Qualified Chat Review - Updated with AI SDR
What do you like best about the product?
Implementation was so easy, and the integration with all the other platforms we use makes it really easy to see who we're talking to and if we've been in communication with them before.
We recently implemented the AI SDR and it has been a very effective tool. It has saved a significant amount of time on the part of my live chat staff, while increasing the number of meetings, leads, and opportunities from Qualified.
Everyone I've worked with at Qualified has been great - they respond quickly, are helpful, and a lot of the things I've wanted to see added on have been. My Qualified Success Architect always has or gets the answer to my questions quickly and is a fantastic resource.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, everything is working as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us qualify leads more quickly.
The AI SDR has improved responsiveness (no longer limited to business hours), plus it can engage visitors my live chat support team wouldn't usually attempt to engage. We've seen a significant decrease in the time my live team spends on chat, while also seeing an increase in meetings, leads, and opportunities.

Pounce on your top prospects when you know they are active!
What do you like best about the product?
My favorite feature is getting notified when prospects who clicked on a link that I shared end up on the website. This gives me the ability to send them a note when I know they are active.
What do you dislike about the product?
Notifications from accounts that are routed to me in our CRM but I have no interest in following up with
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified solves the problem of not knowing when our prospects are visiting the website. One huge benefit is when prospects book meetings with us right through qualified. This eliminates the cold call process and hands us a qualification call delivered to the calendar.
Great experience and very easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
An excellent tool as well as a great support person/team. I would highly recommend the app for those looking to get a jump on potential business.

There isn't anything to dislike, but what would be nice is a mobile app for Qualified.

We are trying to acquire new business quickly, and route leads to appropriate channels. One of the significant benefits has been speed to lead.

The ability to engage with those customers who may not take the time to fill out a form or otherwise call for information.
The App exceeded expectations, but let's talk about the team!
What do you like best about the product?
We rolled out chat for our AppExchange listing and it does that very well. The reveal technology allows us to provide a world-class customer (and partner) experience by tweaking the message to each persona and where they are at in their journey. A current opty should be treated differently than a closed lost than a current customer than a Salesforce AE....and Qualified handles this really elegantly. In the first full month, over 10% of our SQLs had initial meetings set through Qualified.
All that said, what really impressed me was their onboarding and support. They orchestrated our team really well and Katie, who was our main point of contact, took the reins to shepherd us to make the right decisions throughout the rapid implementation. If you're an ISV app on the the AppExchange, you'd be foolish not to find funding for this.

What do you dislike about the product?
We are evaluating replacement on our website for an additional cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Increasing MQLs and increasing velocity to SQL/SQO.
Qualified is easy to use and comes with a great support team!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified integrates very well with our CRM. It is awesome to see how customizable the tool is and it really allows our sales team to connect with leads in a way that works for them. The support that we have received from Qualified has been outstanding. They are always subject matter experts and come prepared with best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any strong dislikes. We had some hiccups with lead routing at the beginning but that has been fixed!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are connecting sales with leads almost immediately. In the past we had an incredibly long sales cycle, and I believe that Qualified has shorted that for us since we can connect with leads while Itential is still fresh in their brains.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a great tool! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a chatbot or conversational marketing tool.
Customer Service is Top Notch
What do you like best about the product?
First of all, there's no question that Qualified is the best solution for conversational marketing, with its Salesforce integration and intuitive interface, it was a breeze to set up and makes adoption and reporting easy. However, the highlight of my onboarding experience was without a doubt their customer service. Camille is amazing, not only in helping us stand up Qualified, but in ensuring that she did everything possible to enable our BDR team to get the most out of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting within Qualified is great, but there is a lack of ability to export that data and use it externally. However, I know that this is on the roadmap to be available very soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Their customers service has ensured adoption within the BDR team and company, giving us visibility into our target accounts visiting the site, what content they're interested in, and the ability to engage and easily book a demo or meeting right from the bot.
Stress-Free and Well-Defined Implementation
What do you like best about the product?
Hands-down our CSM made this implementation in ~ 1 month successful, stress-free, and one of the easiest implementations I've been a part of. We are 2 months in and still refining but overall the Qualified Experience has exceeded my expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Qualified is still building up some of their reporting, integration, and other capabilities. But, seeing their upcoming products planned for release - I am happy with where their product map is going.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are taking website chat functionality from 'just having a chat bot on our site' to 'using website chat as a part of our targeting strategy.'
Amazing Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
Throughout our journey with Qualified, we have constantly adjusted our routing rules and experiences to find the perfect fit for our team and customers, and Anna has been an amazing resource every step of the way. The user training that Qualified provides is top-notch, and I am constantly impressed with the quick response times from Anna and the Qualified team. I definitely feel like Qualified wants my organization to succeed and am thankful to have the support of the Qualified team as we navigate this new marketing platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have struggled to adjust to the notification system to find the sweet spot between too many and too few alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to communicate directly with new leads through the AppExchange to answer their questions and build relationships.
Incredible support, great features
What do you like best about the product?
Our Customer Success Manager Andrew has gone above and beyond to make implementation and enablement completely painless. We were able to get Qualified live on our site in record time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've only been live for a few weeks but so far no complaints!

The ability to engage our target accounts as soon as they hit our website is a game changer.
