What do you like best about the product?
We get excellent service from our rep, Andrew Ritter. He is hands-on and has a strong sense of urgency, helping us get maximum ROI.
What do you dislike about the product?
As someone without a dedicated Qualified admin, it can be difficult to make the most of all the great features it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us reclaim time for SDRs and AEs by freeing them from website tasks, optimizing their productivity. It ensures meetings and offers are presented at optimal moments, enhancing our engagement strategy.

Seamless Setup and Top-Notch Functionality

What do you like best about the product?
I use Qualified AI Piper for both chat and email experiences, and it’s truly been a game-changer for us. The team, especially Austin, has been incredible—making implementation seamless and ensuring everything ran smoothly. The AI-powered chat experience has transformed our demo request process, with more requests coming through the chatbot rather than just forms. Qualified’s functionality, ease of use, and intuitive UI/UX are outstanding. The initial setup was seamless and white-glove, and the data it provides helps our sales team identify who’s on our site and allows reps to easily book time without logging in. I’m extremely satisfied with the team we’ve been assigned and the high caliber of talent supporting our account. Overall, I’m confident I’ll continue to be a happy and long-term customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified is fantastic overall, but like any powerful platform, there are always opportunities to make things even smoother. For example, allowing reps to be CC’d on emails sent through Simon would help keep the team fully aligned. Additionally, we’ve been iterating on Piper’s email messaging to ensure it perfectly matches our communications, and there’s still a little room to refine it. Overall, these are minor areas for improvement, and the platform continues to deliver incredible value for our team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified to engage prospects and customers on our website, as well as to send targeted emails to specific audiences to support our sales team. Its AI-powered chat and email features streamline demo requests and simplify lead management, making follow-ups faster and more efficient. The chatbot enables seamless booking for sales reps, while the data insights provide our team with actionable visibility into who’s on our site, helping us prioritize and drive opportunities more effectively.

Easy to Use with Great Salesforce Connection, Features, and Insights

What do you like best about the product?
This is my second time using Qualified, and I’m really happy we came back to the tool. The connection to Salesforce, the ease of use, and the available features and insights are the main highlights—and the reasons I’m so glad we’re back on Qualified. The support we’ve received from Qualified has been exceptional as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our reps have had some issues with receiving notifications about incoming chats; however, that hasn’t been a deterrent, and we’ve been able to put processes in place to work around it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to acquire a web chat tool, and we had to move quickly. With Qualified, we were able to meet that need within a month. Since deploying the tool, we’ve been able to book more meetings with qualified leads.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Qualified is how easy it is to navigate and use on a day-to-day basis once it’s up and running. The platform is heavily used by our team and offers strong functionality that supports our workflows well. While the initial implementation had some complexity, the customer support team was excellent, very responsive, knowledgeable, and instrumental in helping us get successfully live. Overall, it’s a powerful tool with a robust feature set that integrates well into our broader tech stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main challenge with Qualified is around usability and intuitiveness in certain areas, particularly related to availability management. Having to manually mark availability on and off adds friction for users and creates unnecessary complexity in daily operations. While the platform is feature-rich, some workflows could be more intuitive, especially for end users, which would improve ease of use and adoption without reducing functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps solve several key challenges related to website engagement, lead handling, and information access. It reduces the friction of locating accurate information across our website when questions arise, acting as a powerful real-time search and assistance tool for both visitors and internal teams.

It also ensures continuity when our BDRs are unavailable by allowing the AI to step in, qualify conversations, and schedule meetings on their behalf, preventing missed opportunities. In addition, Qualified supports automated follow-up when conversations or opportunities do not immediately progress, helping us stay engaged without requiring manual intervention.

