Super smooth onboarding process (incredible team!), can't wait to go live!!
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is super user-friendly; it just takes a bit of time to understand where everything lives. The onboarding process was as smooth as can be (thanks Nathan!), with great project managers making sure everything stayed on track. Can't wait to begin utilizing it on a day-to-day basis and optimize our experiences. I have no doubt it will do what it's supposed to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular stands out; everything (from product to team) is fantastic!

What do you like best about the product?
I've been blown away by Qualified as a piece of technology and am so pleased we made the decision to work with you.
In my experience however, a great piece of technology doesn't always translate in to business success. I've seen plenty of amazing tech flounder once the contract has been signed as people struggle to adopt it and the company providing it turns its attention to acquiring the next client.
That is where Qualified has set itself apart. There is a passion for the product that has shone through with every person I've worked with at Qualified, along with their patience, expertise and commitment to helping us succeed. Nowhere better is this demonstrated than my Director of Customer Success, Sterling Williams, who has been nothing less than phenomenal this year. His dedication to excellence, his desire to go the extra mile and his tireless efforts to upskill our teams and optimise our approaches have been critical to the success we have experienced with Qualified. He really is awesome.

Speed to Lead + Game-changing support
What do you like best about the product?
Qualified enables our team to generate leads in real-time, supporting our company's lead-generation strategy dependent on agility. We have coverage across all areas of our website to provide support & context to our buyers wherever they are on their journey. Our team has seen an increase in conversion rates, engagement satisfaction with our reps & our ability to meet our future customers where they are
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, it can be hectic to have many reps on the website engaging with prospects. Passing leads back and forth can be confusing although it isn't complex. Most of the challenges come from our own internal rules of engagement structure and are not product limitations, however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Qualified empowers our SDR team to proactively reach out to customers wherever they are on their buyer journey. When prospects land on our website to research, it allows us to understand what they're looking at, for how long, & increases the likelihood that we know what is most important to their organization. Our reps can reach out & engage accordingly to increase conversion rates & number of conversations.

The service aspect and willingness to help us better use the tool and improve our student services!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time- our service, in particular, has been superb!

Ability to create personalization using automation and experiences. Being able to connect with students in live chat in an easy format

Work with your support team as they can continually help you improve the tool and are willing and able to help faster than I ever could as admin
Huge on Salesforce? Qualified is the Best Chat Tool. Hands Down.

Qualified's integration with Salesforce is the best in the industry, being able to call different objects both native and custom to tailor the chat experience.
The UI is very easy to use and straightforward.
The Live Streams are incredibly helpful in segmenting traffic/companies.
The CS team is excellent at resolving my issues and noting the product enhancements I (and others) would like to see.

I wish that there could be a setting to make reps available rather than it being a very manual process of setting it in the UI.

What do you like best about the product?
Bringing all the data available about a prospect / customer to a single pane for the SDRs to thoughtfully engage. My reps love the Pounce feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be perfectly honest, nothing so far. The feature set has exceeded our expectations.

Great tool and fantastic CSMs
What do you like best about the product?
1. Strong integration with Salesforce.
2. Data Enrichment through 6Sense and Clearbit
3. Easy-to-use conversational marketing tool. I have gone in and built experiences with very little help from CSMs.
4. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable CSMs who conducted multiple training sessions with our reps and ensured a very smooth onboarding and launch.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Lead routing is not as robust as I would like for some of our use cases.
2. Does not capture the meeting scheduled time in a field, which means we have to look up the event logged in Salesforce to figure out when the meeting is scheduled to happen.

Great user experience, easy-to-use UI, and amazing customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time after using the product for a few months, nothing I can think of.

Qualified has completely changed how we think about conversational marketing and has elevated our chatbot experience to the next level. We've seen an influx of qualified leads after switching to Qualified, and we couldn't be happier.

It could be to0 cliche to say everything, but with this tool, it is true. From sales process to deployment, ease of use, and ongoing support, the Qualified team and solution is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't anything that we dislike. It would be great if there was a customizable dashboard available to allow us to report to our exact needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better customer/prospect/partner journey on our website. Ability to engage prospects visiting our site earlier in the process for better conversion.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Both from the solution and support perspective, the team exceeds all expectations. There are options in the market, however after a deep review and now use of the solution, Qualified is the best choice.

Also, if you are planning to sync with Salesforce, this is the system that will be a joy for your SFDC admin.

Cut out through the chatter noise
What do you like best about the product?
We were looking for a chatbot that would help our team get in touch with contacts within our ICP. We didn't want to automate all chats, but wanted to find the best balance between qualifying the contacts and put them in touch with a real human as soon as possible to reduce friction in the first interaction, while not overwhelming our team with too many chat requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little to dislike about Qualified, but being able to export the intent data in our dashboards would be a great addition.

We are able to engage ICP contacts as soon as they hit our website.
