Qualified Streamlines Lead Routing and Meeting Booking with Powerful Signal Aggregation

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified does an exceptional job of aggregating all the signals we receive about our prospective universe, from site visits to pipeline creation. It has greatly streamlined our lead-routing process and makes it easy to book meetings on behalf of the sales team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have anything specific to point to as a “dislike” at the moment, but I do think its implementation is more about “world building,” and it’s a far greater undertaking than “just standing up a chat bot.” That said, it would be nice if the values for routing could be comma-delineated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's aggregating all the signals of our prospective universe from web visitation and paid ad interaction to pipeline. It's also greatly facilitating the "book a meeting process" as Piper AI is able to serve up calendar availability on a per rep basis

What do you like best about the product?
What I've loved most about Qualified is how involved they are during implementation and how much they care about your success post-implementation.

When installing our AI SDR, Maddie Catinella—our Qualified Success Architect—was always available to ideate and problem solve, whether in a 1:1 call with just myself or in a group call with all of our stakeholders.

This same level of care and willingness to help has extended beyond implementation. Maddie continues to meet with us to provide recommendations to optimize our AI SDR and to help make targeted changes that will lead to an improved experience.

With Maddie, we know that no matter what happens, we will be well looked after. Her level of care and her willingness to help has instilled a lot of confidence—not only in the AI SDR's performance in the present, but long-term as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't have multiple tabs open with multiple views. Qualified's web app only allows you to work in one browser tab at a time.

Also, that I can't upload multiple pieces of offline content into the knowledgebase at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping to maximize value from existing web traffic, driving meeting bookings.

Always-On AI ADR That Makes Scheduling Sales Meetings Easy

What do you like best about the product?
The Ai ADR is always on and ready to engage with our website visitors, offering helpful support and making it easy to schedule meetings with our Sales teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of features and functionality, and it takes some time to fully understand everything. We’ve run into a few glitches where the UX wasn’t what we expected, but we were able to correct them quickly with the help of our CSM.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps me meet prospects where they are in their journey. Being able to efficiently answer their questions and book meetings is a real benefit, especially outside normal business hours.

Transformative AI-Powered Engagement, Needs Chat Round Robin Tweaks

What do you like best about the product?
I really like using Qualified for its various features such as AI SDR, which we call Alex the AI Agent. It helps us convert high intent website traffic into qualified meetings faster with accurate routing. I appreciate the better buyer experience and measurable impact it provides. I'm a fan of the flexibility of the application and also the proactive relationship manager, Leslie Medina. The real-time website chats are excellent, and the AI assistance in data capturing and qualification is a big plus. I also find the direct calendar booking feature quite convenient. It integrates well with other tools we use like MS Teams, ZoomInfo, Google Ads, and Salesforce. The initial setup was smooth, making the transition easy for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
The live chat agent round robin feature needs to be more flexible. Every agent should have an equal number of opportunities. It's been 2 months since we launched it in our team, and we're still learning and exploring with the help of the relationship manager. Agents who are available on the chat should get rotation instead of those who are unavailable. This ensures that if an agent takes a quick break, they won't miss out on chats.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Qualified for real-time chat engagement, automating sales meeting setup, and routing high intent traffic efficiently. It improves buyer experience and has a measurable impact.

Exceptional Support, Minor UX Hiccups

What do you like best about the product?
I like the team we work with because they allow us to get the most use out of the platform. Our Customer Success Rep, Lauren Ackermann, has been an incredible partner to our team from the beginning. She truly knows her stuff and is amazing at what she does, consistently going above and beyond. Lauren not only makes recommendations but actively helps us with real work, ensuring things get done. She's always willing to jump on a call when we need support, and her response time is incredibly fast. Most importantly, she genuinely takes great care of our team and makes sure we're set up for success. We really appreciate everything she does. She is awesome to work with!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the UX is wonky when navigating the experiences section. It's not easy to move left to right without accidentally navigating backwards in the browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified lets us offer Live Chat experiences on our website, enabling visitors to interact with reps in real-time or leave a message that captures interest.

