Qualified is a Major Growth Driver
What do you like best about the product?
Our organization uses Qualified for website chat and meeting booking, and it has been a game changer. The implementation was a breeze due to the clear and thorough process the Qualified team follows, and they walked us step-by-step through configuration. Qualified really shines in the generative AI space, as their backend allows for far more customized training for the AI model than any other generative AI tool our team has looked at so far. This allows us to be highly selective in which content we use to train the model and fine tune responses so we never have to worry about the agent "going rogue." We saw an over 50% increase in meetings booked in the first quarter after implementation and are continuing to see increasing performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't faced many issues with Qualified so there hasn't been much to dislike. Occasionally one of our sales reps will click on a link in their outreach emails and get cookied to a prospect account, so we receive false alerts that account is visiting our website. However, our Qualified CSM walked us through how to disassociate reps from these accounts when this occurs, so it won't be an issue moving forward.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has helped our small team scale our conversational marketing and meeting scheduling efforts without having to expand our team size. The generative AI features allow us to achieve personalization at scale and took significantly less time to train compared to onboarding a human to do the same work.
Powerful solution for B2B Lead Lifecycle Management for both Marketing and Sales
What do you like best about the product?
Powerful tool, easy to use for all teams. Its integration with our existing tech stack makes it easier to get started as well as providing expansion opportunities.
Customer support is excellent. The CSM (special shoutout to Jeff) goes above and beyond working with you to meet you and your team's goals.

What do you dislike about the product?
Dislike is a strong word, but an area of improvement can be more experience options, for example, more flow modules/personalization, as you can see in the B2C-focused chatbot and ABM solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified makes it easy to collaborate between sales and marketing, which is critical in B2B SaSS space. It's strong feature set and integration helps both teams to reach their goals.
Effective and innovative tool
What do you like best about the product?
Our team loves how well Qualified is integrated with SFDC, and how easy it is for our SDR team to use. They are also always coming out with new features to help generate more meetings and pipeline, and have a great support team and online resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's isn't much to dislike about Qualified. Sometimes as an admin it can be hard to keep up with all of the features, but that's the case with most tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps capture website visitors and helps our SDR team generate meetings, even when they're not actually available. They also love the Signals tool to see first party intent activity. We generate pipeline and see great ROI from Qualified. It's an essential part of our digital marketing techstack.
Easy-to-use platform with a supportive, collaborative team
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified gives us the ability to drive web conversions through targeted visitor experiences. Setting up promotional headers or messages that appear on specific web pages is a breeze thanks to platform's intuitive interface. We've also had excellent support from our Success Architect, Richard, on rule building and setup of more complex chat/engagement experiences, as well as implementing Qualified's AI chat bot. Richard also did a great job of sales training with our BDRs to onboard them into the platform. The Qualified team in general is always friendly and willing to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though the Experience builder itself is intuitive, it starts to become more complex when there are multiple paths and chat routes to manage. It is here that the support of the Qualified team is invaluable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified lets us engage with website visitors 24/7, preventing us missing out on opportunities. It also streamlines the demo request process by enabling users to directly book meetings with BDRs at a time that suits them.
Hands-down my favorite chat solution + the AI SDR feature is rad
What do you like best about the product?
The AI SDR is an awesome addition to the platform! It’s been solidly reliable, and - because it's always available and is used many times per day - it saves our BDRs a ton of time by handling initial conversations with prospects (or pretty much anyone else who wants to reach out to us). Most importantly, it's made our outbound motion noticeably more efficient and frees up reps to focus on higher-value interactions. It should also be a huge help to our Customer Support and eventually, our Success departments, but it's still early days so we're still gathering data on that front. The scoring/training mechanism is super easy to use and was similarly straightforward to implement. Just like the rest of the platform (especially the analytics, which are amazing) - I really can't say enough great things!
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike. If anything, the wide range of filter options in the analytics tab can be a little overwhelming at first. But honestly, for data-focused folks like myself, that level of granularity is definitely a benefit once you get used to it and know what you're looking for from the get-go. Overall, the benefits far outweigh any minor friction points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is solving the problem that we used to have, called "Intercom". The salesforce integration alone was enough to convince me to move our website chat to Qualified, but now it's solving issues that I didn't even know we had back when we were using Intercom.
Piper AI Takes Our Email Marketing to the Next Level
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is a core piece of the Martech stack we utilize on a daily basis. The AI SDR pre-qualifies prospects from our website, follows up with them via email, books meetings and ultimately saves our BDRs time so they can focus on other pipeline-generating tasks. With the release of Piper AI, our email campaigns have been taken to the next level. We can follow up with prospects showing high intent and achieve an 80% open rate, no problem. Qualified is a crucial tool that our team relies on to bring in MQLs on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really aren't many downsides. Like any software, there are bugs from time to time. However, I've never worked with a company that so diligently updates their software. We rarely have issues, if ever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a 24/7 chatbot so we don't miss prospects outside of business hours or during the weekends. We also can follow-up with prospects within seconds rather than hours, which is the time it would take a human.

