Awesome onboarding!!!
What do you like best about the product?
We have just started our implementation of qualified to replace our previous website chatbot with hubspot. After months of attempting to get a salesforce Einstein bot set up, qualified, and our account reps, have been a huge breath of fresh air. We were able to quickly get an MVP bot up and running in less than 2 weeks and leads are flowing into salesforce seemlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. All seems to be going well, and looking forward to expanding our usage beyond MCP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalized conversational chatbot for our lead gen corporate site. Replacement of another bot, and alternative to salesforce's Einstein bot.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Awesome onboarding and sales process. Simple integration with salesforce and Pardot.
Qualified increases lead engagement customer support and conversion
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified allows us to engage with prospects and customers while they are on our website, allowing us to capture interest and carry them through the buyer journey seamlessly. The integration with SFDC is also a substantial benefit.
What do you dislike about the product?
No significant downsides; the software does what it promises and supports/enhances our bottom line.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is capturing customer interest immediately and generating meaningful conversations with sales/technical specialists. This has resulted in faster meetings booked and shortened the initial lead qualification stages.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Qualified demonstrates minimum investment for high returns. The ability to interact with prospects that are interested in your solutions in real-time and control the conversation is a huge benefit. It felt like a light switch had illumined visitors to our website, and felt as though we had the power to engage, support, and carry them through the buyer journey.
Super easy to learn and use!! 100% recommend!
What do you like best about the product?
Love being able to see who is browsing our website and what pages they are on. Also do not know what I would do without the integration Qualified has with Salesforce, so easy to just click into that contact or lead's Salesforce account. And of course the Playback link!!! That comes in super handy! No more having to take screenshots of the chat!!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many downsides to Qualified that I have seen so far. Maybe the only thing would be if the robot asked a few more questions before they get pushed to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy for people on our website to quickly get a hold of a real-life person and we are able to answer their questions/help them right away. Also great that we are able to see who is checking out our website, helps with the warm leads, and reaching out to them.
Qualified is a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified allows you direct access to potential prospects while your service is already top of mind.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a little tricky to navigate (though being very simplistic) but once you get the hang of it, the possibilities really open up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified essentially offers you a hot call list along with the opportunity to speak directly to a potential prospect.
Great UI and Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
There are many chatbots out there, but Qualified is extremely easy to use, and we love our customer success manager, who not only gives us suggestions on what tests/messages to run but goes one step further and implements them for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still too early on in our time with Qualified to have anything to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified helps us easily field and route messages to the proper location. In addition, Qualified has helped shorten the time to book for a prospect wishing to have a demo/trial.

Too many to list. But here are some of the main ones
- Connects to Salesforce data, I know when a customer is on the site, I know when a competitor is on the site, I know when an opportunity is on the site
- Watching visitors, see a visitor browse the site in real-time, I know what to say and when
- The Bots, easy and fast to build
- Identification, knowing who is on the site with 6Sense and Clearbit data
- Notifications, letting me know when to take action, ie a large deal is back on the site
- Phone call, yes! I can call the visitor on the site
- Outreach.io integration, knowing what emails are working
- Booking meetings, I can route with complex salesforce rules and have lots of control from skill to region

Small things, that I hope will be there very soon
- no internal chat for coaching
- no link to Zendesk for support tickets (hope the focus is not 100% salesforce)
- no ability to push or add a prospect to an Outreach.io sequence ie chat finished now nurture with email
- no way to restart a BOT, once someone has engaged ie restart

Buy it. If you use Salesforce and have a website, Qualified is a MUST have. Change the way you do business forever with the BEST chat on the planet.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how you can see what the prospect is typing before it's sent. This way I can better prepare for my answers. Also love the playback URL - makes it very easy to show colleagues conversations.

Sometimes when someone comes in I don't hear a ring - could be an issue on my own side though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love I'm notified when prospects that I have talked to before come back in. This way I'm able to jump right in and chat about whatever page they are currently viewing.

Great resource for finding prospects, keeping in touch with them, outbounding, etc. Love this tool.
FINALLY got chat for our SDR's and Qualified was worth the wait!
What do you like best about the product?
Anna Li is a rockstar CSM! She has patiently & gracefully worked with dozens of folks on our end to standup multiple experiences across different product lines and websites. Moving to Qualified was a massive improvement over what we were doing with Salesforce einstein chat. The tool is relatively easy to use and provides comprehensive and insightful reporting. The ability to see who is online and "pounce" to engage with active web visitors is unique and poses a ton of potential for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't run into any issues with the team or the product. It can be challenging to coordinate all of our resources internally to stand up new experiences on new properties then measure and iterate on them. Implementing chat well does take time and energy, but Anna and Qualified have been great partners to stick with us and ensure our success.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are reducing our initial response time to leads in order to increase the conversion rates to opportunities and closed won business. We are now generating over $1M a month in pipeline via our chat channels and look forward to continuing to see that grow and improve.

What do you like best about the product?
We started using Qualified about a year and a half ago and have had the best experience both with the product and the team! The experiences are highly customizable to build out and have been a great lead gen tool for us and allow us to capitalize on speed to lead. The Qualified team has also been fantastic to partner with, always highly responsive, bring new ideas to the table, and are willing to find creative solutions to fit our needs. YTD, we have seen a tremendous amount of pipeline influenced dolllars and Qualified sourced dollars and only expect this to continue.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently, can't say I have any dislikes!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to be able to make our chats more personalized to different audiences and be able to incorporate campaigns into them as well. Qualified makes it so easy to build out customized experiences for all of our audience segments, and we can sync everything over to salesforce or Marketo automatically. It has also turned our website into a powerful lead gen tool, and we have a huge number of meetings from our target accounts come through as well

Can't tell which of my coworkers are active or not unless I refresh. Thanks for updating this via the desktop version.

Could be very beneficial in getting a leg up on connecting with potential new clients.