Boosted Meeting Efficiency with Outstanding Support

What do you like best about the product?
I use Qualified to drive more qualified booked meetings to our AE team, and it really improves engagement and conversions. I appreciate the support from Elle Anderson, who is incredibly responsive and an expert, making me feel confident about what we're rolling out. The meeting booking options are particularly valuable, and I find Qualified to be a "one stop shop" for many of our marketing needs, including live chat, offers, and nurture streams. I like that these features are purpose-built to drive prospects toward conversion and are very easy for marketers to use. Qualified also integrates well with Marketo and WordPress, and we were even able to cancel Drift and OptinMonster because of it. Our RevOps manager didn't have many complaints during the initial setup, thanks to the instrumental help from Elle Anderson, the Qualified Success Architect.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing at this time, though we're still very new to the Qualified experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified to improve engagement and conversions, drive more qualified booked meetings to our AE team, and for easy-to-use marketing tools that drive prospects toward conversion.

Qualified: Seamless AI Concierge Integration

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of training with Qualified. We loaded up hundreds of PDFs about our company and what we do, and we were able to start training the bot before turning on live crawling, which was a breeze and gave it the concierge angle. I think the customer success is also a big plus. The setup process was incredibly efficient; it was supposed to take ninety days, but with the help of Qualified's solution architects, Janine and Andrew, it was done in thirty days. I'd give it a solid 10 out of 10, especially appreciating the customer success aspect.
What do you dislike about the product?
Later this spring, we are gonna work on the integration of the data into a central data lake, and we're gonna work on, not going directly into our Salesforce, which, of course, you guys are really well built for, but we're going to try to run through a middleware integration. So we have one source of response truth. That is an area that we're gonna pay extra attention to. Because I think that is not the easiest pre prescribed solution, which would be the direct integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Qualified for an AI concierge, enhancing growth, cross-sell, and upsell. It was easy to train, especially with loading PDFs and live crawling. This ease and strong customer success make it invaluable.

PiperX is more powerful than you think

What do you like best about the product?
The team that supports us. Yes, the technology is great, thoughtfully put together, flexible, and powerful, but Janene, our QSA, is the reason we are live in 30 days despite being in the middle of a potential company spin-off, total re-brand, and enormous loads of work to be done. We shouldn't be live already. We are because of the team behind the product's willingness to do whatever it takes to get us there.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we could customize the appearance of our AI Assistant more. Custom fonts, chat backgrounds, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Clear-eyed responses during a time of change: Renaming a large volume of products as part of a rebrand and spin-off could lead to confusion among our large existing customer base. PiperX understands all the changes we've made and knows all of our rebranded content and website better than any one person could. This means customers and prospects get clear answers during a time of change and find information without having to search through websites and resource libraries.
2. Activating valuable deep content for personalized nurture is a huge gain compared to static content suggestions for an enterprise company with many solutions & products.
3. Visitor insight: reading through conversations gives access to valuable customer insights.

Can't wait to get into lead qualification, pipeline generation, ABM campaign support, and more. We're just getting started with PiperX and excited.

AI-Powered SDR with Swift Lead Engagement Capabilities

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate using Qualified as an AI SDR for chat and email campaigns, as well as meeting and lead routing. It has really helped us book meetings quickly and effectively, right from our website. The 'brain' of the AI SDR is phenomenal and works exactly as we instruct it. I also find the Clearbit reveal and enrichment features very useful in identifying and managing visitors, which helps route them to the right human representatives.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love a more clear setup of the integrations, fields mapping, routing queues, etc. All the features are there, but the rapid updates to the platform have them spread across setup in not the most intuitive way sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified enhances our ability to book meetings directly on our website and helps us identify and route leads correctly using Clearbit enrichment.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Qualified includes multiple functions into one platform, reducing the need for a large tech stack. It handles inbound leads in an automated but highly personable way with the agentic AI agent. I also appreciate that it can incorporate scheduling for the entire organization, handle all routing needs, and provide very specific insights into exactly what a prospect is engaging in or discussing on our website. Additionally, it offers significant visibility into what has transpired with an individual, even before their initial meeting or interaction with someone on our team. The support since going live has been absolutely amazing, with immediate reactivity and fantastic assistance from our representative, Elle, who continues to help with setup and support of our processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The hard coding behind the scheduling can be a challenge if you have a dynamic process for routing and sorting leads for account executives. If one data field is off while syncing between your CRM and Qualified, it can cause significant issues, requiring agent assistance, which leaves us feeling less empowered to fix problems independently. Another area for improvement is the scheduling process when an SDR qualifies a lead before a meeting, as it can be disjointed and lead to prospects missing notifications for rescheduled meetings.

Qualified helps with speed to lead and immediate scheduling, meeting prospects where they're at and increasing our qualified pipeline with filters, routing, and paths based on their ICP status.
