immediate problem-solving.
What do you dislike about the product?
The bot that chats with a contact obviously isn't as precise as talking with a person, and sometimes this means the routing is a bit peculiar. But these are easy things to iron out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
*cuts down time between a contact's question and an answer
*this makes it easier to set meetings immediately
*makes it easier to get questions answered immediately for current customer
*consistently lets you deliver faster customer service and helps build goodwill with prospects and current customers

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is hands down the best chat platform I have used to date. From the discovery & implementation sessions to the integrations, experimentation, channel-specific customization, outbound motions, and on... not to mention, the support is NEXT LEVEL. Andrew has become a fixture on our team and has helped us optimize the tool along the way. He and Qualified are often the topics of (very positive) discussion on the Sales side of the house - always a good sign! :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to report yet. Any issues have been handled almost immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has become one of the largest pipeline drivers for our teams. Taking high-value web visitors that we would have missed and converting them to opportunities at a rate we have not seen in the past.
