Boosts Customer Experience with Intuitive UI

What do you like best about the product?
I love that the UI is pretty easy to use and learn. You have the ability to create custom experiences or use AI to do the bulk of the work. The customer onboarding team has been great to work with. We are a global organization and often struggle with timing and scheduling. Austin has been easy to work with across our different global functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing to call out here.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps with our speed to lead, improves the customer experience, and creates a unique dynamic chat feature on our website.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Qualified to track website visitors and key pipeline numbers, which helps us see which accounts are engaging and converting in real time. I really like the real-time visibility into who's on the site and how easily it connects that activity to actual revenue. The initial setup was pretty easy, and the team at Qualified helped us a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting could be more flexible, and it takes a bit of time to fine tune the setup to match our exact workflows. The reports are solid but limited. More custom filters, easier segmentation, and cleaner exports would make it much easier to analyze data without extra work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified to track website visitors and pipeline numbers, identifying high-intent visitors and connecting site activity to pipeline, removing guesswork.

What do you like best about the product?
Our implementation experience was exceptional! Jennifer Schneider was outstanding—highly organized, responsive, and thorough throughout the process. She kept us on track and answered every question with expertise and ease.

We're just beginning to use Qualified, but the AI features are impressive and we're excited to explore more personalization capabilities. After just one training session, our BDR team is already showing great enthusiasm for the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
No significant dislikes at this time. We're still in the early stages of implementation, but our experience has been positive so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is solving several key challenges for us. First, it's improving sales/marketing alignment by providing better signals for BDR follow-up, making our outreach more targeted and effective. The AI-powered chatbot on our website requires significantly less manual management than traditional chat solutions, freeing up our team's time.

The platform's advanced features combined with its user-friendly interface have generated genuine excitement among our sales team, which is crucial for adoption. Additionally, the ability to deanonymize web visitors makes our lead intelligence much more powerful, giving our sales team actionable insights they didn't have before.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is a great product in terms of settings, analytics, and overall capabilities. Compared with other chat experiences, it offers many more ways to customize the experience and adapt it to our company’s needs.

Among the main features, the AI bot stands out the most, and it works much better than with our previous provider. Thanks to the advanced settings, it’s also possible to reduce unnecessary scenarios and keep everything organized in one place.

From a service perspective, we’ve had a great experience working with the Qualified team and specifically our architect, Lily Weller: everything was delivered on time, and they prepared all the requested updates whenever we needed them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s nothing in particular I can point to in terms of specific features or implementation, but as an area for improvement I’d suggest better visual settings for the bot window, as well as for the promo and calendar pop-ups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were in a situation where we needed to implement a new feature very quickly while replacing our previous provider, and the Qualified team did their best to support us and speed up the process. From a results perspective, we’ve also seen a significant improvement, with more than 60% growth in meeting bookings compared with the previous chatbot solution.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the interface in Qualified really helpful because it's user-friendly and straightforward. I can add nodes to the graphs and curate an experience for the visitor according to the type of content we want to promote. All the features have been really useful to our marketing team. The addition of Clearbit helps identify accounts infromation quickly on a new visitor, and helps us identify visitors and match them to the right account easily. I appreciate how the signals indicate which accounts are surging, helping us gauge where visitors are in their buying journey, identify the most engaged accounts, and letting me tailor our experiences according to the message we want them to see. The integration with Salesforce is effective, allowing us to map the fields for seamless lead tracking. The support from the Qualified team was fantastic during setup; they were hands-on and always found solutions for us. The setup was pretty smooth, thanks to their help.
What do you dislike about the product?
You cannot work on multiple windows at the same time; you must choose one window to use at any given moment. When you navigate away from the current window, it refreshes, and you lose your view. As a result, I have had to start from scratch with reports and experiences, and lost unsaved work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified to engage with website visitors even in different time zones, qualify them for meetings, and assign meetings for sales teams. It integrates with Salesforce to track conversations and meetings, turning visitors into prospects into opportunities.

Inbound Chat Automation That Frees Up Time Where It Matters

What do you like best about the product?
I like the automation of the inbound chat feature. The Piper agent has been great to help my team spend more time where it matters. I like that we have direct access to customer support via our slack and can message with questions or needs and have resolution within minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a while to learn and implement across the team, but once we did it has been working better than anticipated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating otherwise normal tasks. Filtering and directing prospects to the answers they need and freeing up time for the SDRs.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the offers, AI SDRs, and Piper email features in Qualified. The offers help with a formless experience, creating more conversions for Tier 1 launches. The AI SDRs have increased our conversations with users and more meetings are being booked. Additionally, the Piper email feature is a standout for me. Since launching, we have boosted engagement and improved user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could A/B test on Qualified offers. If we are promoting to a large audience it would be useful to test several pop-ups to see what performs better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified for web promotions, boosting engagement, and improving user experience. Offers create more conversions, while AI SDRs increase conversations and meetings. The Piper email is also beneficial.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Qualified to be really cool and impressive, especially the AI functionality that responds to our clients. The tool provides valuable support in today's market. Jennifer Schneider, our onboarding contact and representative, has been amazing. Her ability to simplify tasks and walk us through the process is rare and greatly supports our team during the launch. Despite the setup being complex and multi-step involving various departments, Jennifer's support made it pretty easy by clarifying steps and working with us over the holidays.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has limited Eloqua as the primary connection experience, and is primarly as Salesforce connected tool. With more clients, comes more experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified resolves our data breach issues, accelerates time to revenue, and improves customer engagement with relevent questions and by enabling quick scheduling with the right sales rep, or next step in our funnel process.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team uses use Qualified for our website forms and buttons, gathering leads with the meeting booker and the AI SDR. I appreciate that it helps us generate lots of leads and operationalize many marketing processes. I like the UI and that it is easy to navigate and learn. The meeting booker and the AI SDR or AI email campaigns are features I value the most. Even though some of the build-out is a bit involved, the team supports us well in that area.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the build-out seems a bit overly involved and cumbersome, but Lily does a great job of supporting our team with that part.

Qualified helps us generate lots of leads and operationalize many marketing processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate that Qualified allows us to have someone on the website around the clock, which is helpful because our live chat BDRs don't work after hours, holidays, or weekends. I love having our AI SDR, Casey, available all the time. What I like most about Qualified is honestly the sales experience, starting with Avery, who did an amazing job. The BDR did a great job as well, and Avery has been fantastic in supporting us with timely follow-up and availability. Cormac has been amazing, attentive, and able to work with a large group like us while keeping us moving forward. He is very responsive to the questions we've had since purchasing Qualified. The product itself is exemplary, but the sales experience is honestly what sold it for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The live chat side of Qualified can be a bit confusing/busy in certain areas when it comes to UI and functionality. Being able to see the pop-up at the top of the screen for more than 10 seconds, or have a way to get to a list of those would help a lot. Additionally, I would love to see lead routing or lead distribution capabilities added, as that is an absolute need for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us identify high intent site visitors who don't fill out forms, potentially great customers or prospects. It provides 24/7 AI support, ensuring coverage when our live chat BDRs are off, enhancing our outbound pipeline and lead generation.
