What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is intuitive and easy to use. The best part has been our close partnership with their team. It wasn't just a "set it and forget it" implementation. From kickoff to weekly calls, they're hands on and committed to our success with the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing sticks out to me that I dislike. Overall, an awesome tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We get healthy inbound website traffic. Qualified helps us talk to serious buyers and convert them into opportunities. The benefits: more leads, more sales conversations, more sales meetings.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Sales training is key. Make sure your SDRs are familiar with the product and know how to use it to their advantage.

Generate more leads and pipeline from your website!

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified makes your website way more effective at generating leads and pipeline. You can use chatbots to engage website visitors, and even route VIPs right to live sales conversations. If you're a B2B company looking to convert more inbound website traffic, Qualified is the tool for you! It's tightly integrated with Salesforce, so we can see website visitors move through the sales funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their product team moves quickly but would still like some more integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're trying to improve website conversions. The old process of asking visitors to fill out a form and having our sales team chase them down is broken and inefficient. I've realized we were leaving so much pipeline on the table! Now our website is working way harder and converting visitors into quality sales leads.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Test out new things and learn as you go. Don't be afraid to test out different experiences across your site to see what converts best. Lean on their success team to guide your implementation and strategy.

A great conversational platform for your website.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create personalized chat experiences for each page of our website. It creates a more natural conversation flow for potential customers who visit our website and helps increase the amount of interaction on each page. Also our sales reps are able to have very personalized conversations in real time and in turn decrease the amount of time it takes to interact with a potential lead.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see a more robust analytics dashboard. Also an integration with zapier would be super helpful so we could push meeting bookings into a slack channel that notifies us every time a call is scheduled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to increase the amount of leads generated from our website and so far qualified has done exactly that. Also with its customizable chat bot experiences it allows for leads to be captured even when our Sales reps are not working or not available.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that our marketing team can guarantee that our inside sales team is talking to our most qualified website traffic. And since LiveView shows us exactly how people are browsing with our website, our marketing team can roll out website changes with the user in mind. It's tightly integrated with Salesforce, so we can see website visitors move through the sales funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ability to drill down into opportunity details right from the Qualified dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified eliminates a longstanding barrier between marketing and sales teams and really streamlines the marketing > sales lead handoff. The messaging and online meeting experience is great for visitors. They can have buying conversations when and where it works for them.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Qualify visitors based on which marketing campaigns they comes from in addition to which web pages they are exploring.

Perfect Platform For Quickly & Efficiently Qualifying Inbound Leads

What do you like best about the product?
Our team can quickly connect, qualify, and even demo leads on their first point on contact with our company.

The chatbots and automated qualifiers are intuitive and reliable.

Instantly conversing with our leads gives us insight into our product messaging and offer, which helps us further generate inbound leads.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice to have more ways to personalize the chat bots / auto-qualifiers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has helped us convert leads that we would have otherwise lost in the marketing process.

We also use Qualified to adjust our messaging for our product, for example:
Are there questions regularly being asked about our product that aren't easily found?
Are we attracting the right cohort of leads?

Being able to interact directly with our leads cuts down the timing of our marketing / sales process.

What do you like best about the product?
Simple to set up and easy to use. I was up and running on the system in under an hour and had live chat, phone calls, custom bots, and calendar scheduling on my website same day. The team at Qualified offered to do the implementation with me, but I have a fair amount of tech experience and didn't need the assistance. Nevertheless, working with these guys was first rate!
What do you dislike about the product?
More ways to personalize the experience and personalize the messaging. Ability to export data in CSV, not just plug it into Salesforce or Pardot
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business is time-dependant, so we have crunch time a few times per day, and order taking and support during those times are crucial.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Use Qualified in conjunction with your web forms. Create a qualification rule based on fields that people submit in your forms and talk immediately to the high quality leads. You'll see the iprovement in conversion immedately for those folks.

Incredible Platform for my Inside Sales Team

What do you like best about the product?
I manage a team of SDRs and they're loving Qualified! My team can focus their attention on our most important, sales-ready website visitors. They can see exactly how they're browsing and engage with them at exactly the right time. They can prioritize conversations (chat and phone call) with our most important website visitors, like our diamond accounts, and immediately create leads or opportunities in Salesforce. Since Qualified integrates with Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Pardot, it works really well with our existing technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any dislikes at the moment - I love everything about it!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're uncovering new sales opportunities and providing a VIP sales experience for our most important accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get your sales reps excited about the power of this platform. It helps them have more conversations and create more opportunities. This is going to make them even better at their job.

What do you like best about the product?
We've tried a ton of chat tools over the years, in everything from our corporate site, business site, and internal sites that serve our customers and partners. We started with a pilot of Qualified and it was like night and day. What our team thought of initially as a "chat tool" was more like a go-to-meeting. We could watch people browse our site, set up rules to see who was hot and who was ot, and then watch the hot leads browse and proactively connect.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need multi-language in the admin console
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our reps report an increase in conversation volume, more importantly, with better lead quality. We have it connected to Salesforce and we'll be able to see conversion reports on deals as they move through the pipeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Everyone on our team loves Qualified! The super cool, interactive "map" allows us to view where visitors on our website are located. We can also watch them in real time as they navigate through different pages.

In our business, we are all about providing high quality customer service and a unique service experience with each one of our customers. We know all of our clients projects are super important to them, and they are super important to us too. We want all of our clients to be able to recognize that right away, and it starts with the quality of the customer service we are able to provide.

Not only does this allow me to have a more personalized, custom chat experience and conversation with each visitor - it also allows me to create more opportunities for sales. I know right away what our visitors are looking at and what they might be interested in, allowing me to initiate a chat with them at just the right moment and guide them in the right direction with our services.

I also really love that our visitors are quickly and conveniently able to schedule a meeting with me outside of our business hours, when our chat is not "online." This allows us to make sure we are not missing any potential opportunities.

I am super excited to see what Qualified will offer next and be able to bring us in the future! :)
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish Qualified was able to be integrated with more CRM platforms. SalesForce is a little out of our price range, having just launched a new side of our business. If we were able to convert chats on Qualified into leads in our CRM, it would really be the icing on the cake!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Qualified, we did not have a chat program on our website. Having Qualified has not only allowed us the opportunity to interact with our customers over chat, but it's also allowed us to have a much more personalized experience with each customer compared to many other traditional chat platforms.
