Well worth the investment so far

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using Qualified with Salesforce for a few weeks. The onboarding was very thorough and customized to our needs (Thanks Camille!). We've already had 5 meetings booked with us that likely wouldn't have booked with us otherwise.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much to dislike at this point. I wish it could work on custom objects with Salesforce, but I understand that's coming soon. We need to learn how to report better, and perhaps some best practices on when/how to pounce. But Camille has offered monthly meetings to check-in, so I'm sure we'll get those things taken care of quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have so much traffic going to our AppExchange page but before Qualified, we knew very little about each visitor and had no real way to engage them when they're actively searching for a solution like ours. Now we do. We can see information on who the person is, where they came from, what actions they're taking, and engage with them via chatbot or personally. With 5 meetings booked already in 2 weeks, I feel very confident that we'll have a very quick ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
The Qualified team was super supportive and eager to help us implement the tool in the most efficient manner. The product is relatively user-friendly and is very flexible to achieve almost any business use case.
There ability to enrich the data and create smart routing and qualification rules with integration to our existing systems is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Dashboard capabilities are still very limited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increase in website conversion rates
Improve enrichment of anonymized users
Better understanding the pages that our valuable prospects are visiting

What do you like best about the product?
Ease-of-use, seamless integration with SFDC and Pardot, great out-of-the-box analytics and awesome onboarding/implementation experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently missing mobile app but it is coming out later this year (2021)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve conversion rate of site visitors to MQLs. There is high engagement with the qualified chatbot and we had several meetings booked the first week after go-live.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's the best conversational marketing tool if you are a user of SFDC CRM.

Best Conversational App out there!

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is hands down the best solution for Conversational Marketing. Not to mention the slick integration with both Salesforce and Pardot, it was a breeze to hook up, and any questions I did have, Qualified has the best customer support around!
What do you dislike about the product?
If you start building out huge experiences that have over 10+ branches it can slow down a tad. But that is with any automation system. They are constantly making improvements to the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use the platform in two ways. One is to serve up relevant content to our website visitors based on data enrichment services that tie into our Qualified platform. Secondly, we route our hot ABM accounts who may be on our website, landing pages, or even on the Salesforce App Exchange to their account team. So they get the level of white-glove experience both offline and now online!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you have Salesforce or Pardot this app is a no-brainer. There is no other Conversational Tool out there that matches Qualified.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the many ways that we're able to segment prospects and customers. We're able to provide different experiences as well as segment visitors to specific buckets that route to different teams, based on where they're at within the sales funnel. Also, the customer support is beyond a "10" rating.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only have positive feedback to share about this must-have tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Proper segmentation to the appropriate user, to streamline prospect and customer interaction.

A very robust, feature-rich chat application for both small and large businesses

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support team has been fantastic in getting the application integrated into our site and training our team of chat specialists on how the platform works. We hit the groung running on the first day.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, we have no issues to report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the ability to address issues, questions or instantly tackle problems as they arise for our customers gives them an infinitely better experience. We were struggling to get our customers to adopt our ecommerce site due to search issues and other nagging problems, but having a chat team be able to solve those instantly will keep our customers coming back. It's a huge win for us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
More integration with Google products (Google Meets, Google Calendar)

They Make Onboarding and Integration Easy!

What do you like best about the product?
The qualified team has the best on boarding process of any third party out there. They do so much of the work and are so very helpful. We have been so impressed with their platform and options.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. We've had chats with customers that have come to our site, and our team loves the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of our customers are having issues finding certain products on our site or just need help with the order process. The Qualified chat module makes it easy for them to ask questions and it gets routed to the crack member of our team. Another benefit is it helps convert leads and prospects into customers.

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding and initial training of the platform was a great experience. Our CS person was very helpful and patient with our questions. She made sure to understand our work flow to customize the platform to be beneficial and fruitful. Whenever there was an issue or concern, she was able to tend to it and provided multiple solutions based on her experience with other clients and of course to fit what we were looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although there are multiple ways to use the tool, we still had to figure out what worked better for our team. As BDRs we also work with our AEs to book meetings so it's not as simple for us to straight book a meeting on the platform. We found a work around that works for our process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We realized that the better our data going into Salesforce, the better output we would get from routed visitors. It's definitely a great source for multiple streams of setting meetings.

Top Notch Chat Functionality with White Glove Service

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified checks every box for a chat tool, offers seamless and valuable integrations with Salesforce and Marketo, and actionable, easy to surface reporting. But what we love most of all is the white glove attention from our CSM. Rachel, our CSM, feels like an extension of our team, working hard to understand our business priorities and sales structure to help us build the best experiences for our prospects and customers. She proactively surfaces new opportunities to add and improve our strategy each week and has saved us hours and hours of bandwidth utilization by building, improving, and maintaining our experiences for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. Some may experience sticker shock but don't overlook the value to your business of having a dedicated CSM and hands-on support. We switched from Drift which had been requiring an enormous amount of bandwidth from our team to build and maintain.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified allows us to provide tailored proactive and reactive chat experiences to our customers and prospects through the site in ways that align with our business priorities and sales structure. Qualified allows us to leverage a wealth of data to serve the right experience(s) and connect visitors with the best bot or team member. Most of all, it has helped us better analyze and understand the impact of chat on our business and reduce the time spent managing our chat tool significantly.
