Amazing Team & Product
What do you like best about the product?
The account management is second to none, with nothing being too much to ask. The product itself is straightforward yet innovative at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I can really say i dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are getting quicker speed to sales, ensuring fewer leads go unanswered and our precious customers can get direct contact with their account manager(s).

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has been an excellent addition to our marketing/sales toolkit. It's given our team the ability to connect with website visitors in real-time, personalize their browsing experience as well as get some insight into what visitors are looking for to make our experience even better. And to top it off our customer experience from the beginning has been phenomenal. Our CSM, Anna, has gone above and beyond to make sure our team has the training they need, created resources to help them succeed, and has been such a big help when it comes to all of the back-end logistics.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike about Qualified. Learning some of the back-end setup can be a little complicated, however, it's nothing too complex. Having a great CSM that will walk you through the process helps to navigate some of the issues you may face and walk through any challenges you may face.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to get in front of visitors and answer any questions they may have right then and there. We are also able to guide visitors to resources they may need to submit support tickets or get answers to frequently asked questions more quickly. All in all, it's creating a better customer success journey for our website by offering more support where our visitors are at.
Great tool for Engagement Specialists!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use - wow, is it easy to use! Qualified also track the outreachs and success which makes reports much easier! Qualifying out leads that are only window shopping. Pouncing on-site visitors who have actual questions and you can see their engagement level. Tracking hours spent and seeing when there is the most engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
My lack of knowledge towards the platform and now finding the features that make my life easier! Once you get to using the platform daily to connect with leads is the little things now that increase efficiency that I am finding out.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently working with our Rep. Looking to integrate better third-party programs, Zoominfo, Salesforce, Outreach.
Benefits are engaging with leads quicker. Qualifying out tire kickers and low-value leads - this in turn allows more time for when actual real leads are coming through.
It has also helped with job applicants who are looking for job info, point them in the right direction.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do your research and ask questions! The Qualified team is great for answers, but ask to see the sites they have implemented and start a conversation with their reps. They are using the program daily and will have user stories.
See if having additional third-party integrations will help uncover more information about your potential lead. Talk to your Salesforce Rep too!

Fantastic product, great support
What do you like best about the product?
The customer success team has been amazing at helping us get the most out of the tool. We're only scratching the surface of what's possible with Qualified, and thanks to the support we now have a clear roadmap to make the most of the software. Jennifer and Katie have been a huge help for the whole team.
Integrations with all the other software we use are great. Creates leads in SF automatically and uses our pre-established routing rules for connecting leads to reps.
Ability to customize the chat bot, add videos, photos, GIFS, emojis, and more.

The reporting can be tough to navigate and filter data in a way that makes it easy to understand, but they have been adding features to help improve that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Giving leads an easy, low-pressure way of talking to one of our reps. It's great for starting conversations in a more natural, fun way.
It helps our brand stand out with more fun and personalized experiences for existing customers and new leads.

Make a clear roadmap of the different features and experiences you want to try. Don't try to launch everything all at once. Pick the most important pages on your website to focus on and expand from there.
Dive into the Qualified University and see the examples and case studies they have. You'll get a ton of inspiration and maybe even find some functionality and integrations that you didn't even know existed.

An Solid Chat App with a Phenomenal Onboarding Process
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Qualified for about a month, and the onboarding experience has been exceptional. Rachel and Hung have been very hands-on with the setup process, creating customized experiences and helping us through the various platform integrations. When I had an issue with pushing data from Qualified to Hubspot, Rachel, our CSM, quickly researched numerous resources to help, even if they had nothing to do with the Qualified platform. Overall, an excellent experience from beginning to end.
What do you dislike about the product?
Based on the structure of our team, some of the required features aren't ideal. You can book meetings with prospects through the automated bot, but the routing and scheduling of those meetings after business hours can be a challenge to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has become our early warning for high-profile leads coming to our website. Based on the various filters and criteria on the back end, we now have a team of people alerting our AEs the second an import lead visits the site and engages with us. Also, the messages' customizability (and the ability to add GIFs) has helped convert many leads already.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an intuitive tool that is easy to set up and evolve to suit our needs. It is helping us increase speed to lead, and the sales team loves it! The analytics in-app have provided deep visibiilty into key metrics. Also, the Qualified team is exceptional and always eager to help. They seem ready and willing to receive feedback and take action on that feedback to enhance their platform.

