Unparalleled Visibility, Functionality and Great Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified gives us a wealth of information on our website visitors that we never had before. Qualified allows us to see exactly how a visitor arrived on our site and know what pages they are looking at in real-time. Combining that data with additional information from Salesforce and Clearbit gives us the intel we need for our reps to successfully engage with web visitors through chat. The ability to segment our website visitors based on custom criteria that makes sense to our team also helps us prioritize our time and efforts. The biggest winner in my book is their excellent customer support and implementation team. Our Qualified customer success architect cares about our success and is an invaluable partner in getting Qualified up and running the way we want.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only minor features that are missing such as integrations with certain ad platforms and automated expiration of specific chat experiences. BUT there's always a work around, so not too bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified provides another avenue for us to engage with prospects on our website. The intel it provides helps arm our chat reps with the information they need to successfully reach out to website visitors and engage them in a meaningful way. Their offline chat experiences also help us provide additional information to visitors and is another way customers can book meetings with us when no rep is online.

What do you like best about the product?
The upsides are that you can easily spin up different paths and automation to have the chatbot save salespeople time. Another benefit we look forward to using is the pounce feature to join a user in real time and offer up a chat experience. Also, the Qualified Success Architect we've been working with, Jeff Karges, is absolutely phenomenal; he's always able to help with support as needed and works with us to ensure success.
What do you dislike about the product?
We recently started using it, so I don't have enough information yet on product pitfalls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping to engage website visitors more dynamically to educate users about our products and assist with sales.

What do you like best about the product?
It is great to see who is on our website and follow their activity. To be able to interact with them is invaluable to us. We also love watching them browse and seeing their response as they type it!

We have a tough sell and it is great to be able to see who is coming to our website an who is interested in our products and solutions.

The platform's power combined with their internal teams invested in customer success. They actually take the effort to help you reach full value.

Nothing about the product. Internally it's important to be prepared to put in the operational effort to implement the numerous available integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer experience, speed-to-market, lead generation, and lead prioritization. With Qualified, we can now respond quickly & intelligently to customer requests and lead inquiries.
Seamless Implementation Process
What do you like best about the product?
Brittany was extremely proactive throughout the implementation, keeping us on schedule and promptly answering any and all questions. The entire Qualified team was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, and the corresponding certifications and trainings armed us with all the resources needed for a successful launch.
Real-time access to CRM and Intent data to enrich our website visitors made for a seamless integration and has been a gamechanger. It's clear that the Qualified team understands the various needs of Marketing, Operations, and Sales and does a great job intertwining them.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see an "export experience" feature in the future to easily share each flow with a broader team outside of the tool - this would be helpful for content approval/edits!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is giving us incredible insight into our website. It allows us to tap into our greatest asset to identify our most valuable visitors, instantly start sales conversations, convert outbound and advertising traffic, and uncover buying intent signals.

A seamless integration from start to finish, with the best account managers to guide you through the process even after go-live. A special thank you to Sarah Flohr, as she continues to be amazing, solving any issues we have and ensuring we are getting the reporting and support we need!

I can't think of anything we'd do any differently with Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An extra stream of lead capture on the website, better visibility for the BDRs and overall insights into who is interacting and how we can improve experiences in the wider marketing department.
Steady Driver of Web Conversions
What do you like best about the product?
Great interface that is highly customizable for different web initiatives we have running. Would leverage Qualified journeys to help drive customized engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing of note, really appreciated their attentiveness in helping us execute our marketing strategies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Identifying companies who are in the market for our product and land on our website. It helps us know exactly who is visiting so we can then work on tailoring outreach through remarketing and nurture sequences.
Easy onboarding and excellent customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding was easy thanks to our fantastic customer success rep (shout out Britanny!). She made sure to first deeply understand our business objectives and current processes and then mapped out and implemented the configuration that best fits our use case.
Because Qualified is so well integrated with Salesforce, Clearbit, and Slack (to name a few), we're able to identify visitors and tailor messaging based on specific characteristics -- like opportunity stage, industry, and page visited. And by combining info from Salesforce, Clearbit, and the visitors' behavioral data on the site (like time spent on high-value pages), Qualified is able to identify the highest intent leads on our site and immediately surface them to our chat users via Slack notifications.

Nothing to say here -- any issues or questions that come up are quickly resolved by our CSM via Slack or in our weekly syncs.

Generating revenue by creating a new conversion flow on our site and connecting visitors with sales asap.
Must-have product for generating leads
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has helped us filter our website traffic into multiple streams -- those looking for support, training, employment or product info. In conjunction with the staff at Qualified, we identified the types of people we wanted to be notified about if they came to our website AND were looking for info on our products. Now we get a chance to greet these targeted prospects in real time. So far, 50% of the people that have agreed to chat with us through the bot have agreed to move forward to a live demo. We are absolutely convinced that many of these prospects would have never made it through to a demo had we not had a chance to engage them through the bot as they visited the site.
Additionally, the data that we are capturing now allows us to nurture these visitors through email follow-up campaigns based on their activity on our site.

What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing wrong with the tool whatsoever, but I caution anyone starting to use the tool to be prepared to answer A LOT of questions that they may not normally have the answers to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is connecting us to people researching our products in real-time. Internet research has become cumbersome, and there is a sea of data out there that doesn't always yield results or answers. We have found visitors really like speaking to a live person and getting immediate answers instead of entering the black hole of form fills.

important to understand that it's more of a conversation chat bot with the end goal of booking a meeting, and not to solve customer support issues using automated responses
