Qualified is a game-changing offering with a first-class staff behind it
What do you like best about the product?
The sophistication of the chatbot feature, coupled with the ability to customize features and create an inbound website experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
N/A... like any implementation, some steps need attention and consideration throughout the standup process. However, the Qualified team is there to hold your hand throughout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had an issue as a company where we were not converting website traffic. Add in complex personas with unique challenges, completely different expectations and subject matter - Qualified allows us to map incoming website traffic to the right internal resource in a seamless and automated process.
Incredible functionality, great implementation process
What do you like best about the product?
Not only is the functionality of the tool impressive, and the out-of-the-box dashboards and reporting great -- the team supporting our account has been phenomenal. Seeing target accounts' real-time activity and being able to respond is a huge gain for our business, and the lift we've seen in lead gen has already outpaced our projections. Our implementation timing was aggressive, but somehow the team at Qualified (in particular our Solution Architect) made it feasible and not overwhelming. Highly recommend.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had to configure a couple of workarounds to accommodate our field mapping, but we've been pleased with the solutions that were figured out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our lead gen and response time are our primary goals, and so far, our results are outpacing our projections.
Really valuabe tool
What do you like best about the product?
The instantaneous nature of qualified is quite useful! This has allowed us to grab the highest quality leads while they're still browsing the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
Creaticng qualified expriences is not the most user-friendly from the get-go, so you'll be reliant on their team for at least the first while.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has given us further insight into our website traffic and helped identify higher quality leads that are really to make a move while on the site.
Blown away by the support that Qualified has given us
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has given my team the ability to interact with customers real time. Customers have the option of talking to my team immediately or setting up a more appropriate time with a meeting scheduler.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there isn't anything to dislike the amount of data they provide can be overwhelming but in a good way. More insights the better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do a great job at following up on interest but we lacked the ability to talk with customers in real time. Qualified has filled that hole for us.
We love the Qualified app but the Qualified team is even better!

There is nothing we dislike about Qualified. The app is a great improvement from the previous chat bot we had.

The dream of chat realized
What do you like best about the product?
For years now, it feels like we've been promised B2B chat that would help remove friction from the sales process. AI and logic were supposed to help prospects and route them to the right resources. Unfortunately, every chat solution I've used has proven to be nothing but lazy routing. Annoyances that arent' worth turning on.
Qualified has changed that for me, and changed the game.
It's the first chat/ABM/intent tool that I start my day with. It's helped me scout orgs and do winning prospecting. The app makes me 'on' 24/7. And now, with the new video and scheduling capabilities, it's a one-stop platform for sales.
Our marketing team loves it too. Ad opt-ins are now routed to sales reps with lead information populated in Salesforce. It's helped us as an org close millions.
There is so much bad SaaS for sales. Qualified is not that. I'll be rooting for them and pushing for any org I work with to start using them.

Everthing a marketer needs!
What do you like best about the product?
The product and the support. Both incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far there is not much to dislike. Even when we've run into technical limitations, the qualified team support is really fast and has helped us solve all our issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead Gen and web engagement. We base a lot of our strategy around qualified. So far driving great lead gen across many different assets / experiences.
Qualified Customer Service is 5 Stars!
What do you like best about the product?
Our customer support person has been the best. He helps us set up and maintain the product and write copy for our chat experiences. He even helped us set up A/B testing architecture to make sure our changes were really working.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX of the product could be better. When looking at a conversation, it's hard to see the entire experience at once; there is a lot of dragging around the screen. If Qualified had an export button to look at the entire conversation in a word document or google sheet that would be a big improvement!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helped us have a more sales focused discussion with prospects on our website. Our prior chat company got us a lot of support tickets which is not our primary use case for chat.

We recently switched from Drift to Qualified. Not only is their customer success team top-notch, but they provide you with a smooth implementation and an unmatched, thorough onboarding process. Your success is their priority – they showcase this with more proactive, hands-on support in building and optimizing chatbot experiences while identifying untapped opportunities (compared to Drift).
Because we heavily rely on Salesforce, we needed a more robust integration infrastructure with it, and Qualified gave us just that. Meaning no more routing limitations or issues! To add to the laundry list of benefits, Qualified allows you to gather deeper insights from site visitors, and personalize chat experiences accordingly. This has been an absolute game-changer for our marketing and sales teams!

Configuring chat routing independently can be a daunting and complex task. The silver lining is the level of support your customer success architect gives you in setting up configurations for you.

It's helping us capture more meetings, capitalize on visitors showing intent, and better personalize experiences to drive higher site engagement. This helps us in our mission to drive more qualified pipeline.
