Qualified Helps Connect with Website Visitors and Generate Better Leads

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has helped me a lot in connecting with people who visit my website. It has also helped me better understand their activity on my site, which has resulted in better leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve noticed that it sometimes picks up the wrong signals, which can lead to incorrect account tagging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me qualify leads more effectively and understand company intent more clearly without me needing to be available 24x7.

Streamlined Workflows with Excellent Support

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the excellent level of customer success that our CS team has been offering, particularly Maddie. She's been really good in terms of spearheading the effectiveness of how we should be using Qualified, different use cases that other companies are working with Qualified on. Kudos to her particularly because the company that we're operating with right now, Buildbox, is on a parabolic trajectory, upwards when it comes to growth. With growth comes a lot of growing pains at the same time, so it takes a certain level of grit and patience within accounts of that caliber to ensure that there's value being driven and to ensure that a tool like Qualified fits the bill when it comes to our process and the scale that we're looking to achieve as a business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the interface could use improvement, specifically the search capabilities. In the settings, it's a lot of endless scrolling, and I would love to be able to search for the feature I'm looking for and have it load up all the different aspects I need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified automates meeting bookings and improves our inbound demo requests KPI. It integrates with account-based marketing for effective communication workflows without cumbersome tools.

Brilliant AI, Swift Appointments, Stellar Efficiency

What do you like best about the product?
I use Qualified for chat and it really streamlines the process with automatic appointment setting after hours, which speeds things up by bypassing the BDRs. AI Alex is brilliant at answering questions in great depth and it even covers all languages after hours. It helps weed out tire kickers and supports questions, which is super helpful because we're solely focused on sales. The fantastic go-live document was detailed and step-by-step, making it so easy for us to know what Qualified was responsible for and what our team needed to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm having an issue where I'm unable to refine the list of industries offered, and there's one glitch that needs support. I'll know more about it once it's live with our BDRs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified for automatic appointment setting, which bypasses BDRs, working after hours and speeding up the process. AI Alex answers questions in depth, covers all languages, and filters out non-sales inquiries.

Seamless Onboarding, Tailored Customer Engagement

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Qualified for its chatbot functionality, especially with the AI chatbot, Piper, which we recently implemented quite smoothly. It allows our sales reps to focus on meaningful conversations rather than reaching out to every person on our website, saving us a lot of time. I also like the features around the AI, such as being able to upload our own internal PDFs and documents to train their AI models for a comprehensive view of our products and services. This level of personalization, including adjusting the AI's tone to be professional, friendly, or somewhere in the middle, is something I enjoy. Plus, their customer service is great, particularly our account rep, Usman, who is quick to answer our questions and very knowledgeable. He’s excellent at his job. Lastly, the onboarding process was easy, thanks to their team's support.
What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allows our sales reps to focus on meaningful conversations instead of reaching out to every website visitor, saving both our reps and operations teams a lot of time. Its routing configuration and smart forms ensure a seamless customer engagement experience.

Powerful Tool with Excellent Implementation Support

What do you like best about the product?
What a powerful tool. It has the capability to completely transform how we go to market and communicate through our site and through email to our prospects and customers. But, what I have liked best so far has been the excellent support during implementation and now as we operate. Jen has been a fantastic partner!
What do you dislike about the product?
We do need to see better reporting in certain areas. The data is there, but somethings could be aggregated better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting our customers to the right information quickly on our site has created a higher level of engagement across the site.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Qualified to be an easy tool to use and appreciate how it integrates with our current stack. The team helped make the initial setup easy. I also enjoy that Qualified helps with scaling and allows questions to be answered during off-hours. Our rep, Mike, is great at showing us innovative ways to use the tool. Overall, I am confident in recommending Qualified, rating it a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel that stronger 6Sense integration and better documentation could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified for AI SDR and driving leads. It solves scaling issues and allows questions to be answered during off-hours. It's easy to use and integrates with our current stack.

What do you like best about the product?
Great tool, easy to implement, and constantly upgraded with new features. Outstanding customer success with ongoing support beyond the initial implementation phase. Supports even quite complex routing rules.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment, it fills our requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Much quicker speed to lead, good qualification and routing. Efficient early-stage questions answered at a global scale.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Qualified works like an always-on BDR. It can answer questions for people even during off hours and book meetings, which is really helpful. The feature that allows it to answer questions and actually book a meeting for a prospect is the most valuable for me. The integration with our marketing automation platform Marketo and CRM Salesforce is seamless. I also appreciate how easy it was to set up, especially with the help of our dedicated CSM who supports us every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints. Have had an excellent experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified acts as an always-on BDR, answering questions and booking meetings for clients and prospects 24/7. It directs them to the information they're looking for, supporting our BDRs and sales teams effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how AI email campaigns in Qualified help streamline email processes for both sales and marketing teams. I appreciate being able to see what the end user is viewing and interacting with through the chatbot. The best part is working with Cormac, who's quick to respond, pays great attention to detail, and is an excellent partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reporting is a little limited, especially with the filters. Also, would love to be able to organize areas by folder structure (meeting router, email campaigns, etc.). There are a lot of details you need to pay attention to in the initial setup. I wouldn't say it's the easiest, but we're in good hands working with Cormac and the Qualified team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us understand how people search our website, what our audience wants, and re-engages warm leads. AI email campaigns streamline our email processes, and we appreciate seeing user activity for improved engagement.

User-Friendly AI SDR with Effortless Onboarding and Exceptional Support

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user friendly, AI SDR is easy to train and implement, and the customer service is exceptional. Onboarding and integration was a breeze and we could easily make customizations and updates. Coming from a chatbot experience where we had to manually build all potential conversations and flows, we were able to get this up and running in no time. We love that we don't have to account of everything a visitor might ask. The scheduling has been a great feature as well. Our CSM is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and more than happy to help us get the most out of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
We're still trying to get our Qualified reporting and KPIs set, but that has more to do with our internal set up and requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a an AI SDR vs. a static, one-dimensional chat bot. We trust that the AI SDR is informing visitors about our services and helping to move them down the funnel. The auto-scheduling is a big plus and we're looking forward to using it's email follow-up capabilities to reach out to prospects we normally wouldn't have the time or resources to dedicate to.