Finally, the scheduling functionality significantly simplifies the process of booking meetings by integrating directly with calendars, making it easier and faster for both prospects and internal teams to connect.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified and our onboarding team has been a tremendous value add. We were under a lot of pressure to get our site up and running quick. The Qualified team actioned quickly and made the experience incredibly easy.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of use with Qualified. The Qualified team has been exceptional in helping us to set up the AI SDR agent, which is a big plus. Another added benefit is the 24/7 access to a live BDR, which continues to nurture leads for our prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're too early in the process to fully understand the integration stage. We have a pretty substantial tech stack, and there's been some challenges with integrating all of the systems and making sure that they're talking to one another.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us generate more revenue and ensures our customers have 24/7 access to resources, marketing materials, and content. It also provides 24/7 access to a live BDR to nurture leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The setup is easy to understand, and it offers plenty of options that can be personalized. CS was always willing to help
What do you dislike about the product?
For some things, it’s not that easy to find a logical solution on the platform—you really have to know where to look for specific items. I’m also concerned about how easily someone can gain edit access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI chatbot on the site is useful for people who need guidance on our product.

Highly Customizable, Easy-to-Use Routing with Deep Integrations

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how customizable Qualified is. The tool is fairly easy to use, yet it still allows our operations team to build fairly complex routing logic and handle account assignment based on the rules we already have in our CRM. The integrations with Salesforce and Marketo are smooth and extremely helpful, especially for field lookups and matching. I also very much appreciate the level of support we've been given, the Qualified team is very responsive and open to feature requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few minor routing settings I’d still like to see, such as the ability to add optional users to meetings based on Salesforce assignment rules (which their Queues feature has actually partially solved), as well as support for if/then statements within routing rules. These are fairly specific use cases, so they’re more in the nice-to-have category, but they would still be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us lock in a meeting time right away with the correct sales rep, which is so important because it prevents drop-offs and prospects forgetting to follow up. For us, it’s critical to get the lead booked into a meeting immediately when they’re asking for one, and Qualified makes that much easier.

Streamlined Demo Process and True ROI

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has made it that much easier for SDRs to do meaningful work. It makes it easier for prospects to book meetings with us, by streamlining our XDRs process, eliminating the need for emailing with a prospect back and forth to nail down a time, routing to the AE, etc. All of that is now a few simple steps the prospect can do when requesting a meeting, allowing SDRs to use time to gather more in-depth BANT and work their leads with precision. The AI SDR/chatbot was easy to set up using our internal resources and website, and Piper Email has helped us get a few prospects that dropped off before converting back on the hook. It has officially paid for itself after one year of use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not every feature we wanted was readily available, but the Qualified team has been great about taking feedback and keeping us updated on their roadmap. We even have a feature in beta that was because of something we suggested early on in our time with Qualified!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Qualified, our SDR intake process when someone wanted to book a meeting with us was much clunkier. SDRs had to get in touch with the prospect to set up a time, which involved back and forth, reviewing AE calendars, ensuring the prospect met minimum qualifications for a meeting. Now, with Qualified, the prospect simply fills out all of that information and gets access to an AE's calendar right off the bat, making the process much easier on the SDRs. This allows them to spend less time on tedious tasks and more time on meaningful lead work.

Speed to lead + Support

What do you like best about the product?
I like how intuitive and easy the platform is to use. It doesn’t require months of implementation to get set up, and I use it daily. It works well with Salesforce and Outlook, so I don’t end up with duplicate leads or double bookings on my calendar. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, the support is insane. I’ve had questions about the platform, and all I had to do was message Austin Moore (our CSM), and he got on a call with me within hours to get it sorted. He’s also actively looking for ways to help me get the most out of the platform. I love the AI SDR because it takes care of all the email follow up for me so I can focus on making calls and discovery calls.

Small things that i like:
1. You can see what the prospect is doing on the site and what they are typing before they type it.
2. Templates in chat, makes the response time much faster
3. Calendar in chat removes friction for the buyer
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues with the core platform, I wish the signals part of the app captured more information (but idk if that is possible)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Speed to lead was low before because I was busy on discovery calls or meetings, and sometimes I could not get to the leads quickly enough for them to book them. Now I don't have to worry about following up with new leads quickly because AI SDR takes care of that for me.
2. When chatting on the website chat, I would send times manually for a meeting time, now all I have to do and post my calendar in the chat and the prospect can book without having to leave the website which has increased the conversion rate on chat convos.
