Comprehensive Product Suite
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Qualified has strategically thought about their product roadmap to include a comprehensive (and complementary) set of solutions that empower revenue focused marketers to be successful. While we started with Chat, we've been able to expand to things like Meetings which has significantly helped us ramp website conversions. Being able to tap this functionality inside of Qualified vs having to purchase yet another tool has helped us be more effecient as well. Customer support has been spot on. We've been working with Robert and he's been a true champion on our account - helping us activate all areas of the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the platform at the beginning takes some work. But, thankfully with great support they help you along the way!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has helped us increase our website conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer support, particuarly by Robert, has been our true enabler of our success with Qualified. His ability to take our questions and ideas, then find a way to make them happen, is remarkable. The features and functionaly within Qualified feels boundless with Robert's support. It makes something that can be complex feel easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified is a very powerful tool that requires engagement and implementation support from stakeholders - particularly if this is being implemented in a large organization. The benefit of this is that the team members have a chance to come together and agree on what the goals of the implementing Qualified are, and it has allowed us to quickly be successful and agree on next step optimizations as a team. It takes work to get there, but the end result is worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With a business that sells across multiple needs and buyers, we find that it is often difficult to get users from discovery through to submitting a Contact Us form. Qualified has enabled us to identify users and accounts who are showing interest, then offer an immediate opportunity to engage with us bout our products and services. Even if someone isn't ready to converse at that moment, they now know it's an option and that the availability of our team is always there.
Extremely powerful tool, even more powerful support from the team.
What do you like best about the product?
The tool has an incredibly strong implementation with Salesforce that allows you to really personalize your experiences for your users as well as make sure that only the right individuals are reaching your sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some pretty obvious quality of life features that appear to still need to be implemented into the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has allowed us to better target and engage both new prospects and our existing users due to its flexibility and integrations with CRM and other data platforms.
Quality Product & Outstanding Support
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is fantastic but our success architect, Robert is what I like best about Qualified. I'm absolutely gobsmacked at the level and quality of service Robert offers. I oftened joked that he worked so hard on our account that our company should be offering him a salary. He is so incredibly dedicated and consultative - and just an overall lovely person.
The tool is itself is fantastic - easy to implement and use, and we saw ROI extremely fast. As a customer, I appreciate the constant evolution and innovation of the solution. It is absolutely a key tool in our tech stack.

What do you dislike about the product?
Our lead routing logic was a bit of complex to apply within Qualified but the support we received from our Success Architech greatly minimized that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to use Qualified to increase conversion within our demo request process.
Great platform for increasing meetings and identifying who is visiting our website

Integrates with our tech stack making implementation a smooth process.
The work flow saves me 2-3 hours a week with how easy the platfrom makes changing flows and routing.

The UI takes a little time to figure out were to find stuff

Seeing who is visiting our site. Allowing us to interact with visitors directly. Booking more meetings with prospects.

Generate and answer leads online. This App improves my Lead Management operation
Qualified's site activity reporting is invaluable
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified offers instant, relevant data into who's engaging with your website. Easy to export and share, easy to identify trends, easy to assess site page performance. I check their reporting daily to ensure we're on track against goals. Their chat bot function is easy to set up and staff effectively. Their success and support teams are also phenomenal!
What do you dislike about the product?
No real downsides - more advanced trend reporting directly in the tool would be the cherry on top, but their product team is constantly rolling out updates and improvements, so I'm sure that's coming down the line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified's automated meeting booker and chat functions have dramatically streamlined our inbound booking process, and enables us to engage new leads right at the moment they're considering us.

What do you like best about the product?
The integration was hassle free. The team did everything that we asked for and help us understand the functionality clearly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There were no downsides to our integration.

Qualified Is a Must-Have for Our Buyer Journey
What do you like best about the product?
The UI is intuitive, and the integration with Salesforce is powerful, which is a must for us. There are a lot of chatbots out there, and with frequent feature releases, Qualified is always on the cutting edge. With data enrichment, buyer intent scoring, and automation, we are able to deliver precisely the right experience for every website visitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has been invaluable for our marketing and sales development teams. We are able to identify and engage with top prospects and targeted accounts who are visiting our website. By creating custom experiences for every type of visitor, we have (at least) doubled the number of demos we book right on the site without having to chase down leads, leading to a very healthy ROI. Thanks to Qualified's robust set of features, we have been able to eliminate other solutions and streamline our tech stack.

Great product and team
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use UI from an admin and user perspective, great onboarding and ongoing support and robust integration capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the UI seems a bit too buttoned up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visitors landing on our pages seeking additional resources, i.e. diversion to relevant info without allocating customer service resources. Prospective customers can get in touch with sales and/or book a meeting in real time.
