Very happy with early results

What do you like best about the product?
Katie, our CSM has been instrumental in implementing Qualified to our website and wonderful to answer all of our questions and help throughout all of our testing. We are using the platform as a bot, with no users and have seen an improvement on quality conversions and being able to share content when needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one area I would like to see improved is the country value listings to be shown in a better user experience, but our CSM has provided the feedback to the team for future roll outs. We have had a few technical glitches with the setup, but Qualified has responded really well and sent patches quickly to make fixes. Overall, we are happy with the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to easily direct individuals to content on our site, and have been able to increase lead conversions through our early results.

Fantastic Product and Customer Support

What do you like best about the product?
I did a side by side evaluation of Drift and Qualified and at the end of the day decided to move forward with Qualified over Drift for several reasons:

1) The customer service is unparalleled. When I was provided documentation from Drift on the on-boarding experience, it was clear that there was still going to be a heavy lift from me. With Qualified they did all the hard work in getting the chat set up on the website making it a simple process to implement.

2) They have a much deeper integration with Salesforce than Drift. Drift is unable to route leads based off of opportunities and stages within salesforce. If you're use a chat platform for an ABM this is a critical feature to ensure that you're engaging with the right prospects at the right time. It was a no brainer when I learned that Drift didn't have this that we would go for Qualified.

3) It's a great way to engage live with interested prospects and to create custom tailored chat experiences. I love how SDRs on my team can easily see the web activity of these prospects and can in turn proactively jump into chat conversations within the website visitor starting the chat first.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly not much to dislike with Qualified. My only advice to anyone looking to implement Qualified is that you've thoroughly vetted your website traffic to ensure that you have legitimate targets within your ICPs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to continue executing on ABM strategies using Qualified. We have the ability to customize chats when it comes to intel on technology they are currently using, previous opps, verticals, etc. We have a limited target market so it's critical that we deliver a personalized experience through every touch point in their buying journey. I also wanted to implement Qualified to help us find more qualified leads for my team outside of other channels that weren't performing as effectively for us.We/ve had multiple instances of SDRs being able to engage with leads/contacts through Qualified when attempts through other mediums were futile. It's another important touchpoint in the sales cycle that all companies should be using.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified allows us to quickly engage with our customers when they are on our website. Nowadays it is so hard to reach people by phone and email so with Qualified, we are able to engage when we know the customer is interested and on our site. Plus, the Q team is great to work with. We loved working with Hung to get everything set up. He provided us such a great experience, was patient and listened to our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
This is a short list and it is feature based. (ability to attach Docs, change colors). We did figure out a work around for attaching docs so not a big deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is allowing us the opportunity to increase our leads and engage at a time we know our site visitors have interest. This also helps us identify what people are looking at when they come to our site. Plus, we are able to answer some quick questions for our existing customers. This is another level of service to offer your potential and existing customers!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Without Qualified you are missing out on potential customers.

Fantastic product and amazing service

What do you like best about the product?
The app is pretty easy to use and very intuitive. Their engineers are making updates all the time too to make it easier and/or better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not able to integrate with our BI tool YET, but they have told us it is something they are actively working on and expect to be released (I believe) first half of this year. Until then, we have good reporting through our CRM (SFDC).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has increased handraisers from our website and led to a lot of new opportunities for having only used it on a few select webpages from our soft launch. We've just launched sitewide and expect those numbers to only get better.

