Qualified is a game changer!!!
What do you like best about the product?
Seeing live, warm traffic coming into the business has enhanced our sales cycle massively. The website is a key part of any business, so it is always good to see who visits - but it has been amazing to be able to speak to the visitors directly and find out their needs right away. It makes the sales process a lot smoother and enjoyable for the customer also!
What do you dislike about the product?
None - It is amazing.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Growing our customer base. We would always look to bring more customers on but having warm customers come to us has been a massive benefit.

Go for it - Once you do, you won't look back. The service, support, functionality, and overall design of the solution is amazing.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has helped us to align marketing and sales, accelerate pipeline, and drive our qualified leads right to sales in real-time. We love how the integration with Salesforce works and are super happy with all of the other available integrations. Our Account Managers Katie O and Jen S have been amazing to work with and have set us up for long-term success!!
The new analytics features have been fantastic - we love seeing our real time data on sessions, conversations and meetings booked.

What do you dislike about the product?
It was a new tool and concept for us, but our Account Managers ensured we were set up for success early on! They have been awesome at answering any questions we have, troubleshooting and guiding on best practices. Qualified.com University has also been a great resource!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has allowed us to drive our qualified leads right to sales in real-time. We are getting great insights and have been able to bring our sales and marketing teams closer together. The platform is intuitive for users and the Qualified team has been absolutely amazing to work with. We have been able to accelerate our pipeline and bring our sales and marketing teams closer together.

Amazing Product and Amazing Support Team! They have been great to work with and have answered any question we have had along the way. They are super hands on and are constantly offering recommendations on how to make our experiences better as new features are released. Would highly recommend this product and team!
Accelerate Pipeline, Align Sales & Marketing, Be Your Company's Hero!
What do you like best about the product?
Everything. Marketing and Sales have always needed alignment and this platform does that naturally. Marketers have always looked for ways to accelerate pipeline and drive qualified leads to sales in real-time and this platform does that. Integrate with your tech stack and report across systems? This platform does that. Just having one chat experience on your website will increase your MQLs guaranteed. Get your whole Sales & Marketing team behind it and the sky is the limit. For us, it paid for itself within 30 days and continues to drive revenue. They constantly are updating and improving based on direct customer feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a learning curve to conversational marketing but Qualified.com University lays out everything you need to know right on the website. Nothing behind forms or for clients only; they lay it all out there. AND you can an awesome account manager like Jen S or Katie O who will stand with you every step of the way to ensure that you see early and long-term success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are having conversations with Qualified buyers on our site without using forms, nurture programs, and phone calls. We get critical user data for our website (unintended benefit), incredible sales and marketing intelligence. It naturally brought our BDR, marketing, and sales teams closer together to drive more revenue for the organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Patrons using qualified seem happier and are more likely to treat me like a real human being! Qualified pulls a ton of great information about clients using our chat feature. It also allows you to help guide customers through their website visits and reference information on their visiting pages. The geographical features are an excellent touch and a neat and cool additional item to check out.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's been an overall improvement over Drift, not much to dislike. Thoroughly, happy with the system. The one complaint I would make is the ability to stop accepting new conversations when you're trying to finish up a conversation in anticipation of attending a meeting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are containing and handling our chat leads in one place. Also, Qualified mines a treasure trove of information on the users coming into our website and chat function. Data on your client's location, fuller picture of what our clients and guests are experiencing. It helps drive conversions and allows for a simple, interactive way to book demos, calls, and meetings. With other chatbots, clients would sometimes arrive in an aggravated demeanor because of the rigorous questions or information required to begin the chat with a representative. With Qualified, it automatically pulls a lot of information, so the experience is smoother for both the client and the company user. It's been a significant improvement over our previous software.

The platform is intuitive to use and the Qualified team has been incredibly helpful every step of the way.

There have been a couple of features that we requested that are not available, but nothing that was a deal-breaker for us, and the Qualified team would always provide suggestions of how we can get around the feature that wasn't available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous chat solution was antiquated, so the most important was to modernize our chat interface and customer experience. Our Sales Development Dept. is also very small, so another significant goal was to have the chatbot help minimize some of the unnecessary chats that were coming into the department and make our SDRs more efficient.
Powerful Marketing and Sales Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The option to see in real-time what page on your website visitors are crawling on is super helpful. This helps sort out who might be a potential client and tailor a conversation specifically for their industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have no complaints about Qualifed so far.

We are making sure that the visitors on our website get the maximum experience on our pages by live chatting with them and answering all their questions.
Amazing platform, helped increase our Sales pipeline!
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Qualified for a couple of months. With the help of this tool, I have been able to exceed quota every month . Qualified allows you to see who is on the website if it's a known Salesforce lead, current customer, Closed/lost Opportunity, Open opportunities, internal employees, making it easier to personalize the experience.
It is easy to use, and the integration with Salesforce is excellent.
I also love that the customer success team is always there with advice on what's possible and are attentive to our needs to improve our experience.

We have reduced the amount of time it takes to set a visitor up with an Account Executive and increased the number of demos booked.

What do you like best about the product?
The end-to-end customer journey for us has been pretty close to perfect. From the first call with our sales contact to the end of onboarding, every team member at Qualified has exceeded our expectations every single time.
I'm always skeptical when a company says they will "hold your hand" through the entire process, but the team at Qualified did all the heavy lifting for us and got us up and running in literally a couple of weeks.
This level of support is the biggest differentiator. We tried a few other popular chatbots in the past, but after the first couple of weeks, we were always left on our own to figure it out. We had the complete opposite experience with Qualified, and you can tell they want every customer to be successful.

What do you like best about the product?
The Qualified platform helps drive revenue and generate leads that integrate with Salesforce seamlessly. The onboarding process has been the best I've experienced from a new vendor and the consistent support and dedicated team have made the process smooth. The Qualified team goes the extra mile to train our salespeople on the tool and promptly answer any questions our team has. Every e-commerce company that uses Salesforce should be also using Qualified.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up new chat experiences and routing can be a learning curve, the team does help support this but that would be my only "dislike" about the platform.

We're able to help users answer questions in real-time and increase conversions, it's helping to build our lead funnel, and better-utilizing marketing resources.
