The support from customer success won me over
What do you like best about the product?
The support from our customer success manager Kevin has been amazing. He was a big reason we could launch so quickly and responded to any questions or issues with lightning speed.

We haven't encountered any issues yet and have found their platform to be very user friendly

Outstanding Customer Support Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Customer Support: Being in a fast growth start-up, standing up a chat tool tends to take more operational bandwidth for a small team. The Qualified support has been on top of any changes and use case walk-throughs we've requested, with great enablement and suggestions for scale.
Technology: Qualified has an all-in-one view for sales to action on prospects on our website, enabling proactive and personalized outreach in real-time.

What do you dislike about the product?
When syncing directly to SFDC vs. Marketing Automation, then to SFDC, errors in attribution are likely to occur.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team wanted to provide an easier route for prospects to speak to our team and increase our website demo request. We bumped demo request conversions in the first two weeks by 20%. We also attributed to 2 closed-won opportunities under 60 days.
Great user engagement and support
What do you like best about the product?
Real-time ability to see what page visitors are on and interact with them in real-time. You can also set up different playbooks/messaging per page or visitor type, which is highly effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup process and dialing in the messaging. It's a necessary evil, but the Qualified team has always been there to support us or answer questions along the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's accelerated the visitor to lead transition and ultimately helped our sales development team by increasing the marketing qualified leads. It's also helped visitors looking for support to the right place vs browsing and filling in any form they can find.
Powerful, easy-to-use software with proven results
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is fantastic at helping us capture leads in real time and proactively identify ways we can help prospects and customers on our site. Our rep, Stephanie, is knowledgeable and super helpful regarding the platform and helping us reach our goals.

Qualified helps us understand what our prospects are looking for and allows us to communicate and solve problems in real-time.
More than just a 'switch from Drift'...Qualified is TRULY Conversational Marketing & driving our GTM
What do you like best about the product?
We came over to Qualified from Drift - after using Drift for 3.5 years. We were constantly seeing pain points and hurdles in scaling the tool and building it to fit our needs, let alone adoption and confidence in the data we were capturing (missing). Qualified came into the market and our tech stack at the perfect time, and it's revolutionized opinions of what a truly integrated tool should be.
As a platform: Qualified's platform delivers EVERYTHING their team upholds it to be - collectively, our team hasn't seen a tool that is this well-integrated with Salesforce. Not to mind you, Drift has an outdated SFDC integration, so the bar was already set low from a chatbot perspective. As an admin, Qualified showed IMMEDIATE impact in just the backend configuration alone... but we haven't had a SINGLE data integration hurdle or true "error" since launching end of September. And since we've been able to leverage the Qualified x Salesforce's sharp integration to power stand-alone lead Data Enrichment initiatives, 6sense & ABM initiatives, and Email / Lead Nurturing generation. Because implementation has gone so well, we've restored rapport with the SDRs using the tool and it's now powering both Inbound and Outbound initiatives daily - a massive impact on our pipeline and a win-win for Marketing x Sales GTM teams.
As a customer/team: Shoutout to Danielle for being an invaluable asset of support and guidance during implementation AND adoption, AND strategy - our SDR chat users, leadership, and myself all see Danielle as an extension of our team and actively reach out for help and support because of how reliable, quick, and impactful she has and will always be :) Doing a rip & replace of any tool can be daunting, but the support of Danielle, Jordan & Anna through the hurdles we threw their way made it seamless in the long run and can truly say that the Qualified team does practice what they preach with "whatever it takes"

What do you dislike about the product?
Tailoring the learning curve and adoption for teams coming off a different platform. I don't think we would have been able to do it without the immense support and build efforts of the Qualified team; overall, everything was successful. Our org was coming off of using Drift, so there was some "reprogramming" to do outside of general adoption and functionality (ex: the concept of "pouncing," differences in notifications, and differences in round-robin). We had to strategize carefully during the transition to accommodate the current process without a huge shock. Qualified has excellent training resources and internal support to help with adoption, which helped bridge this gap.

Great Tool for SDRs
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly and easily identify top prospects and have the ability to talk to them directly when on the website has been a huge needle mover for our inbound team!
What do you dislike about the product?
This isn't unique to Qualified, as I've used similar tools, but it can be frustrating at times when you don't know exactly who is on the website. There are workarounds and other tricks you can use to overcome this but that's the only really small frustration. And again, not exclusive to Qualified but all similar tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's allowing us to quickly identify prospects we're targeting in outbound and allows us to use reports/notifications to quickly start chats and get visibility into what content they're interacting with. On the inbound side it has allowed us to more easily schedule meetings upfront as well as improve our S2L for greater conversion rates.
Top Notch Help from the Qualified Team
What do you like best about the product?
The Qualified team is eager to learn how they can help, open to our feedback, and constantly driving the best out of their own software and our sales team by extension. Shelby Parton leads the charge on their end by getting on the calls, being efficient about the time, and asking insightful questions. She is clearly interested in mutual victories after each call - it's an outstanding experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints! Qualified is quality software that makes contacting prospects a much better experience. Necessary for a sales stack!

What do you like best about the product?
The ROI potential for this tool is incredible. In my role in digital marketing, I'm responsible for managing our Experiences. I get excited thinking about the possibilities for testing and improvement. Experiences are fun to build - it's almost like doing a puzzle! I also appreciate my account rep, Tanya, who is super helpful and likes to geek out with me about fun Experiences we've seen, test ideas, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only capability I'm really wishing for is to be able to print out an Experience. I sometimes find it difficult to review an Experience start to finish, and really "see" the whole thing come together, within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us increase the business value of our website. The bot chat can be manipulated and tested in many ways to drive more inbound leads. Sales reps can seamlessly jump in to have human conversations and schedule meetings when there's an intriguing prospect.
A Core Piece to Our Marketing Success
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified lives at the perfect cross-section of chat, intent, and impact. Having access to all these features allows us to continue to generate engagement from folks visiting our website, AppExchange Listing, and marketing assests. Their account team is some of the best and brightest I've worked with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not really found many downsides to Qualified. Much like any modern solution, I'd say there's always a learning curve to using the system, but again, their support and account team continually go above and beyond!

Qualified allows us to chat live with folks visiting our site and AppExchange listing -- additionally by leveraging their pipeline cloud solution, we're able to understand the trends of accounts and how they are navigating their site and better tailor our messaging to them.

Qualified has quickly become a game changer for our pipeline growth efforts. This robust platform brings together best-in-class tooling for real-time website prospecting and user data insights. I was especially impressed with its powerful integration with Salesforce, allowing us to weave Qualified into our existing workflows while enhancing our existing efforts.
But what really sets Qualified apart is the hands-on, expert support we receive from our Success Architect, Tanya. She made onboarding as painless as possible by mapping out and implementing all the best practices while making sure to be in alignment with our current processes and business objectives. Tanya empowers our team to make the most out of this powerful platform and integration.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing in particular that I dislike about this platform. I will say that the robust nature of the platform can seem complicated at times, but our Success Architect set us up for success through excellent support and guidance. She came in with a clear blueprint for onboarding, training, and ongoing enhancements which empowered us to move quickly and make the most of the tool.

Qualified helps bridge the gaps in our lead gen and pipeline growth initiatives. Through seamless integrations with our existing workflow (Salesforce, Slack, and Microsoft Office), its platform equips our SDR and marketing teams to make informed engagements at the right time while improving our customer experience.