Great experience with Qualified, from very beginning through implementation

What do you like best about the product?
Not only is the tool terrific, the entire team at Qualified has been by far the best to work with. When we decided to leave our existing chat vendor, we vetted many competitors prior to choosing Qualified as our vendor of choice. The team that demo'd our org took the time to make it personal and unique to us, not some standard slide deck they run through. Our choice was pretty easy in the end to select Qualified. We worked Joe to help get it set up and working with our CSM Katie has been a tremendous experience. The team here raves about working with her and the level of detail she provides has been exceptional. Very pleased with the decision to work with Qualified!
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there has been anything specific that is dislikable. Obviously, any time you change from one vendor to another, there is a significant amount of time and effort involved by many people in the org. However, this has been a good experience and well worth the time we've spent on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a good experience for our customers and visitors has been one of the top priorities in mind. We're not looking to just create bot after bot, but rather connect quicker with our customers and prospects, so we can engaged in real conversations.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily get more leads for Business Development. plugs into Salesforce which has lots of great info. monitoring the customer's screen is an amazing feature. know what they are typing before they submit to get the response ready in timely fashion. helps break into parts of the business wouldn't normally be connected to as quickly. the notifications are good too, seeing the screen pop emerge and hearing the sound to let me know there is a site visitor. the competitive aspect of it is fun, each user racing to get each conversation. the founder came from salesforce so I can see the company growing in a positive direction within the Salesforce ecosystem and integration community
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike about qualified.com. works great. wish we could print PDF of the conversation after it happened rather than take screenshots. wish there were a mobile app to use on iPhone/Android/apple Watch. if there were a way to distribute the visitors more fairly besides first one to click would be an improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
capturing leads, knowing who is looking at my company's products. cold calling takes so much time and most calls go to voicemail. we pay money for lists upon lists of people. we made thousands of calls and set up a few meetings. with qualified, we spent a few weeks and set more meetings than making calls. with qualified, reps can address their customers accurately with the best information: retrieve a relevant article for example. Has helped with our salesforce alliances.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Perfect for Salesforce. Really good to help reps learn about their customers and the company's products, as well as simply getting more customers easily. Easy to learn, easy to use. Cutting edge company that will give cutting edge results. Highly recommended! Awesome platform to boost business and make more relevant connections.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to connect with a customer in real time while they are actively researching is a gap that has been tough to fill. I love being able to connect with them to understand their interests while they are viewing my company's solutions instead of reaching out to them a day or weeks later. It gives them the opportunity to remember what they were looking at of ours as opposed to doing research on 5 different companies selling the same thing and then not remembering which solution was what.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to encounter an area that I disliked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of not knowing exactly what caught your prospect's eye is no more. You're able to see what they look at for longer times as well as how they ended up on your website. Being able to see what they were looking at made it easier to use as talking points as opposed to asking Open Ended Questions hoping that they tell you what they are looking in to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Cold Calling seems outdated when using Qualified. I would recommend using this platform as it maximizes investment into lead generation and also provides a Human type of support to the customer base.

What do you like best about the product?
Support Team is one of the BEST, responds immediately and resolves issues quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
none, so far everything has been working out great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reaching out to customers who visit our site instead of waiting for them to contact us. With real live time chat with prospecting customers, we see a major increase in sales. Having someone to answer questions immediately is a big plus .

What do you like best about the product?
User experience and Salesforce integrations set this conversational marketing platform apart from the competitors. In addition to this, the customer success team streamlined the user adoption among our reps and keeps generating new ideas and improvements for our chatbots. The product is improving and evolving really fast, with new product releases every few months. It really changed our online approach with potential customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular, the product is awesome and cover all our needs! At the beginning we run into some country related issues when synchronizing the leads with Salesforce, but the customer success and technical team addressed and resolved them really fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We would like to reach and support our potential customers that visit our website in real time and improve our conversion rate. We started to use Qualified 7 months ago and since then our inside sales team increased the amount of leads and conversion rate by double digits!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ask for a demo, the sales team is really available and ready to understand your needs. It really helped us to understand how the product works.

Excellent Support and Onboarding

What do you like best about the product?
Support and onboarding is out of this world. Katie is our Customer Success Rep that is helping us as we get started. She is very patient and takes the time to understand our goals and specific use cases so that she can make recommendations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far - We are migrating off of Drift. So far, support is like day and night.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a chat bot that gave different experiences to our website traffic. We needed something that fit into our ABM approach. Qualified allows us to give users in certain territories or sizes, a specific "experience". This will help us in giving white glove treatment to users that are likely to be the best fit for our product.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If support and onboarding is important, I would recommend Qualified. It also natively integrates with Marketo and Salesforce, so routing should be more accurate than other solutions.
