Excellent Customer Service & Easy to Set Up
What do you like best about the product?
The online app is easy to navigate, provides excellent & intelligent insights, and setting up integrations across platforms was seamless.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had to navigate some issues with hubspot on our site, but Mike Witt and Anna Li have been very patient and helpful throughout the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us close the gap between our leads and sales opportunities open. It's helping break down the barrier of chasing down leads that showed interest in our product and getting them scheduled to meet with our SDRs faster.

What do you like best about the product?
The team has been great in helping us even after the initial setup.

Things have been great so far. Nothing to improve upon currently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The scheduling tool is helping us reach our prospects faster and with less effort from our sales team.
Great onboarding and support
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is a well oiled machine for onboarding and technical support. We have been supported every step of the way and launch was smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I don't like about Qualified yet. Support has been amazing.

I use Qualified for the AI SDR.
Committed to Successful Onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
Our Success Architect Maddie Catinella; she is super! Maddie is very knowledgeable, friendly and highly responsive as we onboard the Qualified solution. She's helped us set up the platform for quick success and proactively answered many common new customer queries. And her training session for our team was one of the best I have been part of with a new service provider.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not an "out-of-the-box" solution. While the platform has a very intuitive design and UI, the product's many features require a Success Architect to work closely with your business to ensure a successful set-up and launch, as well as training to get the full benefit of the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us better target and convert traffic to our site that is more likely to convert to a lead.
Qualified has been a great chat tool
What do you like best about the product?
We like the scalability, integrations, AI functionalities and growing features that Qualified offers. Our partnership with our CSM Mike has been fantastic over the last year that he's supported us in our complex migration off of our former tool and always understands and helps facilitate our requests. Overall it's been great and even features we initially did not have became available to use shortly after our needs arose. Fantastic team and growing product with enhancements coming out all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to see more qualitative analytics of the conversations and different verbatim that customers/prospects use so we can help inform decisions for our products and sites or the ability of the bot. Also the ability to minimize the bot on mobile devices to it's post-engagement state as to not block CTAs on sites with small screens. Very minor feedback, overall we're very happy with Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps to drive sales via chat or demo, AI supports answering prospect questions when reps are offline and enables us to move quickly if changes are made.
Fantastic Customer Service and migration
What do you like best about the product?
From the start of our migration from Drift to Qualified, we have been in excellent hands with Kubs, our dedicated Success Architect! Rob's customer service and dedication to our team is unparalleled. With his guidance and expertise, we optimize all our previous chat flows, implemented a more comprehensive lead routing solution from Qualified to LeanData, and kept us on track with weekly meetings and was always available to answer our questions. We have more visibility into visitors on our website than ever before, thanks to the OOTB integrations with Clearbit and 6sense, plus our CRM data. Our Sales team also enjoys the Pounce capability!
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team has struggled with clear ownership on reporting in Qualified, so we are still working through a consistent way to review, optimize, and A/B test experiences within the platform. We also struggle with how hard it is to get our content team visibility on the flows, plus blocks, to ensure a conversation meets brand guidelines and is accurate. Our Sales team also struggled with having to use the app to appear online for chats or have an open web browser, where the pixel is open (so the tab can't be hidden). Also, we have many team members who have strong opinions on the look and feel of the chatbot on our site, especially that it's not as intuitive to close out if you don't want to see the chatbot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified gives us deep insights about who is visiting our site, how we can prioritize them by category, and get them in contact with our SDRs, give them relevant content and/or book meetings more immediately. Leads are created in our system more quickly, plus with the use of UTMs, we now have more accurate reporting on how records arrive to our site and in the chat. We can also set guidelines for our team to reference for quick, content-approved responses that are aligned with our brand guidelines.
Qualified is great but the real differentiator is our Success Architect
What do you like best about the product?
The Qualified platform is far superior to our previous Chat tool and the roadmap continues to release product enhancements and offerings that increase our utilization and value of the product. Our migration was quick timeline due to previous chat tool contract end and without the dedicated Success Architect, Robert Kubovic, we would have spent hours learning a new platform, migrating chat playbooks, onboarding SDRs. Ultimately we would not have been prepared for successful implementation. The knowledge of our Success Architect continues to provide value 1.5 years into the use of Qualified. He is able to understand complex problems and translate them to easy to understand workflows in the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting functionality is not the most intuitive and limited to access within the tool. We would like to pull a lot of the data out of Qualified so that we can blend with other datasets by our analytics team. A current limitation is the number of fields available before meeting booking but this is on the roadmap so I have no doubt it's only a temporary limitation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allows us to directly chat with prospects and customers visiting our website. The chatbots and playbooks allow visitors to get answers when a person isn't available and drive them to book a meeting. We've seen a direct increase in conversions on our website from chat and meeting booking capabilities.
Great software, always improving
What do you like best about the product?
We needed to get Qualified up and running under an expedited timeline, and the Qualified team delivered. Since implementation, the team has been thorough and responsive. The product itself has improved our website chat conversions, and given us an easier-to-manage meeting booking flow than we previously had with Drift. We're in Qualified most days and have it connected with Marketo and Salesforce, both of which were fairly straightforward and simple to set up. When we have product feedback, it's always documented by the team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a whole lot. Wish they had an A/B testing functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Converting website traffic to more engaged visitors who book meetings, all without our team doing anything. It helps us focus on our higher priority segments and create tailored experiences for them, because we know AI and the meeting booking flow are covering most use cases.
Great Onboarding Experience with Qualified
What do you like best about the product?
We launched with Qualified a couple of weeks ago and from the sales process to the onboarding process we have had a great experience! We worked with David for our implementation and he has been a great partner to us.
The Salesforce integration is seamless and the website experiences are highly customizable/ easy to tweak and update. David is highly responsive when we need support and quick to make any changes we request.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have a large sales team and the enablement piece can always be a little tricky with new tools. I think we could have done with an extra training session both for the admins and for the team before rollout.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Qualified to help increase the number of prospect demos scheduled and to remedy what we feel is a leaky funnel.
