Qualified is brilliant!
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified makes my job easy. It is easy to learn how to use and the layout is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes have a lag in the system if someone comes to the website and wants to chat. It does not frequently happen though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Qualified daily and all day. It helps monitor our leads that are coming to our website.
Incredible support and continuing product advancements
What do you like best about the product?
All of the reps we have interacted with have been great, but our Customer Success Manager in particular has been AMAZING. Here knowledge, advice, and support has been top notch and has allowed us to truly leverage the software to its fullest potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product is very robust, however, there are small practical things missing that make some processes a bit inconvenient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified has helped us generate a significant amount of leads, customers, and revenue in the past few months. It makes it easy to target various categories or prospects with customized experiences in order to really make the most impact.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely invest in getting a designated rep to assist with implementation and continued Support.

What do you like best about the product?
(1) Solid Salesforce Integration [along with tying into Hubspot, DemandBase, 6Sense, Clearbit, Outreach, etc]

(3) A handholding experience with your CS where they build your chat experiences, set up lead routing, add users, everything!

What do you dislike about the product?
(1) Setting up lead routing on your own (especially without the CS' help) can be time consuming and a little daunting.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're trying to qualify our inbound and outbound leads better. The main driver to try out Qualified was our SDR team's hatred for Drift and the lack of accurate lead routing. They needed a way to better engage with prospects (known and unknown) coming to the website, especially those who come from their outreach messages or LinkedIn ads. Additionally, we needed a better tie into our Salesforce instance outside of a manual upload of a list. Thus far, the team seems much more eager to pounce on a visitor, now can see what their contact are caring about, and aren't funneled incorrect chats.
Happy with the App and the great support offered by their team.
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of installation and use. Phenomenal support for installation, set-up, training and continual product evolution into our Martech stack. They easily integrate with SFDC/Pardot and Clearbit. We mostly recently we implemented Qualified Signals, which is providing another layer of buyer intent data to our LDR team and marketing demand gen focus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is on our end as Qualified has so much to offer we cannot get it up and running as quickly as we would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed to move to a Chat platform that offered a better user experience for our team as well as a seamless SFDC/Pardot integration.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to get started. We took a very conservative approach and added experiences to just a few pages. We've had great success in less than 2 months. Also, the success manager support is AMAZING.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't currently have any dislikes. It's easy, flexible, and drives results.

Great Analytics, Flexible routing, User Friendly, Easy to Iterate, Lead Scoring, Awesome Support
What do you like best about the product?
I like quickly seeing where chat is most successful (meetings booked, MQLs created) and where exactly we need to iterate within the chat's flow. When creating a flow/experience we can be as granular as we want with our branching via filters from CRM fields, and can create as many matching criteria as we want to route chats. I like seeing what people are doing once they're on the website - we can watch a clip of their actions to see any hesitations or perceived confusion or immediate clicks, etc. If we ever have a question, support is right there. Our CSM has walked with us, and helped build out our initial flows, so no time was wasted in getting up and running. We had one or two product requests around seeing even more in analytics, and they were all ears and able to make updates. I also like that I can score the leads in our marketing automation platform when they come in, though Hubspot is not our CRM!
What do you dislike about the product?
At first, a competitor painted a picture that Qualified couldn't provide the same 3rd party data/insights as their competition, but we found that to be untrue in our demos with them and in using the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our BDRs have been able to book meetings that they otherwise would have never booked. We have a steady stream of MQLs coming in from Qualified.com leads engaging with chat. We can see when and where our customers are on the site > if they are in our docs, their CSM can reach out and offer support/ask if they need help before a possible churn.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
From multiple demos with other vendors, Qualified can get you up and running faster. Qualified has all the third-party data that the other top contender(s) have and are cheaper. I think the other contenders are more flashy in their marketing, making it feel like there's a reason for the doubled price. We have never had a chatbot before, so when we saw how easy it was to make changes and analyze the data, we were pleasantly surprised. I ask a ton of questions, and they are always happy to answer!

Issues around pouncing need to be improved. Bit clumsy today

Understand you sales lead work flow before getting started, it's super important to understand this as the qualified team are very good at process, which required us to iron out a few things before getting started.
Use standard Salesforce objects.

What do you like best about the product?
Qualified is extremely easy to use and works like a charm. In a time where prospects have become very good at avoiding sales reps Qualified makes it easy to find new pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only downside is it can become very addicting and sometimes the shortcuts are buggy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to engage with prospects that otherwise wouldn't have engage with us. The main benefit I've realized is 130% in quota attainment month over month since implementation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to increase your quota attainment I would strongly suggest getting Qualified.
Best Conversational Platform in the Market
What do you like best about the product?
We switched to Qualified from another major player in the market. So we had a good basis of comparison when we were evaluating Qualified. Qualified hands-down wins out in every category. From the product's perspective, I appreciate how every functionality Qualified has is about helping sales target, capture, and engage with our high-intent web visitors. From the integration's perspective, Qualified's integration with Salesforce is a lot more robust. We are able to leverage a lot more information that are helpful to our BDRs from Salesforce than before. From the support's perspective, oh wow, Qualified's service is second to none. They were with us every step of the way to ensure we had a smooth onboarding and transition experience. After our onboarding was complete, our CSM Anna continued to monitor our performance, provide feedback, and recommend new use cases to ensure we leverage Qualified to the fullest.
Switching out a vendor is never an easy decision. But, when our BDRs and sales leadership told me how much they are impressed with Qualified and are using the platform on a daily basis, I knew I made the right call!

What do you dislike about the product?
So far, we have not seen or experienced anything we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our product is complex, and our pricing is not exactly easy to understand. Qualified provides our high-intent web visitors immediate access to chat live or schedule a meeting with our BDRs. It also allows our BDRs to reach out to high intent visitors proactively, making our BDR's outbound efforts a lot more targeted and efficient.

Still working progress, nothing to dislike as of right now.

Qualified helps us to understand what prospects are interested the most. By having this visibility, "cold calling" is not that cold afterward.
