Qualified (Model T) - Any other tool used for pipeline gen (Horse)

What do you like best about the product?
This is the pipeline generation tool your CRO doesn't even know they need.

Chat bots have been seen as lower tier labour for various reasons, but as we all know emails are not gonna make a difference in your pipeline, the phones are great now but they are gonna get clogged and blocked.

If you don't have content syndication & intent back leads from a vendor for outbound.

Qualified is the best way to quickly and effectively speak with prospects when they are on your site and ready to be helped. Wheter its by a human, or their robust ai tools, you will be serving your client better by doing this than sending emails from Salesloft.

I have been using this tool since 2022 and have used to to produce millions of dollars in Pipeline and Revenue.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only dislike that due to the fact that most people are not given the space to excel on this tool, that average performance from AI features will saturate the market and make this be an uneffective tool over time.

I have had to fight people being warry of me being a bot more now. I have frequently told people "Hey, I am gonna get that form you are filling out, I promise I am a person and can help you now."

People love it, they crave human interaction, bots can be as accurate and perform consistently better average on average than your typical new hire SDR, but a tenured rep with usage of the tool can pull in 200-300k pipe a week easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Booking meetings - Creating pipeline - Closing Business - Giving us a good brand image

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has made a huge impact on our overall sales pipeline and quality of customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
CRM sync is inaccurate at times. It has listed the wrong prospect at the account.

Qualified is solving our speed of delivery in response to sales inquiries and customer service requests.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualfied is not only the leading product in the market, but they have fantastic support and onboarding. Customizing experiences is always cumbersome and timeconsuming but with our dedicated Qualified rep, managing the platform is a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far - it's been a great experience

Engaging web visitors at a higher rate & qualifying meetings for our sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to be able to offer meetings that link in with my calendar is very useful

We had to tinker a little for everytime someone came on the website as we had access to all pages on the website including the main landing page

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Qualified delivers speed to leads. Something that our organization struggled with before Qualified was leads coming through and booking time with our BDRs, and it may have been five days out. Lily, our CSM, has been fantastic!! She has directed Bonterra in a great direction and is constantly trying to improve our processes. Over the course of 2 quarters, Qualified has:
- 60% meeting offered to book rate by AI SDR
-24/7 chat coverage with intelligent Q&A, qualification criteria, and goal prompting capabilities
-Saving BDRs time to work on other tasks and pipeline generating activities
-83 influenced meetings booked via Smart Forms / Buttons with previous AI SDR conversation
-$3.9M in pipeline generated!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, we are loving it. It is easy to implement and we have a ton of traffic on our website that brings in quality leads.

What do you like best about the product?
As a platform, Qualified aims to support users in developing dynamic content to serve different personas and end-users coming to the site. I'm a big fan of the customizability of our experience builder (which can target specific 6sense segments and serve up the appropriate experience) and the review processes embedded within Qualified AI - Qualified gives me a lot of flexibility and control, not only in serving experiences, but supporting tracking and analytics as well.

It's always a pleasure to hop on our check-ins with our CSM, Jennifer Schneider: she's always excited to share new developments in the software, check in on our organization's needs and capacity, and open up Qualified to talk about how our experiences can support our strategic vision.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is very difficult to keep up with new features by the sheer volume of releases and changes being made to the product. We had to pause our chatbot program earlier this year due to internal resource capacity and, coming back to Qualified, I feel like I have to re-learn the platform.

Having more video content available in Qualified University would be helpful to support this - I learn by seeing/hearing (rather than reading) and have to reach out to my CSM to ask her to humanize or demo things mentioned in the training articles.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us address the inquiries of a large volume of users coming to the site, especially those doing research outside of standard business hours and/or internationally. We are able to get a better understanding of what people are coming to our website for and what is most difficult or of-interest to find, which not only helps us optimize our chatbot experiences but also gives us data to consider if our site is structured in a way that serves our customers.

- There is a slight learning curve but you get used to it pretty easily

We use the chatbot that is AI driven
We an segment website visitors based on their ICP which helps us prirotize personas - integration with other platforms such as 6sense allows us to look at particular buying stages as well before inititaing conversation
Reps have better control over the conversations with the AI Copilot

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to see who visits our websote in real time, and having the opportunity to engage with our prospects and clients in real time is a game changer. It's also very easy to use and the team at Qualified is fast to help with any changes and vested in our success. Maddie Catinella has been so helpful and we are lucky to have her as a part of our implementation team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this point. It's early days so we will see if anyhting changes, but overall it's been everything we've expected. The only dwnside would be some visitors tend to try to use the AI chat as a prank or for fun.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us enegage with our clients faster, and hopefully in a more meanginful way. It also allows our clients to book meetings when it best fits their calendar. We can also see the pages of interest for our cleints and better help them.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified's client support is unmatched. Lauren Ackerman is our Success Architect and acts as a true business partner day in and day out. She's strategic in her recommendations and backs it up with stats & research. Her forward thinking gives us the confidence needed to make quick changes to better our business.

I can't recommend Lauren & Camille enough!

Nothing negative to share, our experience has only been positive.

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality of the platform is easy to use and sync's well with our programs including Salesforce. The AI feature is a great help to qualify a lead as our reps prepare to engage. We used Qualified before and came back. The updated features are a nice improvement. Lauren Ackermann has been a tremendous help in getting us up and running! She has been super in implementation through going live. We are frequent users of the platform.

Nothing to note as this has been a very good experience.

It's a great tool for us to connect and engage with businesses looking to advertise with iHeart Media.
