Amazing app to capture business!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified allows us to capture all traffic on our website and the great thing about is we can make our approach personable and live. We the new addition of video chat along with chat option, we are able to connect with the client live and engage in conversations. Real people conversations instead of bots. Love how it is synced with SalesForce.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of yet! The only thing would be ideal is to be able to save a transcript of a video call which Qualified team is working on. Video chat takes up most of the screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems that required solving. But allowed us to enhance the service we provide and capture all traffic on our website. Business has increased since we are able to engage with clients who are in research phase.

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to engage customers and engage prospects alike with an optimal experience in real-time to support business needs. If a customer is seeking support, we are able to advance quickly; and if a prospect is looking for enterprise software in support of revenue-generating programs, we can move the conversation and inquiry forward. Our rep at Qualified,Tanya Mamayenko, has been truly exceptional in supporting us.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything I would say that I dislike. Qualified is highly configurable; so it takes some time, in a good way and in the right way, to create an engaging and optimal experience for website visitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are better positioned to address customer inquiries as well as engage with prospects in a meaningful and direct way with live team members in support of their business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
We're seeing great results using Qualified. Not only is it a fabulous product, but the level of support we receive is second-to-none. Our CSM is consistently on the ball. Shelby is proactive, collaborative, and offers tailored solutions that work within the current needs of our business.

What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of using Qualified is seeing all of the analytics right after we have a chat on our website. It also allows us to see what our client is searching for to better alter our expereince for our customers and get to the point faster. There is also incredible customer support, our rep Trey has helped us in every way to make our time with Qualified better. He answers every single on of our questions within a timely mannor. We greatly appreciate everything he has done. His so patient and explains everything. Trey has taught us everything there is to know which in turn makes the expereince better for our customers. Qualified also has so many other features compared to many of the competitiors. It is a great product, and I am happy to be a user of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to Qualified was the training app because it was very glitchy and hard to follow along with. The training information itself was great but the website was hard to use because of the glitches. Another downside is that my app tends to glitch out and I have to use it on my web broser. If I use it on the app I downloaded then it will disconnect from my Salesforce and not connect. I also constantly get errors when I try to connect it so I stick to using it on the website. When I am on the website it connects to Salesforce so that when I am trying to add in a client it conects right over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is simplifying our website chat and helping us to get more clients through it. it is able to get direct answers out of our clients which helps our sales team and more. Not only that but it drastically helps us book meetings while we are away and ties in our other used apps such as Salesforce and Slack. It is helpful to hear the notifications on Slack as soon as someone is ready to chat which brings me right to them. I also get the notifications when I am away from my desk. It is also great because of the notifications across multiple different platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is super easy to use and provides a lot of good insights for companies. It's great to have Trey as our rep to help us with anything we need! This platform makes it much easier to generate leads and communicate quickly with those on our site. We can also reach out first which is helpful as well. I also really like how you can see the details of who is on the site. It's helpful in conversation and in setting meetings to know the company, email, employee count, location, etc. of those who are on the site. There's so many ways you can use the app to fit your company. Also, the dashboard makes it really helpful to see how Qualified is working for your company and maybe areas where improvement can be made. Another nice thing is the integrations. Having salesforce and slack connected helps all of our apps and work stay together.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little confusing to configure any chat routing yourself, but it's nice to have a Qualified rep who will do it all for you. I wouldn't say there's anything I really dislike overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us set up meetings easily and communicate with customers quickly. Also helps input leads into salesforce easily. It helps us answer questions quickly for our customers as well. Overall it makes us more efficient and effective with our website. Anyone on the site can reach out with a simple click and be able to set up meetings within minutes. There's so many different uses for Qualified that we continue to brainstorm new opportunities all of the time.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is an amazing platform that has truly transformed our website engagement and improved our pipeline. The tool is extremely intuitive and user-friendly for our reps making it a smooth onboarding process. I love the Salesforce-native design making it easy for cross-functioning teams to view chat conversations within Salesforce. The highly customizable platform allows my team the ability to creatively A/B test experiences and make adjustments as needed. Not only is the platform AMAZING, but the Qualified team is top-notch! Our CSM Andrew is the best of the best — he is extremely knowledgeable about the product, always readily available to help our team execute on our goals, and has been a key player in driving our success!

I have nothing negative to say about Qualified — they have a great product and a fantastic team!

Qualified is giving our Inbound team full visibility into who is on our website and which visitors they should engage with while providing them context to produce more targeted and positive conversations. We have seen a major uptick in engagement and a large portion of pipeline influenced by Qualified.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how qualified creates experiences for prospects based on who they are - customers, partners, prospects, campaign leads etc. The best part about it - that it integrates with 6sense and clearbit so it know who the person is (or from which account) without the need for us to cookie them first. It also notifies specific teams about specific accounts doing specific actions, which is super helpful.
Also loving the fact how easy is to book a demo with our BDR right from the chat even when our team is unavailable.

I think the experience building process go be simplified. Its not the most easy to use thing, but at the same time is crucial to get the value from the product.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is great but I cannot speak highly enough of our solution architect. She consistently keeps our team aligned, brings creative solutions/approaches to the table, and is an incredibly thorough problem solver with us. We can keep testing and expanding what we do on the platform because of her dependable partnership. There is definitely a learning curve to get a handle on building experiences/segments/etc. but Jennifer has been endlessly patient.
As for the platform itself: Qualified makes a real impact on our lead gen and pipeline. There are so many ways to make this platform fit our business’s priorities and we’re excited to keep expanding our implementation.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to really get a handle on building experiences. I'm still learning even 5+ months on the platform but that's expected with every new technology implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us convert the right website visitors into leads/meetings booked but also enables our team to meet the needs of our visitors (either by surfacing the right content or connecting them to a live rep)

What do you like best about the product?
I'm not sure I could speak more highly of the product or the people at Qualified. From onboarding to continued success meetings, Qualified has answered every need we have had, and has opened our eyes to even more possibilities. I started as an end user and transitioned to an administrator, working more closely with the team, and not only was the process seamless, it was also refreshing and motivating! Steph Nguyen and John Duffy have been instrumental to our team's success and I cannot thank them enough.
What do you dislike about the product?
Round-robin functionality can be improved, but there are numerous workarounds for now!
