Best Customer Support of Any Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified lets us get real-time insights into who is hitting the site and provide our customers & prospects with immediate responses. I cannot say enough good things about Brittany Rhyme and Jordan Pierro from Qualified. Brittany works with us weekly to improve how we use the tool and build out experiences on our site. I have never seen customer support like what we get with the Qualified team.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest gap I see for the BDRs using Qualified in their day-to-day is the ability to search. There is a lack of searchability on what prospects you have chatted with in the past and on Signals reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to chat live with prospects on our site, visibility into who is hitting the site, visibility into accounts that we were unaware of researching our product, increased pipeline and conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
With Qualified I am able to be notified quickly that someone is on our website and ready to chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
Meeting routing doesnt always follow our company structure on who the meeting should go to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed to lead, with Qualified I am able to speak with prospects faster.
Wonderful Tool and Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
I am so happy we implemented Qualified Chat. It is a wonderful tool, easy to use, and provides tons of visibility on our prospects and current clients. Jennifer Schneider was so instrumental in getting us set up and continues to provide top support when we need her. Overall, it is an amazing tool that I highly recommend. Keep up the good work Qualified team!

nothing at this time as Jennifer continues to provide us with amazing customer service.

Logan has been incredible!
What do you like best about the product?
Though I find the Qualified platform extremely beneficial- having Logan become part of our team has been the most valuable part of our experience!

Nothing- everything about the platform is great and helpful!

Qualified allows us to ensure there are no missed leads.
Qualified is one of the best tools I use for prospecting
What do you like best about the product?
I like that prospects can directly book a meeting from Qualified and you receive an Outlook notification for a 15-minute conversation. Most of them have led to opportunities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the meeting booked were not for my territory but I reported the issue to my Marketing colleagues and they fixed it. Everything is working properly now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is solving the cold calling challenge we may face as SDR's and it allows us to directly speak with interested prospects so we don't have to find out if they have a project as they do most of the time.

I like the shortcuts the best for qualified. It makes answering questions and chatting much easier.

I don't love the notification system. Luckily we've figured out how to edit it, but there are parts of my day where I feel bombarded with notifications.

Best Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
The implementation and CS support we have received is top notch. John Duffy has done an amazing job building out all of our use cases and constantly staying engaged with the team. I wish all the vendors I used came with this high class level of support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really. I do wish there was a way to auto create contacts when customers hit the chat requesting supporr.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us drive higher quality leads via our web page.
Easy way to generate pipeline, and a great customer success team!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified helps us make the most of prospects visiting our website. Setting up new experiences for our pages, testing the messaging, and showing visitors relevant materials is easy. Our Customer Success Architect, Genise, is also incredible to work with! She's quick to respond to questions/concerns/asks and suggests excellent ideas for testing to improve the tool. Our SDRs also went through a great training session with the Qualified team, and we saw efficiency improvements shortly afterward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a lot to learn the tool at first: building new experiences, reporting, and tests can seem daunting, but after additional sessions with our Success Architect, it was pretty easy to understand. I also didn't love the web/browser app but the desktop app works a lot better!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improving conversion rates on our website. Qualified breaks down which visitors / accounts we should focus on more, and that helps our SDR team with better targeting / conversations.
