What do you like best about the product?
The application is easy to use yet highly configurable to support complex business rules. The user experience - on both sides - has been very positive. What has impressed me the most - and has been the biggest difference maker - is our CSM Jen Schneider. She has gone above and beyond throughout our launch and utilization. Qualified claimed their client success management was a difference-maker. This ultimately swayed our decision for Qualified vs. others. They were spot on the money. Best support I have ever had with a vendor. Qualified has more than earned their right to call themselves a true partner to help clients be successful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wanted an ability to have SDRs only see their regions/territories VS. all webchat traffic. This functionality will soon be released so our most pressing need is getting addressed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to engage with interested, prospective customers, in addition to current customers, has increased our speed-to-lead and engagement capabilities. Helping web visitors get the information when and how they prefer it is incredibly valuable.

We have never executed so quickly and targetted specific accounts and prospects directly from a platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoy the new insights we are able to gather from each individual experience from the analytics. Qualified has been a great platform to use over the past few years. We got it a few years ago and I have seen vast improvements. The product team is very attentive to our needs and as an analytics person, the data coming out of Qualified has really allowed us to improve lead generation and Sales team processes. Not to mention Jennifer is a fantastic CSM who always seems to have the answers no matter the crazy questions we ask. She even helped us roll out Piper (AI) which has made our lives easier and the reporting has been a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much i dislike but if I had to nitpick it would be that sometimes the experience builder is a pain to work and definitions of what all the data means isn't always clear. I also would love if there wa s aclear cut way to define AI ROI but that may be on our team :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified is helping us generate more leads and at a faster and more efficient pace. It is giving Vertex a way to interact with potential clients right there and then and even serve them content on the spot. Chatbots are a MASSIVE pipeline driver for Marketing as they influence a ton of opportunities for us because of the ease of use for both our sales team and end users. Not only that but we have seen them going through the sales cycle a lot faster.

Amazing support and intuitive user interface!

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is extremely intuitive and easy to use. The integrations are also a huge plus for us as it helps to enrich our data and conversations, not to mention the set up was quicky and easy. What stands out the most to me though is their CSM and level of support. Our CSM is always there when we need her and willing to jump right in or go the extra mile to make sure we are achieving our goals and beyond. She is also always thinking about how we can better use the system to support our organizational goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only one person can be in the system as an admin and make edits. We are able to coordinate internally but can get a bit annoying at times. Another down side is not being able to have two tabs open at the same time. This would help make things a bit more easier for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us put leads in touch with the sales team much faster. We are seeing more meetings being booked with Sales with Qualified. We also recently introduced Pouncing to the sales team which is going to help them with their outbound efforts.

Another huge benefit we have found with Qualified is their integration with 6Sense and being able to enrich net-new visitors that are coming to our website. With the additional information, we can create segments and personalized experiences for those visitors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your company uses Salesforce, I highly recommend going with Qualified.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified has allowed us to create real-time and engaging conversations with potential customers.

Their customer success manager is the best in the business. Having weekly 1:1 with our CSM, Sterling, has been crucial to our success. Our CSM was very hands-on with the implementation and transition from Drift to Qualified and has helped us weekly ever since. I don't think I've had a better CSM before!

Qualified has helped build new features that we were missing, and they are constantly innovating.

It has allowed us to gain better alignment between marketing and sales and grow the number of conversations.

The interface is extremely user-friendly, both for admin and sales reps.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Small enhancements of the reporting when looking at the list/map view.
- Small enhancements of the history of interactions: seeing everyone we have engaged with
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Our ability to build pipeline
- Better website experience for users
- Keep the lead flow strong and easily schedule meetings between reps and visitors

If you are looking for a powerful, easy-to-use tool and excellent customer support (_dedicated_ support, not just a support email), then Qualified is your best option.

Amazing onboarding and support from the most organized and friendly team

What do you like best about the product?
So far we have only implemented the tool, but that experience alone deserves praise. We evaluated several tools, but Qualified stood out from their competitors. The demo process was quick and personalized to our use case. When a potential challenge was brought up, the team quickly brought in other team members and worked to find a solution to confirm our systems would align. After hearing several referrals praising Qualified's "white glove" onboarding experience, it was the final affirmation that this was the tool we needed.

I can't say enough good things about the customer success team; they are organized, responsive and enjoyable to work with (shout out to Hung & Camille, they have been an absolute pleasure to work with). For teams managing an ever-growing tech stack, the extra help from a knowledgable team that keeps the momentum going was well worth it. Now we look forward to seeing the results!
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point we haven't had any issues with the tool. We had to set up selective sync from Salesforce to Hubspot to ensure records would be created in our Marketing platform but that was easy enough to configure. I understand they are working on their integration with Hubspot.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified will help us grow our database and increase conversions on our website. We are looking forward to having a more proactive outreach chat tool with the "pouncing" feature.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is easy to use and was built on the Salesforce platform, making it a clear winner for us from a technology perspective. But what continues to impress me is the quality of their CSMs and the level of support they provide compared to other martech vendors. Meeting every other week with my CSM allows me to continue to optimize how we are using it, making it better for both the website visitor and the sales user. The product team is constantly making updates based on what their customers want. from an admin perspective and with how the reps are using it
What do you dislike about the product?
The organization system with Qualified could be better, maybe with folders, but considering they are still growing, I know that updates are constantly made, so it is really not that big of a deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Site navigation and speed to lead for our inside sales team. Qualifed helps our team speed up their outreach to prospective customers, which is vital for our business, especially for those that need staff within a few days.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have a tech stack that is Salesforce-based, you need to consider Qualified over the other vendors. When we evaluated chat vendors, we realized that chat systems were all similar, but Qualified stood out against the rest because their talent was top notch and their ability to be more agile in the development of their product to give customers what they want separates them from the other vendors on the market.

What do you like best about the product?
The support team at Qualified is great! I also love being able to see who is checking our website and when!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there isn't that much information available for some of our web visitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're helping current customers with issues and also booking meetings with potential clients. A benefit I wasn't expecting is, Qualified has been very helpful with prospecting because we can see what companies are visiting our website, then call on them.

What do you like best about the product?
The reports feature is extremely helpful for all parts of sales. We are provided with an abundance of information that can prepare us for our next prospect call.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I can think of is some times the company name is off when a person is browsing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to have conversations with potential customers while they are browsing on our website and if we miss them we can find out through reports what companies are looking at what pages on our sites.
