Qualified is a game-changer for sales and marketing teams.
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified helps us better understand who is visiting our website, and allows us to start a conversation with them quickly and easily. We are now able to make connections and start conversations with previously anonymous visitors/prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything works well, but the setup process is a bit labor-intensive and time-consuming. Qualified's team does a great job at making it as easy as possible and keeping things on track.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us get relevant insight on who visits our website and allows us to interact with them via ChatBot. Our sales team can quickly identify when our prospects are active on the site and start a conversation in real-time.
Great experience from Sales to CS to Going LIVE
What do you like best about the product?
From the first discovery call, we had a great process through moving forward with Qualified. Tom, Camile and Taylor have been fantastic every step of the way. I told Taylor on the CS team that she's one of the best I have ever worked with in her role. Timely responses, constant communication, adjustments, and guidance. Highly recommend this platform and team to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to mention here. Just a learning curve on using it efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More inbound/outbound SQLs and MQLs. Looking to increase our pipeline generation with targeted, personal and casual conversations.
Great Team + Amazing Execution
What do you like best about the product?
The overall process to working with Qualified was so easy! Our experience from the first cold email outreach through implementation has been stellar. The team really understood what we were trying to accomplish and our goals, and they have followed through to make sure Qualified is really working for Vendition.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our experience has been positive; any requested adjustments have been answered promptly. Keep up the great work Qualified team!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no visibility into our website prior to Qualified, and operating in B2B and B2C markets meant not having clarity on who exactly was coming to the site for what. Now with Qualified, we're able to better connect with each of our personas and understand how they're interacting on the website, plus be able to chat with each audience type with some context first.
Qualified is a game changer!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability for us to be intelligently proactive. When prospects are on our website, they are thinking about us. It's almost like home-court advantage. We have been teaching our reps how to "pounce" in a way that brings value to the prospect and helps guide them to the information they need, the resources they are looking for, and most often the ability to open up a conversation with our sales team. This is not your average website chat
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had time to find something I don't like. We went live and have continued leveraging new features to add to our experience. What's most impressive is that there is a way to make ideas happen whenever we have ideas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a way to engage traffic on our website in a highly personalized way. We also use our website as our primary sales and marketing tool so being able to direct people there and then engage in a chat dialogue quickly and efficiently, with all the intelligence that we need. We can get more MQL's out of our webtraffic
Qualified Isn't Just For Sales - It's An Essential Marketing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Working in marketing, Qualified offers unparalleled visibility into how our prospects use our website. I've already made website changes after seeing people bounce at specific parts of a landing page. It's also been really helpful to see the history of the pages, ads, and traffic sources each of our prospects has seen - and then to have it all integrate with Salesforce and Pardot. These tracking and reporting features make it easier to attribute success to the right marketing campaigns. Qualified isn't just for sales - it's an essential marketing tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified's price point will be inaccessible for some small businesses. For those who can afford it, Qualified will play an integral role in winning new business.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From a marketing perspective, Qualified is helping us gain more visibility into how our prospects use our site, their browsing behavior, and linking ad campaigns to conversions. This makes it easier to make meaningful website changes and properly allocate our marketing budget to the right campaigns.
Great way to interact with inbound prospects!
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to gage and inbound prospect's interest level and which of our two products they are interested in.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not really a Qualified issue but it can be an added task when lead generation is flowing from elsewhere.

Qualified is a great tool in qualifying leads for product demos.
Huge pipeline impact - incredible team support - business critical tool
What do you like best about the product?
Today's enterprise software buyers have the exact expectations as they do in their personal lives when making a purchase - which means they expect chat to be part of the digital experience. With our complex offering and all the industries we serve, it can be difficult to get the right content and messaging to the right person. Qualified helps solve that problem for us - offering personalized experiences that meet the buyer where they are.
Another aspect that I appreciate about Qualified is its user-friendly interface and intuitive design. The bot was relatively easy to set up and integrate into our existing systems, and its performance has been outstanding since day one (delivering well over 50x ROI in the first year). My team has found it simple and straightforward to use, implement, and optimize our various chat experiences running at any given point. Qualified is reliable, user-friendly, and highly effective, making it a valuable investment for any business.
While I love the product, I love the support team even more. The attention and support we receive from Jeff Karges is more than what I would typically expect from a customer success team. Jeff has become a strategic extension to our team - recommending more than how to use the tool but developing experiences and strategies that align with our business and objectives.

There isn't anything to dislike about the product itself. Like with any new tool, adoption can be challenging, but the Qualified team has been with us every step of the way, offering support and ideas on how to enable the sales team better and increase adoption.

Qualified is helping us provide the best digital experience for our customers and prospects - allowing us to customize the messaging and content for people on our site. It also allows the sales team to engage with people on the site in real time - allowing us to act on demand and interest faster while delivering an experience that our customers and prospects want.

Shelby Bensley who is with Qualified has been really helpful. She is on our company slack and we have any issues, we can immediately reach out to her. She either offers a solution or provides an update pretty quickly.
Qualified itself is a great tool. Important prospects who might not find the answers to their questions from our website can immediately chat with us using this tool. We are also able to follow up with prospects who request chats when we are offline. The fact that it is synced with Salesforce helps a lot as well.

Having inside data of the leads approaching ur site is the best way to interact with them.
Inbound SDR Manager
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is an incredible tool that allows my SDRs to field chatbot requests extremely quick by pinging an SDR when someone wants to chat. Each SDR has a very short window to hop in the chat or it routes to the next SDR. Pouncing is also great because you can see what content your prospects are viewing on the site, this allows you to create tailored messaging that reasonates more with the prospect more with 0 lead time. Support team is great as well. You can book prospect meetings insanely fast. We even had a closed won in 12 hours from a qualified chatbot conversation!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Using desktop vs the app can be a bit confusing. I also wish you could hop in to chatbot from the mobile app. That would be great if you happened to not be exactly next to your laptop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us solve speed to lead. If you can quickly pounce on a prospect that is on your website, then there doesn't need to be any speed to lead as it becomes 0.