The platform is easy to navigate and utilize its features effectively. The communication with our Qualified representative (Jennifer) has also been excellent, ensuring seamless collaboration and support!

I wish there was an auto-correct feature for typing in the chatbot.

Qualified's AI SDR is helping us book meetings efficiently and enabling connections with hundreds of additional contacts. It also provides valuable insights, allowing us to track key statistics and monitor the pages our customers are engaging with on our website.
Amazing Tool

Qualified has generated strong net-new opportunities for my AEs and given me the chance to lead discovery calls and sharpen my skills.

The only downside—though it's a minor one—is occasionally getting support requests or smaller accounts. But that’s pretty standard with any inbound motion, so it hardly counts!

Qualified is helping solve the challenge of connecting with high intent buyers in real time. By surfacing engaged website visitors and routing them to live reps, it reduces the lag between interest and interaction.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Qualified is how seamless and powerful it makes real-time engagement with high-intent website visitors. The platform gives our sales team instant visibility into who’s on the site, what they’re looking at, and how to jump into live conversations at the perfect moment. It feels like you’re actually meeting your buyer right at the digital front door — and that’s a game changer. The alerts, insights, and Salesforce integration are top-notch and make pipeline generation feel way more proactive and strategic.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is solving the problem of missed opportunities. Before, high-value website visitors would come and go without us ever knowing — now, we’re able to identify them in real time, engage instantly, and turn intent into pipeline. It’s helping us prioritize the right accounts, have more meaningful conversations, and dramatically shorten our speed-to-lead. The ability to route leads based on firmographic data and site behavior has been a huge win for aligning marketing and sales efforts. Overall, it’s making our team faster, smarter, and more effective.

Hands-down the best part of Qualified is my company's customer success representative. Cassie (Dodd) Tran has been extremely helpful in training me and anyone else on my team who needs to use Qualified. She is quick to respond to my questions and is always providing suggestions for improving our Chatbot Experiences.
I also like Qualified's Integrations and Special feature offerings (like button experiences & website offers). Having a wide variety of options to test has helped find what works best for Claroty's website.
Now that I understand where most things are in Qualified - I enjoy logging into it. I think the system itself looks very clean and professional.

What do you dislike about the product?
Getting started on Qualified is somewhat difficult. There's a relatively steep learning curve, and looking at the platform the first couple of times is incredibly daunting. I still struggle to find some things and set up segments/reports, but again, Cassie is always quick to help. Now that I've been using Chatbot for a couple months it has definitely gotten easier.
One thing I dislike is within an experience, it can be difficult to move around to all the parts of the experience to quality check / create. By the time you go down both paths (Rep Available vs Not Available) and check through each CTA on both paths, I can get a little lost. Clicking & dragging the screen around feels very inefficient in the BIG experiences.

Qualified is helping with conversions on our website. A big goal for my company is turning traffic into conversions - and Qualified is a big part of conversions on our website.