I have not identified something I dislike about using Qualified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working to reduce the amount of time it takes for a visitor to connect with a salesperson after showing interest on our website. Because of this incredible tool, we are cutting out days, if not weeks, from our sales cycle!

If you're not currently utilizing a chatbot tool, this could be the right tool for you!
Qualified is a MUST HAVE!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is an excellent way for us to engage with prospects who don't want to submit form information or have a quick question, and it allows us to build rapport! Anna, our CSM, has gone above and beyond to make sure we're properly integrated and that the team is up and running successfully!

Getting some of the rules set up isn't as intuitive as I would like.

We're getting quick engagement with people who might not pursue our solutions or seek out help otherwise!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I absolutely recommend qualified, especially if online engagement is suffering. It's easy to set up, understand, is easily integrated, and shows results quickly.
Of all the chat bots, Qualified is king!
What do you like best about the product?
It has incredible reporting insights and gives you an unmatched ability to see who is on the website in real-time and where they're coming from across the globe. It makes the user experience incredible for our agents. I also like that this chat bot can be customized to fit our business needs. For example, we wanted a chat bot that would help generate leads and a bot that our reps could use. Qualified met that because we are able to plug in Salesforce, Marketo, Clearbit, DemandBase, and other tools into Qualified so we can pull data from all those sources to provide as much information as we can to our reps.
I also like the ease of use for setting up different "experiences" based on what parts of the website a visitor is on. We were using Live Agent before this and that was something we couldn't do or if we could, it would require code to do so.
I'm also impressed with being able to create your own page layouts for the agents. So you can pull fields from the different tools you've integrated with into Qualified and create a custom page layout. So when we have a visitor come to our site and interact with the Qualified chat bot, we get data that we have on that visitor not just from Salesforce but from other tools we have as well. f

I wish it could integrate with Microsoft Dynamics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've solved chatbot reporting problems with Qualified. With other chatbots we've used in the past, we had trouble seeing what leads/contacts/opportunites were attributed to chats. Qualified has solved that for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Take advantage of using their professional services team. We wanted a successful launch of this chat bot for our site and also for the agents using it. The Qualified professional services team is incredibly technical and knowledgeable on their tool and other tools that integrate with it.

I love the support we receive from the team at Qualified, they are always open to our suggestions for improvements, and our CSM is always willing to jump on a call to help us with questions and set-up if needed.

I know they are working on how to better utilize the analytics and I think that will greatly improve the tool and help us to make data-driven decision as we use it on our site.

We are able to push our customers to more self-service when it comes to support by directing them to the proper resources rather than them calling right away. We are also able to weed out leads that might not make sense for our products.
Qualified delivers actionable sales and marketing data.
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified allows us to identify accounts thar are currently in active buying cycles based on their website visits and activity. The ability to identify who is on our site without the need of a form fill makes marketing's job easier and while providing strong prospecting for Sales. We then use this data to fuel our intent marketing lists and ABM funnel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am excited to see what their new reporting and dashboard layout will look like! We have a great customer success manager that helps build out our ideas and provides our feedback to his team for improving our experience, which is excellent!

Qualified helps us identify traffic to our site that is not converting off a form fill. The chat functionality allows Sales to engage with the prospects (both identified and visitors) which also provides an opportunity for us to connect with someone without needing to place a form in front of them.
Additionally, the reporting views for the reps help them to prospect and 'cold call' into accounts that are identified through the 6sense plugin. Because we can call out when someone is engaging with pages that show true buying signals, Sales is able to further sequence their prospecting to hit the accounts with the highest valued activity first.
From a marketing side, having the ability for someone to reach out to us without using a form is a great alternative. We use unique flows on specific pages to help someone progress down our funnel at their own pace. We can also take the accounts and target them through our ad and email campaigns based on the strong connectivity of qualified to Salesforce.
